[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

sir I have booked gas in vipul gas agency in solan morning 03.01.2010 but tiil now evening09.01.2010 they r not send and saying today & tomorrow we will provide u. So book my complain angaist them. My custmor no.is 29548 advocate Attri niwas officer colony Solan.

gauri enterprise — lower weight of gas delivered

besides repeated warning to the agent, less gas are being given for the last 4 months and weight not being done in presence nor the agent shows any id so that it can be recorded. the gauri enterprise, near dada dev mandir, palam (dwarka), new delhi having phone no. 25363464 may be told to give appropriate weight of gas in each cylinder. my consumer no. 44179. in case the problem not sorted out within 3 days, we may go to consumer court for compensation and cancellation of license to agency.

secondly, the gas booked on 1st jan 2010, not delivered so far. this is a serious complaint against the agency for commiting corruption of filling gas from one to another cylinder.

Indane Gas — Not proper delivery of cylinders

Respected Sir,

Indane Gas Service of Lambagaon, Teh. Jaisinghpur, Dt. Kangra H.P. is not doing proper delivery of gas to the customers of the nearby rural areas. Daily we are to listen to wait for gas. They don't care of rural customers. We are waiting for Gas cylinder for more than a month. Kindly do the needful for rural customers of Indane Gas Service, of Lambagaon H.P.

I have made number of calls for supply of 1 cylinder to my above address, but in vain. I am facing this problem every month.



I strongly contempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer and solve my problem, for which I shall be grateful to you Sir.

I am the authorised customer of indane gas with DHWNI GAS AGENCY Bypass road kaimganj, dist- farrukhabad,UP,PIN-209702.The code number is05.016336and the consumer number isDIG4547. I have made the booking for the gas on8 DECEMBER 2009, but havn't got it yet. Whenever i am moving to the agency, they are just asking to submit the passbook. This type of problems occur usually. Indane LPG Gas Services — no telephonic correspondense

indane in green park is the service provider to our premises , , no one pics up the phone so that one could book an order for refill . it has been a while since i am out of my cylinder an need an urgent refill, failure to communicate is leading to suffering in a way or other. pls look into if possible.

I have booked gas over 24 hr booking call center no, the booking got registered on 19th Dec 2009, and I am yet to receive it!

My Lpg dealer KISHORE GAS SUPPLY in kolkata (INDANE GAS) tells lies that cylinder gets returned after 16 days of booking whereas the truth is that we have been waiting for the cylinder everyday and cancelling all out outdoor activities...
Now this month its already 11 days I have booked a cylinder but no delivery till date..
My consumer no is 523148 standing in name Kajal Bhattacharya..I am is old and cannot follow up about the cylinders status..

The last cylinder have to be carried at my own expense to my place ..after 16 days of non delivery and lies...

Please take steps as original consumers cylinders are often sold at a higher rate in black market ...

I have booked the gas on 12th jan. 2010 through 24 hours online booking . But still i have not get the cylinder and company Phone number also i am not get it. i tried more than 50 times in last days i am not at all getting. Here nobody bothers to pay attention customer - I get Cylinder sometime 3 or 4 weeks later after booking,
This time I have booked on last 15 Dec'09 and having token No 5376. For last one and half months - I am regularly trying to follow-up with them but both the telephone lines[protected] /[protected] either non-responding or engage. The 'message login' system is also not acting. This is not a once-off incident but almost a regular practice.
