i satish kumar consumer of abhil gas agency rohtak -haryana.my consumer no is a 4409.iam not satisfied the pds system of above said co.after giving slip gas is not supplied for 4 days and no body pick the phone in this office.after the 40 days of last supply he refused to supply the gas.our house is 6 kms away from this office .when i visited the office at 4.30 pm he refused to give the slip with saying that come tomorrow.pls take the action and reply me .looking forward a fovourable response from ur end.

Dear Sir,

I have booked gas on 30.01.2009 vide booking No.884 against my consumer No.43325 but till date I have not received my gas from M/s.Gouri Gas Agency, Near Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, New Delhi - 110045 their distributer Id No.3009. Today (10.02.2009) morning when I rang M/s.Gouri Gas Agency then Mr.Sharma told me that your gas has been delivered. Then and then I told him if your boys distributed the gas then why I will call you. My connection is residential connection not a commercial connection. So there is no necessary more than one gas in a stipulated time. Please inquire the matter. This is the situation of M/s.Gouri Gas Agency. Always they are giving wrong information to the customer and supplying the gas at least 15 - 20 days after the booking.

Even though i never support black market but you need to eat food ! if you go in a proper way then it takes more than a month ! nowdays they are charging Rs.700 in Hyderabad.

I have applied for DBC(Double connection) via Dikshit Gas agency, Khichripur, Delhi-110096 in last week of Dec08.But till date i did not receive the letter from Indane Gas.When i called up to Dikshit they told me that we have sent your request to Indane Gas.I am facing very difficulty in one connection.

Indane Gas — Delay in supplying Gas

I am a consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No. SB-8687. The Indane Gas agency at Sheikh Sarai -Ph1, New Delhi -110017 always delays sending the gas cylinder and gives excuse that there is less supply. Also in couple of occasions multiple cylinders were found to be leaking. I try to book for refill via telephone but the only number active is always busy, hence I am forced to personally go and book it. Even if I get connected and book it, sometimes they don't note it down and later on say that I did'nt book. They don't give any booking number also through which one can track the status. Last month when I tried booking for refill they told that one cylinder was already sent few days back, which I had never booked nor received. I fear that some wrong practices are taking place. If you go to the agency shop at Sheikh Sarai, you will see everybody cribing about late refills and cylinder leaking.
This is total harassment of the consumers even when we are paying so much for it.

i have booked for refilling of my LPG gas at victory gas service, pilani on 21.01.2009 but could not receive till 12.02.2009.

on enquiry the agency informed me on 12.02.2009 that there is no supply from jaipur, kindly reply appropriately after detailed examination

Indane Domestic Gas — Delay of 2nd cylinder connection

Hi, I had applied for a 2nd cylinder in september 2006 in bangalore but till now i havent got the connection . Each time i check out with the distributor (J.N.Enterprises, BTM layout), they say you check with Indian oil office. i had been to Indian Oil office several times but even they say it will take sometime. I do not understand what is the problem its been almost 2.5 years or is there some foul play going on, since all over India the 2nd cyclinder connection is issued immediately. Can someone help me out since i am a working women its real difficult to chase these authorities??? My consumer no is 56479.

We wish to point out some issues about our Indane gas cylinders and our area outlet Verma Gas Agencies.
I am a resident of house number D-316 B, West Vinod Nagar Delhi – 98
Our gas agency is Verma Gas Agency, F-6 Pal Market, Mandawali, Delhi
My customer number is : M 14841

My complaints are following:
1. We are receiving unsealed gas cylinders without any specific reason
2. Our gas clylder also seems less in weight and they refuse to weight it when we request
3. Nobody takes our complaint in agency itself

So on this note I would request this complaint to be taken as serious because they are refusing to protect a customer right.

VASANT KUNJ GAS SERVICE — NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I have been trying to call my gas agent vide consumer no. 15126. Their phone is busy or no reply. I was able to get the cell no. of one of the person whom i requested for refilling my gas cylinder. This was in Jan 29. Till date, I have not received the cylinder. Their phones are not accessible. Can anyone help.

I am Jay i am having 2 cylinder connections at KIRTI GAS AGENCY, Jivrajpark

When ever we call at the kirti gas agency, its always busy or if not busy they dont lift up the phone.After

much trying the number we have to personally go and lodge the call.

Also they take 15 days to deliver the cylinder, and once the cylinder is received they take another 10 days before which you cant lodge new gas requests.

So it takes 25 days to receive the cylinder once the call is lodged.

Request you to please look up into it
