Now I see that, when – I call anybody not received the phone. Anyway now I change the connection near my house to a Indane Gas form Bharat Gas, So please help me.

i want to know that a consumer can book a gas cylinder after the delivery. maximum and minimum days between booking and delivery. and it is decided by the government or gas agencies.

i was booked the second home connection cylinder in july 2006 .still the agency is not provided.They are telling always lie from the local agency in kerala state.So what I can do for this purpose to get the lpg cylinder?

I am a consumer of LPG Consumer no 11185 registered with Bharmal Indane services RAJKOT the distributor refuses to registered LPG Cylinder before 21 days kindly instruct to registered reffil at the earlist failing which i shall be compelled to lodge the complaint in consumer forum cell and to give vide publicity in all leading news paper of the act

my last booking is bill no: 12142 dt 27.02.09 but delivery date 06/03/09 today i will call to agencies he is not taking my booking he says 27.03.09 taking the order

i want clarification how many days once book

Indane Gas — Late delivery and that too without delivery slip

Dear Sir,
It is high time when PSU's like your should take strict action against your distributors for harassing the common public on account of 1) Not taking the booking properly, 2) Late delivery(Cylinder booked on 3/3/09 and delivered on 18/3/09), 3) Delivery without delivery slip and then threatening to take cylinder back if we do not take delivery, 4) Delivering with less quantity and then arguing and threatening.
My customer No. is 32739 and distributor is Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad (UP).
Pls. look into the atrocities done by such dealers and prevent your customers from humiliation.

I am indane gas customer My Cust no. is 9358 & My Distributer ID is : 1783 Customer Service cell no is[protected] Agency Name : "Opera Indane Distributer name K. N. Goriya.

My complain is I have single Gas bottle, I have so many times requested for second gas bottle but they are same repplying Gas bottle not available Iam three years old cutomer. Since three years i managing by one bottle it is very difficult during one gas bottle empty other will avail.please do the needfull

Sir,

Please tell us what to do to get the cylinders atleast once in 45 days?
We are cofused when they will come for the delivery of cylinder, so we can take leave atleast for that day.
We cant put the cylinder everyday outside our house.
When we are trying to book the cylinder they are not picking the phone.They are very rude to us.
So almost everytime we hve to quarell withthem.
People residing in Aimury, Kuruppampady, Perumpavoorhve many complaints against the gas agency.So Please do something so that we get the cylinderproperly.

Hi i Bherulal jain my regestration no is 5386 when i am making a call to book a gas office phone was eange any time. when i am booking online then web site was not opened.

Indane Gas — Very late delivery of gas cylinders

Dear Sir,
My present Indane Gas connection No.318745 with Hanish Gas Agency, Anand, their contact phone No.262020. This number whenever a consumer tries for booking, it always getting engaged. One has to try for at least one hour to get connection. This agency take about one month to effect delivery of a cylinder. Frequently they are changing the booking date, and if the consumer insist for delivery after waiting for so many days, they will say that if you require the cylinder you go to our godown, which is very far away remote place, and take delivery from there. One has to pay at least Rs.60 to 70 extra for transportation of the cylinder. It is very difficult to persuade them to effect delivery of cylinder. All consumers of this gas agency may have complaints about this agent. I don't know how this type of people are getting Indane Gas agency.

Please instruct this agency not to harass the consumers like this.
