Indane Gas — Poor Response from Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad
Dear Sir,Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. At first no response, no pickup phone at the booking time. Otherwise every time recording " phone is busy, please call after some time" is playing. I am trying these numbers since last 5 days but never got a response or pick-up phone. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Last time I booked from on the spot, at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 or 5 days but no response till 12 days. Then I got a cylinder after a verbal fight with their manager on their mobile [protected]. Now he is also not picking up my any call on this mobile.This procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than 25 days time, now it hardly lasts for 14-16 days.
Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
Please improve upon services of your agents.

Indane Gas — cillynder not received till 1 month
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that, I, Smt. Rita Dutta, Consumer No: TSV 6422, from North End Gas Centre, Barasat, gas booked on 12.09.2008 but till now we have not received the gas as our previous gas is running and today the Laxmi Puja festival in my house.
So, any time disturbance occured in this situation.
Please tell me what can I do?

Indane Cooking Gas, Domestic — gas leakage
I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My distributor's name is M/s Sunny Gas Agency, Indane Distributor, 215/A, Paper Mills road, Sembiam, Chennai-600011. My consumer No. is 16253. My connection is around 3 years old. For the past 5 months the cylinder is not being used because of leakage. My districutor is informed many time over phone. Most of the time nobody attends the call. Very rarely they pick up the phone. On 29-09-08, I personally made a complaint in the office and I was assured that it would be attended immediately. Till now, neither they replaced the leaked cylinder nor they took any positive steps. As a result I am suffering badly for non-supply of gas. I am having single cylinder only. Indane Gas — Non Supply of Indane Gas Since 28/08/08
Dear Sir,I have booked my cylender as on 19/09/2008 wide booking no.4110.My consumer no is G 11197. The last supply made to me on 28/08/2008.The agency man refused to book the cylendar for supply before 19/09/2008.The gas agency has not disolayed the name of authorities along with their telephone nos and email adress as well as schedule of booking & delivery.
Kindly look in to the matter and make arrange to display the schedule of booking & supply to ensure the delivery in proper time and to restrain the dealership torchering the custmors and their bad behaviour.

Dear Sir,We are the customer for indane gas past 15 years, from cavury gas agency, k.r.puram main road, opp. police quartars, bangalore 36.
we booked the gas on 4th october 2008, we have not received till 14th october 2008, my dad visited the office for enquiry, the manager said " no stock, you can pick up from the godown in bhattrahalli ( 20 KM from the office) they gave the bill to him and sent to pick up by himself. dad went with emty cylinder in his bike on the way he met with an accident
WHO WILL TAKE RESPONIBILITY FOR THIS?
PUBLIC CARRYING THE CYLINDER IS THE CRIME

LEG FRACTURED ADMITTED IN THE HOSPITAL TO RECOVER IT WILL TAKE SIX MONTHS.

Indane Gas - Domestic connection — Leakage in Cylinders
Sir,We have Indane Gas connection no.P4341, BHEE Coop Soc, BHEL, Bhopal.
Often it is seen whenever we recieve refilled cylinders, there is some leakage. At times it is as low that we cannot sense it immediately. The gas man are also not properly equippped to identify it, & they also take it very casually.
Usually they say the pipe is defective,
> Even after putting a new pipe
> Also, If cylinder is kept alone outside house the smell is felt.
What V have a feeling is that there is problem with either the nozzle or the rubber seal.
Since, this keeps on repeating again & again, kindly see to avoid.

I have applied for LPG gas connection at "Jiban Jyoti, Shop no.- F45, Dakshinapan, 2, Gariahat Road (S), Kolkata 700068, 99100991, Ph 423-7774, 423-7078" on 30 June 2008. I have received the confirmation letter for the new connection of serial no 37 on 1- September 2008. I approached to the shop with the appropiate document. They told me that they have not received the acknowledgement letter, so they will not give me the new connection. They told me to approach the postoffice to send the acknowledgement to Jiban Jyoti. I did the same. After 20 days I again approched to the office with letter, but they are regid that they will give connection when the acknowledgement is receipe to them.
Please do the needful and let me know what to do in this case.

