[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

I am the customer bearing the No: 2198, we have this connection from last 25 odd years and now we are operating the account through JeyaBharat Gas Agencies, Virudhunagar.

I have booked the gas on 28/01/2008, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of problem.For repeated query the agency is saying they don't know when they would be able to supply.

When Iam I likely to get my refill.

The fact is the rule said by the Indane people that the booking will be accepted only after 25 days of first cylinder delivery(incase of having 2 cylinders). To supply a refill IOC is taking another 30 days.

Does IOC believes that a single refill will come for 60 days.

Please acknowledge and let me know whem am i likely to get my refilll booked on 28/01/2008

Indane Gas — BROKEN SEAL

DEAR SIR,
I am watching for the last five years that the seal over the INDANE gas cylender is always broken when the delivery man comes to distribute the gas.Many times so many customers has lodged
complaints about all this to the agency holder which is MOGA GAS SERVICE, RAILWAY ROAD -MOGA (PB.) but all in vein.
You are requested to please look into the matter and solve our problem. THANK YOU.

I am in Chennai.Whie trying to replace the cylinder I noticed that theregulator was not fitting properly and gas started leaking.
I contacted the gas agency - Sabari Gas- and received no response to the phone call, perhaps beacuase today is Sunday and they are not expected to attend complaints.
I sought the help of Justt Dialservices to get the Indane emergency number, which was given to me as 26258245.I have been trying for the number for sometime now and find that the number keeps on ringing and nobody attends the call.
I dont know what to do...and what your office can do in response to this complaint.

The above mentioned GAS agency is harassing me for the last two months. Its a long story but the fact is this agency is not supplying GAS on time even after repeated reminders. I have last booked my gas on 10.02.2009(after 21 days of last supply). I am in touch with the agency personnel for the last 3-4 days but they are not supplying after daily commitment for doing so.
I am really wondering why they are delaying unnecessarily. Moreover they have told day before yesterday that on that day delivery for the bookings of 13/14 Feb'09 was on. So why my booking which was made on 10.02.2009 is not executed, I really do not know. One reason for the harassment could be we are always ensuring correct weight of the cylinder when it is supplied.
I appeal to concerned authority to take necessary steps so that your valued customer is satisfied and not harassed.

I am a customer of Indian gas consumer No. is 42322 and registered at Gauri Enterprises shop no 48-49 Dada Dev shopping complex, Dada Dev road Palam New Delhi-110045. Number of times it is reported to Gauri gas owner about the less weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery. It always weight about 24kg to 27kg. Today also I have received one Cylinder Sl. NO 760891 S, empty cylinder weight is 16.1 kg, suppose to have total weight 30.3 kg where as the total weight of the cylinder is around 26.5 kg. vide voucher no 9793 of Gauri Gas. you are requested to look in to the matter. My Complaint that I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is P1592 and it falls under Pushpendra Gas Service, Rajendra Nagar, Satna (Madhya Pradesh).
I have booked the gas on 09.02.2009 at the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning till date.
I don't have the courage and patience to talk to the rogues sitting in the agency. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.
Kindly intervene into the matter and help me

Dear Sir, I am having a Indane Gas connection at gauri Enterprises Gas agency near Dada Dev mandir, Palam Village, New Delhi.My consumer number is 28009. First of all I am not getting their telephone free to book cylinder if at all I get through, no one pick up phone. and if I book cylinder throgh 1260 by MTNl telephone then also I am not getting cylinder. many people are facing same problem. earlier this agency was near to my home at Mahroli road at raj nagar.so today I decided to transfer my connection to Shanti Indane Gas agency at sadh Nagar, palam which is nearest agency to my home. but when I approched to Gauri gas agency they said that first bring ok from Shanti Indane gas agency to accept the transfer so I went to shanti gas agency to ask whether they will accept my tranfer of gas to their agency because it is the nearest agency to my home. but they refused to accept and said that if our company head office say then only we can accept it.hence in view of the above facts, you are requested to instruct both gas agency to transfer my connection and aslo instruct to deliver gas in time and improve their service of booking & delivery system. kindly reply me soon. thanking you. fromShakuntla Devi[protected]

Indane Gas — gas not being delivered at door step

Parveen Gas agency sector 11 Chandigarh is not delivering cooking gas at the door-step of the consumers of "Tribune Colony, Village Kansal, District Mohali, Punjab 160103". Residents are forced to collect cooking gas personally from a point about 1km away from the colony. Please ask the gas agency to supply cooking gas at the doorstep of the residents of the above quoted colony.

Indane Gas — no proper response

this is v.vijayasri from hyd my gas number is 30204 we are trying to call you for getting gas booked but no one is lifting the phone since 2 days please take action on this to avoid inconvinience

Sharma gas company, Uttam nagar, New Delhi is not providing valuable services to the esteemed customers of the company since last two decades. Most of the time, customers find noone to pick even a phone to book cylinder or complaints or information about the company. It is really shame that lots of complaints against the company has been filed and posted through the internet, still there is no improvement observed on the working of the company. The attitude of the employees and owner of the company is quite unwarranted and create tension and havoc among the customers.

i sumitted delivery cum challan and gas book's photo copy but the gaytri gas service, at bhajanpura didn't provide me 2nd cellender till today they make an excuse or fact i dont know ?.

Indane Gas Complaints - Delay in Supply of L P G cylinder

I am Resident of 14, Banak para Road, Hazinagar, North 24 parganas, West Bengal,
and customer of Indane.The Distributor is From Naihati, Jaan Mohhammad Ghat road, Naihati.My Cosumer No is NH00267.I booked Gas on 01 Feb 09.Even after regular follow ups they have not supplied the cylinder till date.Whenever I called up they give one or other reasons and give false promises like the supply will reach today or You have to pay Rs 100 extra per cylinder etc to get the Gas Early. I am in trouble as both cylinders are empty and I am forced to depend on neighbours for gas for cooking.Please help.

Indane Gas — improper service

is there any scarcity of cooking gas these days in lucknow? the telephone no. of domestic gas service, Aliganj is engaged for the last 1 month. gas booked in person on 28.2. yet not delivered.

i m from Bharatpur (RAjasthan) ur filling agency name is Indain Gas agency (Indra Maya ram) but she lives in Jaipur, and she did not come to Bharatpur since many years, and now workers are the owner. refilling Gas cyclender after 21 days they also take time for give the refiling gas atleast 15 days. i[censored] need within same day u have to pay for 200 Rs extra Rs.
today i went to ask for cyclender they have full truck of Gas, but they says they will with these cyclender tomorrow bec they need to pull out some gas in night.
now i m giving u good suggestion u can make a tender o[censored]r company (Indian Gas Agency) or give to another owner execpt (Indra Maya ram)

Non delivery of gas cylinder even after 25 days

I am customer no.28538 with the Indane agency M/s Pattammal Gas Services, Guduvancherri control by Tambaram (Tamil Nadu). I had booked a cylinder in Guduvancherri on 07/02/09 vide booking no.45.The cylinder is not yet delivered to us. I am following up with the agency since last 20 days & getting a reply that the cylinder delivery person saying that the bill is missed. Contact in the office through phone, the madam said that it was delivered on 20. 02.09. You may got it. In between what is going on we don't know. The delivery person may sold to the tea shop are some other way. This is happening past Six month because we both working in Govt. serivce. I am working in Doordharshan chennai. If it is continuing like this we should go further action.
