Indane Gas — GAS DELIVERY PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I am jyotsna rani pati wife of D.B Panda having consumer no 20146 have booked gas under kleen gas dealerrship of indian gas from bbsr orissa on dt 08.10.2009.till date i have several times rang but not received gas not yet.i am facing so many problem due to shortage of gas.

Please rectify it & take astrong action against the dealer.

Horrible service of Civil Supply at Stadium Branch, Ahmedabad. They don’t receive calls to book cylinders. Many times we get engage tone for few minutes and then no reply from them. I saw that with my naked eyes when I was calling from my cell phone and they were not receiving that call. There is no action from government side also.

We are the customer of Indane gas. I booked the gas on 14.10.09 Morning in Anbu gas agency Arumbakkam Radhakrishna nagar- Poonamalle High road, but still now we didnt get the cylinder. Every time they are taking 15 to 20 days to deliver, We are booking the every four months once only. Pls take immediate action for this complaing, with out cylinder ve are suffering more, When we asked the dealer he his giving the answer very cooly pay 500 amt and get the cylinder. so these activities should not follow again. My consumer no. is 13623. Phone lines of M/s Yadu Indane Gas Seva, sahibabad industrial area, sahibabad(UP) are always jammed. They never respond to public calls. Hence I am facing difficulty in booking gas every month and they always bring less weight gas cylinders and argue about having only this much quantity. kindly look into my complait if possible.

Sir / Madame,

I am a customer of Indane with Customer no. 43162, with VIR GAS AGENCY, Chennai - 33.
We are facing a peculiar problem. For the last two refills whenever my wife connects the new cylinder, gas is leaking from it due to defective seal ( O ring) inside the cylinder.
Today being Sunday, noone is available to rectify the complaint.
Last time we have to register a complaint and then a mechanic came from Gas Agency and rectified it.
This defect occurs primarily at Indane Bottling Plants. After filling the gas they have to certify for correct seal. Will the concerned authorities be look into this complaint.

Respectfully beg to say that I am a customer of Parul Gas Service (Indane) situated at hardev nagar, delhi -84 their tel. nos. is 27615721, 27618873,[protected] .The staff of the agencies do not attend phone calls to the customer and they do not book the gas by phone any day and any time (working hours and days). They harass the people and their mentality is come to his office and book your gas. Due to time problems and available of phone facility this is unnecessary to go their office and book the gas. Please take necessary action regarding this matter save the people from unnecessary harassment.

Indane Gas — No delivery of gas cylinder

I have booked has cylinder on 6/10/2009 after two months. From the agency of mansarover, jaipur. But stil i have not recieved cylinder. The agency authorities daily saying to recieve tomorrow. Is there any solution.

I am a public servant serving in the Consulate of India in Vancouver in public interest. The gas connection (#28909) registered with Gandhi Nagar Gas Service, Block 8A, J2 Geeta Colony, Delhi is in my name. My wife and two small daughters live in Delhi. The gas connection is used at my residence by my family. Firstly the agency refuses to book refills on the phone. Secondly they are now insistent that only the person in whose name the connection is registered is authorised to book refills, that too only in person at their agency. Catch 22 situation isnt it. Or is it extortion. Only Indian Oil can pull up the errant agency.

Sir i am the consumer of Indane gas no 14365 of GS Enterprises. i was submit the documents in support of address change. and the agency staff told me that the confrimation of change of address and all releted documents will be reaches to my home. but i regret to infrom u aprox one month passes away i do not eceved any letter/infromation from GS Enterprises.. please help me to have the releted documents soon. it is urgently needed for the peace of mind of mine.
