I have booked for a new Indane LPG connection at Megha Indane Agency, Kottakkal, Malappuram Dt, Kerala two years ago.
My booking no. is 7819 dated 11/02/2008.
Please let me know the status of my application and how long it will take to get me a connection.

Indane Gas — Non Delivery of Gas in Time

My consumer no.23588 and I am a resident of 47/41, Hatia, General Ganj, Kanpur - 208001 (Uttar Pradesh) M/s Swatantra Gas Agency, Civil Lines, Kanpur (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 46 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],2306382) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.

Whenever they booked the gas they will give us cylinder after 45 days. I face this problem since i have taken that connection. When we go to the agency they always ask give me Rs.600/- i will give you immediately.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation and also give us the delivery within the time.

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with Srinivasan,Bedrapalli Hosur.i Have singal cylinder connection,i was gas booking in 06/01/2010 My consumer number is 23348. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please Take a Action sir.

kindly check for my complain regarding Firstly if we have to complain or booking for Sylender for as our requirment we have to call on land line number [protected] But this is too bussy due to persentag Number of customer more than Executive there are only Two mams for attand to calls .There is suggetion for need to incresment in stoff.After all if we calls they are bussy on another call so we are in que .One call complite within 4 to 6 minuts instead on 1 to 2 .And no proper responce by the Exe.
They commits for 2 to 3 days for delivery but not in a week.My customer no is 44029 At Pagare Agency.Indore

Through R.T.I. one of my friend has asked Indian oil but they replied there is no such limit you can take gas by next day .
So please give me information regarding this.
