Indane Gas — not supply of cylinder in time

Sir,
I had booked my cylender to the Amar Gas Agency, Bihari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi-32 personally on 09/03/2009 but it is regretted to say that the delivery of cylender has not been made till today.When I contacted to the care-taker of this agency on 22/03/2009, he told me that the cylender has been supllied by Mr Shyam delivery man on 12/03/2009.ie after three days of the booking but where ?.The care-taker could not give any response reg. this matter.It seems that all the employees of this agency from care-taker to delivery-man are involved in the blackmailing of the cylenders just because the consumers are facing a lot of problems.

The higher authorities are requested to take immediate action against these employees and oblige.

it has been 8 days since i booked a gas cylinder and till dt not delivered. since i have a small family i order only once in 2 to 3 months and yet i dont get a delivery, while i see in the lanes the cylinders being sold for rs 500 each to people and to shopkeepers .

i called again to sp today and they said they will deliver tomorrow ... it is impossible to get through to them over the phone . their phone remains busy for hours ...it has become impossible to deal with s.p. enterprises /indane gas ...i will monitor may be another month and then book with bhart gas and a different agency

i am the customer of indane gas. i transfered from tirupati to madanapalli.
but the problem is, I submitted all the forms but they are saying they don't have regulators come after 10 days... they are postponing for more than one and half month.. and they are not respond to the customer and using abused language. my consumer No :; SV018975, madanapalli :: distributor M/s. I am a consumer of INDANE GAS bearing consumer no NG 32053. I have booked my gason 17 Mar 2009 and my booking no is 11861 but the gas has not been delivered till date. This happens usually. Kindly let me know how many days takes place after booking of gas. If it is TWO WEEKS / THREE WEEKS / MORE THAN A MONTH, I should prepare accordingly because this is a basic need otherwise every body knows what will happen after the Gas is exhausted. Kindly look into the matter. Hope I will get some fruitful result with your kind co-operation please. Also hope that I will get the Gas Cylinder with correct QUANTITY of gas with SAFE CYLINDER i.e. without any leakage for the safety of INDANE USERS. These are the grievances which I have felt. This is not a complaint but this is a request. Hope for better results.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Difficult to contact dealer

It is matter of great concern. Your delaer M/s Rohini Gas Service, Naharpur Village, Rohini, Delhi, is very difficult to contact on phone. Tel no. are always busy. Even if you are continously re-dialing the number for 20-25 minutes it dosen't connect. If by luck it get connected, nobody bother to response. I always book my cyllinder by visiting their office personally. The tel no. provided by them are [protected], 27041413, 27053496. I request you to kindly look into the matter

Indane Gas — Gas not delivered at home after 12 days passed

SIR,
I had booked a cyllinder on date 21/3/2009 with PAL GAS Agency near World Bank Colony Barra, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh ( East ). My consumer number is P-3817 in the name of R.P Srivastava but Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff said to me that Indane Plant has closed. I request you to please look into the issue.
If such poor service will continue then the customers would be bound to take other GAS connections & Gradualy the name of INDANE will be finished from the market

that they didn't put the bill.Daily i went to the Gas agencies the will

collect my consumer no and promise me that today evening we will put the

bill and tomoro you will receive the cylinder.

Next day also they will reply the same.Past 7 days i went like this only.

Is we are there customer or their slaves.I never seen such worst customer

support service. I don't know how you give agencies contract to them.

We can't easily or never see the manager or anyone in that gas agencies.

Could u please help me...and check the real status of my refill...

Anyways i request you to see to it that i get the refill at the

earliest and such things are not repeated again.

Laxmi indane — not providing home delivery,not responding on phone

I am customer of indane gase consumer no.35196.whenever i booked the cylinder i am not getting it on time.it will take 15 t0 20 days to deliver the cylinder, gas agency is saying no stockor it will come today or tomorrow.for examble lastm month i booked on 16th, and called up on 1st April, agency said you have not booked the cylinder. facing lot of problem.kindly look into this.

i am living in chennai, recently i was shifted a new house, i want to apply new gas connection, but i don't have ration card and voter id(we are applied) for my new address. i have pancard and i was endorsed the new address in my LIC policy, can pls advice this details enough for register a new gas conncetion for my family.

my first cylinder gas finished and reconnected to second cylinder, once the knob opened gas leakage happenned. Then we tried to contact IOC customer service cell no.: 24339236&24339246 from 21.30hrs to 22hrs on 05.04.09. No one lift the phone. we also tried emergency service phone no.: 26258245 where there is instructions that this phone will work before 8hrs & after 18hrs, when we tried this phone the result is nil i.e no one lifted this phone.
It is surprising that the IOC is working in metropolitan city is not upto the mark, pol.think the service in other cities. i request you help the customer with responsibility or don't farward incorrect information to customer in writing mentioning that emergenct service phone numbers.

i gave my comlaint on ioc help line [protected], if the working style of IOC is good i have to get response by morning.

Indane Gas — second Cylinder not given

This is with respect too Consumer ID No 54014 (Bangalore ) i have booked second Cylinder in aug '2007 but everytime when i ask for an status, the Indane agency people sat that the wait time is 2 Years.
It initially started from 6 months waiting and everytime the time gets extended

Please let me knoe the solution for this?

I have booked a new connection for Indane GAS 3 months back. By that time he told me that I 'll get a receipt from Indane off. and will get a connection with in 2 months. from that time its already 5 months completed and 6 mont running, but I didnt get any connection letter from INDANE GAS.

I am a customer of Indane Gas vide my SV No.13778. Our Gas distributors is Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Gas Agencies, Pamuru Road, Kandukur, Prakasam District. They are not supplied the gas to my connection since 6 months. They told that the gas connection was dead. But we are using and take the cylinders to my village upto October-08. I request the reason why they are not supplied? we are facing problem due to non supply of gas. Please intimate concerned autoritiy cell number. So that we will contact directly.

I booked LPG refill on 30.03.2009 with GEM Gas Service Kharar Distt. Mohali (Pb).(against Consumer No.10627. Reminded for supply on 7 & 8th April. The attendant assured to arrange the supply in the evening both days. The supply has not been done so far. There is no scarcity of refills otherwise but the delivery man could not be contacted by the supplier ( the reason stated). Will you please look into the matter?
