opera — Indane Gas agency at Jamnagar
Opera Indane Gas agency at the Jamnagar is not giving the new gas connection, if not purchasing the stove with the connection. i.e. they have make their own rules that stove kit is compulsory to get the new gas connection, kindly investigete and take the necessary actions.Regards,

Respected Sir,In my town, Ujala Gas Agency, Dist - Gumla (Jharkhand) is the dealer of your product. I just want to drag your attention toword the black selling of Indan Gas. The dealer keep a hidden Gas stock for black selling and does'nt distribute to genuine card holder people. So I request you to take some serious steps towards It .

i want to complaint against mini gas agncy kundara kollam
i took indane gas connection on 20th august, 2006.i requested him to give me 2 cylinders but they refused .they told me to receive after 6 months .but they didnot give me till date.they behaved very badly as well as they speak some rough language.customers are like God for them but why did they behave like their servant.they didnot receive any call .please i want to request the govt. to look at this matter carefully give the suitable person for this lisense.sometimes, i am very sad to think.it is our democaracy!...

I am from mangalore where you have major like (MRPL) where the gas is produced and transported to various cities.I Just want to know why do we need to book our cylinder after 21 days only and even if the cylinder is booked after 21 days its delievered after a weeks.Can somebody explain is it the Indian Oil LPG taking people for ride or the middlemen including the gas agency are to be blaimed.

I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is very, very, very poor. I had booked my gas on 20 August 2009, a madam/ a stupid boy (which received telephonic call for gas booking) told me that you would gotten your gas on today or next morning but we had not received by up to 25 Sept. 2009. I have called so many but no response. I have so irritated.
Till date now I have not delivered my gas. Therefore I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.

maine net par booking karai thi par (Sonepat Gas Service, Kakroi Road Sonepat) wale kehte hai ki aapki gas book nahi hui uske bad mane phone par book karai to unhone book ki.

I completely agree with Gopal in this regard, the problem at Kalpana Gas Agency is even though the employees are very much present when the phones are ringing, they do not answer any of the calls. It has to be something short of a miracle if your call is answered. On the other hand if any consumer goes to the agency for booking purposes, the staff over there especially the ladies are very rude and arrogant. Yours is not the first complaint, infact the the consumers were so agigated they have held dharnas and protests in front of the agency, even then these measures have not yeilded any results.
The only thing the agency is interested is to sell cylenders in black to cars and hotels.
On the other hand I do not understand why Gopal thinks just by writing a complaint on a blog will ensure the staff members at Kalpana Gas to call him back, think he's a new consumer.
The only remedy would be for the Indiane Authorities to take stern action and fire all the useless employees, to make a more consumer friendly organisation.

Heavy leakage. Please do the needful to help me. 'cause it is hazardous to keep leaked cylinder at home during festival time.

Dear Sir,our consumer number is 03066. our gas distributer is m/s agnidhwaj gas distributor
upparapally rajendranagar hyderabad. We have already informed over phone to our gas distributor
about our situation towards leakage of gas cylinger and request them to send a service boy to
rectify the problem on 14.9.2009 at about 10.00 am. We have not received either any call or any
service personal to rectify the problem we are still in a panic condition.

Nobody attended sofar. We are having double cylinder at our hand but gas agency not
allowing us to book the second cylinder on the clause that 21 days should be completed from the
