Indane Gas — delay for release of new LPG connection
I Haridas presently serving in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under Ministry of Home Affairs at CIS[censored]nit Nuclear Fuel Complex Hyderabad. I make a booking for new LPG connection at Ennar Gas Agency, AS Rao Nagar Hyderabad since 04 months ago. But new connection not yet released. it is submitted for your kind knowledge that yours authorised outlet for L.P.G batala Harwantjyoti enterprises Batala is indulge in large scale of L.P.G cylinder in black market.The L.P.G easily available at Rs 500 five hundred only for short delivery. but if a consumer book the cylinder on his authorised card, then he has to suffer and wait for one and half month and the dealing is monoplised like any thing.
The concerned ag ency has been repeatedly reminded of the booking but they take no pains. they say that you can complain anywhere or to any higher authorities and nobody can take ny action because we pay monthly allowance to higher authorities.
1. they donot give home delivery booking no.
2. they donot attent any phone calls 244573
I have booked my cylinder on 23-03-09 on Harwantjyoti enterprises, Kahnuwan road, Batala but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning.

I am a customer of Indane with customer no "15487" and have been registed with gas agency "Sai Sewa Enterprises " Vasant Kunj, Shop - 2, Sector - B, Pocket - 1, CSC, Ground Floor, Vasant Kunj, Delhi (telephone No[protected] and 26134492 and[protected] last three years. My problem is that i've only 1 Cylinder, and I need to apply for my 2nd Indane Cylinder, and the Agecy owner is not responding to me, he said that ur number has not come yet, he is creating problem, to receive my 2nd Indane Cylinder.
I request u to pls take action against him, and please help me.

Indane Gas — For Late Delivery of cylinder

Dear Sir,
I reside at Kanpur. My Indane Gas Connection (27151) is with the local Indane Gas Distributor in our area called Sri Shakhawat Gas Agency, Bagahi, Kanpur. It appears that the above distributor keeps the telephone out of cradle and is therefore often not accessible in all telephone numbers.
I have booked a refill four weeks back and is yet to receive the same. I personally aproched the agency on 10 April 09 and was assured the refill next day. However, I am yet to get the cylinder.
It appears that the above distributor is not able to manage so many customers and therefore please consider setting up an additional dirtributor.
I am aware of atleat eight of my friends from this area who are facing the same problem. if necessary we can submit a memorandum on this subject.

Sir it is so painful to be a customer of IOC here in Kukarwada.The current instance i am sharing with you and lodging my official complain against your Indane gas Dealer Dharti Indane Agency the concerning person is Mr Hitendrabhai who was not addressing properly and just denying to accept the official Indane empty bottle request to refill and not only that he was just denying for second Indane bottle.I tried to get the information very politely but was just abusing.By the way they keep their official landline telephone no[protected] in order to their ease i mean they just keep aside the receiver to become away from providing the customer service for their comfort !.To add that they are only exchanges their bottle for refilling and say it is the policy of IOC not to exchange the original empty Indane bottle other than they have provided !
Sir if this is the case then how can yiou help me at this juncture !

Indane Gas — PROBLEM IN TRANSFER OF GAS CONNECTION
Dear sir,This is to bring to your kind notice that, I Ruchi Kaushik had an Indane gas connection with Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, Sahibabd, Ghaziabad.now i have been transferred to Bareilly thats why i have applied for transfer of my connection, They(Yadu Gas service)have deposited my gas cylinder and Regulator and issued a letter to me.
Now i have submitted this letter to Goel enterprises, Nainital Road, Bareilly.they said that firstly they will verify and then they will issue a connection to me.
Now both parties are not ready to take any action and are blaiming each other that we have sent a letter to Yadu gas sewa for verification.when i talked to Yadu gas sewa, Sahibabad they said we havnt received any letter for verification from Goel enterprises, Bareillyt.
in this way both parties have raised their hands from their responsibilitis.
And i am suffering!!

Indane Gas Service — Very Poor Service
The service of the Local distributor in sector 37 (CITY GAS SERVICE) for Indane Gas Service is very poor. They have mentioned 2 telephone numbers i.e[protected] &[protected]. I was out of station and was trying their number. Even my family also kept on trying their number. But they hardly bother to receive calls and book gas on phone.I want to know that why they are made the distributors when they can not even pick up phone and book gas. Their distributorship should be cancelled. This is not the first time i am facing this issue. I have seen many other people who come there and raise the same issue.
An action against such a distributor is required. Such poor response from such a big company's distributors will really tarnish the image of INDANE. Allmost every body who so ever comes there faces the same problem. Request you to kindly look into the same/
I made complaint against LPG distributor many many times many different ways (code number[protected] at 171B G. T. Road, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal-712201. Complaints are: 1) Delivering gas cylinders very late (as late as 22 days). 2) Giving false excuses and telling lies, for example, lack of supply, bill got lost, the porter is sick, cylinder sent but got lost and other silly mistakes and mishaps. 3) Selling gas cylinders on black market. 4) Refusing to take phone calls and screening caller IDs.
Indian Oil did absolutely nothing about the case, they just keep ignoring my messages, and the corruption continues.

i am regular customer of Indane at Karuna Gas agency, Nagpur my customer no. 55695. i have booked the cylinder on 5/4/2009 bu till today i.e. 234/2009 cylinder is not supplied. kindly look into th e matter as I am having only one cylinder.

I booked for a refill LPG cylinder with agency on 10.04.09.Always delivery after booking 15 or 20 days, I have not so far received refill cylinder from the agency due to which our faimily is under going extreme hardship. Kindly look into the matter for urgent delivery of the gas cylineder to us.

I had booked gas on 20/3/2009. My consumer No is 3120. I am subscribibg my cylinder from Anushka Indane, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Till date I had not received my Cylinder after continous followups although.
Recently they had changed there stance that instead of my booking on 20th March, they are telling that cylinder was booked on 4th of April 2009.
This type of delays are happening every time. Please look in to the same.
