my name umesh kumars/o suresh chandra hydil colony chopan sonebhadra.sir when go for gas booking in gas agness.not book my gas they say that not my information in computer but manually all information avilavle.when go for gas booking they say ur r serrendr our gas silinder & take new connecation.
plz help me that i do it.

Indane Gas — Delay in refilling

I am a customer of Indane gas company (Mar Basil Gas Agency, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam District) with the consumer number 15786. We have Booked gas on 9-9-2009 but not delivered till date. It seems they are deliberately delaying. this has been their regular practice since begining.

Indane Gas — gas book 04/09/09 but not deliver till date 28/09/09

i`m book my sylender on date 4/09/09 but till today not delever the sylender by distributor, last 10 days i am complent for this problem by call & in office , and he commit to me today sylender will delevar but no . today i gone to his offise & complent but again he (mr.yogesh) commite. but this time i ask the customer care no. but frankly he told me no i have no customer care no.

We are anxiously awaited to get necessary LPG cylinder with in a day

I am a consumer of Indane at Gas and Gadget, Behala, Kolkata - 34. My Consumer No. is 10187. Now a days, it has become to book a gas over phone, every time, the line is either gets engaged for several hours or otherwise even if a ring is available, the same remains unanswered. I am making one booking in a month and am not in a position to appear in the queue of the shop every month. please look into the matter and take remedial action.

cylinder booked on 25-07-09 till today notdeliversed .consumer no:2932/from Bhagalpur (Bihar)under Ms B.P.TRADING dealer of Bhagalpur.

I booked for gas on 29th January 2006 through SUNSHINE GAS SERVICES, KANHANGAD of Kasaragod dist. but till date i cannot get any intimation from the distributor. approached there and couldnot get any reply regarding this booking, further not get any good reply. they saying the connection is giving only 15KM around the Municipal area. i feel that these rules came within one and half years ago. my booking no as RC [protected] and VL NO : 4793 dated 29.01.06.

please give a good reply in this regard.

Sir,
I am Yatheesh C., Geethanjali, Altharamoodu P.O.a costumer of IOCL. My card serial No. 20709. customer No is NC 670026. I booked for gas cylinder on 29/8/2009 Booking No is 10729. But I did not get the refilled gas till now. There is no responds from agency office and telephone receiver is always out off order purposefully. I went directly to the office on 3/10/2009, then they said that cylinder has already sent. But If any emergency, like gas leakage or other dangerous condition we have no way for help or contact from agency office. They are selling the gas cylinder in black market. Please give me a reply as early as possible.

I booked for refill of lpg gas on 29/08/2009 at JYOTI JWALA near Jharia (PO- Bhaga, Dhanbad Pin-828301,Jharkhand) but till today they didn't supply it. Therefore I seek your intervention. Further the agency also lacking proper system to book the gas. Most of the time they supply gas through rickshwa which is overloaded by 10 to 12 cylinders at a time ignoring safety aspect of civilians. Thanks

My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 14539 and it falls under Jay Gas agency, marthandam, kanyakumari tamilnadu.
I have booked the gas 20 days before at the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning till date.
At my Primary enquiry it has come to know that the agency had issued the cylinder to another person.the bill has been signed by another person.when I asked about this the agency authorities said that
it will be issued only as they like.
Hence i would like to change my connection to my nearest HP gas agency.I dont have the deposit receipt issued by the agency at the time of getting the connection.With out the receipt the agency is not allowing me to change the connection to other agency.Kindly help me to do the neccessary.

Indane Gas — no supply of indane gas

My name is sanjeev kumar singh.i am from ballia (eastern u.p).there is no regular supply of indan gas.this is happening since one year.we r facing lots of problem because of this.and here nobody to see about it.the problem happens in (uphar gas agency). no home supply since one year.plz see about it.

Indane Gas — Not Proper Response from clerk.Giving reply in rude manner.

I have a Indane gas cylinder with Service No. 1684292. One Year back I applied for 2nd cylinder, and I came to know that they issuing 2nd cylinder, when I approached the local office (M/s. Sri Sai Suppliers) they are not properly giving reply and talking rudely to me. and when I asked the details to consult for head office i.e., any contact number, or email id they are not giving any response. Even there is no proper information on any board of the office so that i can complaint or consult the higher authority.

My cosumer No.3465 of Kushal gas at Baridih at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. On 5th Oct 2009 New gas cylinder supplied, which is leaking.I notice on 06/10/2009 that cylinder is leaking.I complained on 06/10/2009 to Kushal Gas at 3.00P.M.and the mobile No. which is given in the bill at 5.30 P.M.but no body turned up till date. Please do the needful and I want to know that in emergency condition to whome I may contact?

I am a customer of indane with customer no 20379 and have been registed with Thirumalesha indane gas agency HOSUR Tamilnadu.i booked my gas cylinder on 22.09.09. Till 07.10.09 no delivery has been made by the agency.I visited thier office on 25.09.09.The lady at the counder told me another four days cylinder deliverd.But still not deliverd. Phalodi Gas Agency (Phalodi, Dist. Jodhpur, State Rajasthan) is booked the gas but not supplied properly. The delivery man supplied that gas to another person in black and agency say to original customer that gas has supplied. This type of game is running mostly in Oct. to Jan. Please do needful servey and help the customers.
