Dear Sir,
I am a customer of indane gas. My consumer number is 35248 and the local distributer is Monmohini Gas agency. I have booked the cylinder for filling on 08.10.2009 and they alloted the booking number 2556. And I am follow up my cylinder contnuously after 15 days from the date of booking and I requested on 04.11.2009 (after 28 days form the date of booking), they replied that you have booked just two days back and you may get after 20 - 25 days.
I am struggling every time for getting a refill cylinder.I don’t know what to do?
Kindly find the rout cause and help us to the refill cylinder in time.

Myself Sunil Kumar Varshney is the consumer of your Etah Gas service agency.My customer no. is E4009. I have already booked my gas cylinder before 21 days but still I have not received the gas cylinder. Daily I move to the gas agency but the employees say that your gas cylinder will be send at your home within two & three days. Some times they do not give the proper weight of the gas cylinder at home & ask for bribe for the services. I am really very- very disappointed of your Etah Gas Service Agency.
I request to you for doing something for the Etah Gas Agency.

I am from Nagpur, i have complaint aginst Sarang Gas Agency, Reshimbag Nagpur, MH, India (Indane Gas), there is no proper responce from there workers regarding gas booking, etc, there is no proper way to talk with coustmers and I Booked gas in proper time, date, but there is no responce from the Agency, and when i ask the agency employee about delay, then he will not co-operate with me, and he miss behave. Now we have problem, about Gas Cylender, can any help me, My Cell No. is +91-[protected]
we have recieved gas cylinder in the month of September 2009 which was out of date and at cylinder it is shown as B- 09 which shows that the cylinder had already expired in JUNE 2009. i am unable to understand how this cyliner has been delivered thru a reputed gas agency like INDANE. pls look into the matter as expired cylinder can play any havoc with human life and arrange to exchange the cylinder.

Indane Gas — home delivery not sent even after 33 days
my connection is with snehalatha gas agencies, angul, orissa. this gas agency is owened by a lady but this lady is doing fraud is doing like nothig. any one can get a cylinder in black for 550/- but i am trying for home delivery for 32 days but i could not get it done. i am writing this complaint in frustration.sagar gas agency, sagar (M.P) — apllied for DBC in august but still not received

Indane Gas — No response on telephone to book refill
As per SMS received by me,I understand M/s Ela Gas has been terminated and I am supposed to book refills at M/s Kasna Indane Gas Sevice , Greater NOIDA. However, repeated attempts to contact them on the telephone numbers provided have no been fruitfull.My particulars are as follows:

Cyclinder booked on 31/10/2009 but supplied not given till date, what reason for dalay delivery please confirm
I am a customer of indane with customer no 17931 and have been registerd with Rishra Cooking Centre, Rishra, dist. Hooghly, W.B. Pin-712248 (telephone No[protected] . I am trying to book the gas since friday[protected], but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy. I heard that some customer have booked the gas over phone after repeated phone call. that is their permanent decease. Now it not possible for me to book always by going in the gas centre in person. Pl. arrange/ ask to the cooking centre to do book over phone.

Indane Gas — unparliamentary language towards women
I am vijaya an advocate in ADONI OF KURNOOL DISTRCT of A.P.Here we are facing severe problem from our Indian gas distributor M/s someswara Agencies.The owner of the shop used unpaliamentary language towards women and he is not in position to supply the gas regularly ,beacuse he is supplying the gas in block market in other states ,an compliant has been given RDO and MRO of Adoni ,so for no one is respose for my compliantHere every one is facing the problem since 8 years from the gas dealer
Indane Gas — improper distribution of gas in yelahanka region
i have already booked the gas from the past days.when i approach the agency enquiring about the delay, they told me it will come to your home directly.
Afterwards when i approached the distribution Van of the area, they told me, their is no such reciept has been made on my address. which was been already issued by the agency.
So i found the improper distribution of gas in black and white.

The Cylinder has booked from 20/10/2009 but After many requests, The refilled Cylinder is not supply to me till yet i.e. 11/11/2009. The Service is very poor of the said Gas Agency and the behaviour of the staff of the said agency is so rude that is unbearable.Pse. take some urgently and necessary action in this regard.

The Gas Booking Office of Inden the number[protected] belong to, committed me to deliver gas within four days from the day of booking which is 30th October, 2009. Unfortunately I did not receive my gas by then. I called up toll free number[protected] again and they provided me a complain number -25647 and committed me to make the gas available by two day which is by 2nd or 3rd November, 2009.
Unfortunately I did not receive the gas. Today (5th November, 2009) I called the toll free number[protected] again to enquire the same. The customer care executive provided me a phone number [protected] which is belong to Mrs. Vandana Singh owner of KASNA GAS AGENCY as I have informed.
Unfortunately Mrs. Vandana Singh was repeatedly disconnecting my phone call.
I am fade up now. PLEASE help me to overcome this and guide me……….