Indane Gas — Irresponsible behaviour by staff and Delay in Refill by Indane Vijay Gas Agency no.117596
My consumer No.12857, attached to M/s. Vijay gas Agency located at Besant Nagar, Chennai-Tamil Nadu. I took one cylinder and after the minimum wait period requested for a refill for the second one. I have been asked to wait for 15 to 20 days. I waited for more than 20 days. Now both my cylinders are exhausted and the service request for refilling is still pending.What do I do with the current situation where in I have no definite response when both the cylinders have already been exhausted?
I have already informed Mr. U.V. Mannur-In charge of Indane Gas-Tamil nadu State[protected] and his PA Mr. Nagaraj about the irresponsible behaviour and very poor response of the uneducated staffs of the above said Gas Agency.
It is informed that no action has been taken against my compliant by the Indane company. Its highly regrettable.

Indane LPG Cyclinder — REGULAR USE OF LPG CYLINDER -HOLD BY AGENT DUE TO NON SEPARATED RATION CARD IN TAMIL NADU
Dear sir,I am consumer of LPG -INDANE CYLCINDER since 1999, from SRI BALAJI GAS AGENCY, at ambattur, chennai.
from janvary 2008 its self gas issue stopped by gas agency due to i am not have individual name of ration card. But i showed our combined family ration card. even though neglected.
Now september 13 2008 goverment of Tamil Nadu announced that " NO NEED RATION CARD NESSESERY " for regular consumer.!.
Even now also SRI BALAJI GAS AGENCY, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-600053. (Phone+[protected]not issueing regular use of gas.
This base less holding without any reasons, when approaching them suggessting that to complaint / get permission from INDANE REGIONAL OFFICE, CHENNAI.
here with iam requesting concern officer to take necessery step, and issue order to use regular our LPG CYCLINDER to our home.

Indane Gas — Indane Gas Service
I Goswami Bijnan Mihir Dash Living in house no -1-10/298/6, Lane no -6, Road no-1, Bharmanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad-16, my consumer number is 51686 and i am customer of Shri Balaji Gas Service.Begumpet.AP.i am consumer more than 4 years.I always booked my cylinder timely through over the phone, but last 4(four) months i am not receiving my cylinder timely .When ever i asked they say it will take 7days for the deliver, but i have not received within 7day last 4 month.
I have already applied for 2nd cylinder dt 2nd jan 08, but till date i have not received .when i asked to Distributor regarding my 2nd cylinder he said i don't know. you check with head office.I have facing so many problems last two months, we are using Stove for cooking the food.
i request the company to take seroious action against the concerned person and supply the gas cylinder in time to the customer.when i can get my 2nd cylinder.please let me know.

My customer no :55888 from VISHWAMBHARA ENTERPRISES, Shop no 40/1, Assaye road Banglore:560042.
When i went to agency to book a cylinder. The agency claims that their is shortage of staff so they asked me to come and collect the cylinder. We inform that we are ladies& i am senior citizen. How can a senior carry so heavy cylinder? They are not ready to listen. Isnt it the duty of he agency to supply gas refill cylinder at the customer residencial place.The agency also claimed that a customer extra money for the delivery boys to deliver the booked gas. The phonelines are being kept on hook. Why cannot be this agency be closed . Nearly full shivajinagar and other surronding area comes under this agency. The agency is not maintained well. Pls take some action against the agency. So it will help many consumer like me.

Indane Gas — ditributor not booking the gas
My distributor Yadu gas agency, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad is not picking up the phone or keeping it engaged so that no can book for replacing empty cylinder.Despite conveying our consumer no. through his deliverymen, he has not bothered to supply us a cylinder.
Similar situation has happened in the past also.
This is just tarnishing the image of IOL!!.
Can u please ask him to behave properly with his customers?

Indane Gas — NON SUPPLY OF DOMESTIC GAS REFILL
I have booked for a refill on[protected] and was given a confirmation No.- 8 thru easy booking by phone at Phone No. 1260.My consumer No. is - 25132 at Madhavi Gas Agency.
I have not received my refill till date and when I try to call on their phones, either there is no response or is engaged even on trying from different phones parallely, simultaneoulsy and continuoulsy for days together.
Both my gas cylinders are empty for the past 15 days.
Pls help me solve my problem of acute shortage and I am not eligible to draw kerosene either.
