I am a customer of indane with customer no 12765 and have been registed with M/s ANUJ GAS SERVICE, NEAR TULSI CINEMA, BHAGWAN CHAURAHA, AGRA.
I have booked my cylinder on 25.09.2009 on Anuj Indane gas agency, Agra but till date (12.10.2009 ) it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning.

Dear sir,My gas connection No 11940. I have two cylinder now two cylinders are empty.The dealer named RAMA RAJ GAS DISTRIBUTOR imamkhan street ,vasanth comlex,pollachi. Ist cylinder received damaged.(leakage for two days not attended distributor immediately after two days leakage stopped) after 25days the dealer register for another cylinder. after 20 days the cylinder delivered. get the cylinder after 45 days my family members 6 numbers ,(going school two children s ) now two cylinders are empty.[protected] registered my connection. for getting cylinder still the gas not supplied to me. the Diwali festival coming on[protected]. i am very suffering without cylinder. please issue the gas cylinder before diwali Thanking you

I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 15029 and it falls under Rewari Gas Agencies, Rewari (Haryana). It is one of the worst agency across the globe. As we know agency's phone no. is[protected]. None of their phones are working or they do not take pain to pick the phone and they also don't bother to intimate the customer of any change in the phone numbers. You need to visit every time to book a cylinder and the attitude of the officials sitting there is like they are doing a great favour booking your connection and are very very rude. If this attitude continues, then the days are not far when IOCL has to close its shop in this world of competition. I am trying to book a cylinder for the last 7 days but not able to book because of not geeting their phone lines and not getting through automated booking also. I don't have the courage and patience to talk to the rogues sitting in the agency. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.
My service book in which gas booking and delivery entries are made is filled and I request them to issue a new one. They ordered me to produce the following documents :-
1. Photocopy of initial allotment letter
2. Photocopy of Ration Card
3. An affadavit
May I know when I am already a customer of this agency is it necessary to produce the aforesaid documents or its a kind of monopoly of the agenecy operator.

Indane Gas — non respone for phone booking of gas refill
Dear sir,i have been trying for Ph 27665152, 27676725 which belong to the indane gas distributors,padmarao nagar ,Secunderabad, for the last two hours continuously,for booking for refill. Either the line would be engaged or when the phone rings no one would answer.this is the situation i face every timt i try to call them. It''s really disgusting to waste so much of time like this.I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

I am customer of Indian Gas No. 7931 at Gas-o-Indane, Indore. I have booked my no on 8th Oct.09, he said that within 4-5 days you will received the cylinder. but till now Cylinder not supply by the agency. I have asked many times at agency office regarding cylinder supply, he is saying from 14th oct.09 that your cylinder is coming at 12 o'clock and so on. this type of reply I am getting on 15th Oct.09 at . 5.pm. I just asked him that he said that he has given cylinder to auto for delivery. but the cylinder has not delivered so far.
First things that the agency book cylinder after 20 days from the last delivery and than he deliver the cylinder after 5-10 days. Can you explain the policy for the booking of cylinder and delivery of cylinder of Indian Gas.

Indane Gas — blackmailing gases
dear sir/mam,myself is digvijay singh from Bansgaon,district-gorakhpur uttar pradesh our system is so bad
i can see but i can't stop them they are blacking every day lots of cylender but not give to their
actual customer's it's rural area so no one know their rights and right now i want to know that
how can i tell them it's not good for them & immediate left all these things.
if they are not ready to understand then how can i take action against theam or what are the legal ways i can approach for teach them
My consumer no. is 13055 in M/s. Naresh Gas Agency, Parsudih, Jamshedpur. I had booked on 09.10.2009 but till date delivery of filled cylinders has not been made. On querry on 16.10.2009 they replied that it could be made only after 15 days. As per the guidelines of IOC we come to know that supply of filled cylinders should be made within 7 days. Please help me for immediate delivery of filled cylinder gas.

I am having consumer no. 13055 of IOC at M/s. NARESH GAS SERVICES, Parsudih, Jamshedpur. I had booked on 09.10.2009 for delivery of refil cylinder, but till date the dealer has not delivered. On quiry they replied that only after fifteen days from the date of booking you will get refil cylinder. They always deliver refil cylinder after lapse of twelve to fifteen days from the date of booking. In this regard I have made verval as well as written complain on 19.10.2009 to The Area Manager, Customer Care, Kamani Centre, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, but no action has been taken. I am facing acute crisis of cooking gas. So, I request you kindly intervene into the matter and help me.
On behalf of Circular Road, North Nabapally, Barasat, Kolkata-700126, Westbengal, residents we are requesting, please visit our area. We are suffering for gas delivery system. Here gas delivery van is available but consumers are unable to get their gas cylinder due to delivery man's illegel business.The person who is deliverying gas, he is not deliver gas to the consumer.Instead of that he gives it to some unauthorised person who makes it a business.The deliver man and that person doing business with high price and real consumers are suffered.Some consumers have hold.Due to this they get gas timely but maximum consumers suffer.Please do the needful.

From last one year it has been observed that my gas distributor Marangburu Enterprises is not supplying gas on time.
I have attached the delivery as well as booking date. Every time I have to enquire for 5-6 times then only I get gas.
Same time parallely black gas agencies are running under the protection of that distributor. As those black gas agencies are having Indane gases every time. I also took gas in black as our distributor is not supplying on time.
When I asked for Complaint book then they refused to give and misbehaved with me. So please take care.
This is the second time I am complaining regarding that Distributor. I will try to findout that last complaint mail and I will forward you. The customer service and satisfaction is not at all good. Better you do survey of that gas agency customer and take action. This time the way they behaved I will continue to raise this issue untill this is resolved.

Indane Gas — Not taking up booking by Distributor
Dear Sir,I am using Indane Gas connection in the name of my father Mr.O V Abraham. Consumer number is 21717 and connection is at Sandhya Flames Aranmula (Indane Star Distributors)
They have given some phone numbers for booking cylinders which are as under:
[protected], 2219950, 2214849 and [protected].
But non of the above numbers take phone when we ring. They will just make it busy. On visiting them, you can find lot of shop keepers and hotel people coming and going there and a common man cannot get a cylinder from them.
This has been happening from more than a year, when we unfortunately had to transfer to their agency from Paruvelil Agencies Chengannur, without our will or wish or option. It is only now I could lodge this complaint. Many of the consumers in our locality has moved to Bharat Gas
It is reqested to kindly look into the matter and give a solution.
