I am customer of indian gas.iam trying to book my gas but i am not geting my gas book.my gas no-34794 and distributor telephone number is -[protected].distributor give me a gas booking no-[protected].i am calling on this no but they do not book my
gas.my gas agensy in pandav nagar new delhi -92. I live at mayur vihar phase -1 delhi-91.

Indane Gas — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER BOOKING NO-27 DT.06.01.2010

THIS IS TO INDORM THAT MY CONSUMER NO - 4553 BOOKING NO 27 DTT. 06.10.2010. IS TILL DATE NOT BEEN DELEVERED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS AND NOT DELEVERED THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME I USE TO RECIEVE AFTER 20 TO 25 DAYS.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOK INTO THE MATTER.

Dear Sir,

I would like to tell you that am a LPG Indane Gas customer (T-3038) with Goodvill Gas Agency, Poothkala, New Delhi-110086 & my consumer number is T-3038,

Whenever I want to book my cylender the above agency could not pickup the phone, if they pickup the call they say they will distribute the cylender within 1 week.

I feel proud to be an Indian but feel very ashamed of the type of service rendered by your dealer(s) who not only harrass your consumers with or without bad intentions but also play a cheap role in malignating your goodwill and reputation

I WUD BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF YOU TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION WITHIN TWO DAYS STARTING FROM 27.01.2010

I also agree that Sunder Shyam Gas Agency keeps his phones busy and does not deliver cylinders in time (Consumer No. 7543).

I am the customer bearing the No: 16428A, we have this connection from last 15 odd years and now we are operating the account through S.P.Enterprises Gas Agencies,
Alkananda New Delhi -110019 agencies Add- 8 Aravli shoping centre alkananda new delhi Tel No.26031984, 26027225 . and i have cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till[protected] and now he is saying that your gas booking today while i have booked on[protected].
every time they keep the phone lines busy and dont respond, sometime he pick ph and he was very rude and harshly answering to the questions asked by anyone, i strongly suggest you to either terminate him from services or punish him in such a way that he will not repeat this with any one, and they do not work properly sincerly. We didnt appraoch them for any favour, they are sitting there to give service to people and if they are not able to do it properly then ask them to leave the job so that atleast unemployed youth will get employment and he will do it with dedication.
Please take action and acknowledge the mail or forcibly i will have to lounge a police complaint against that agency and i need cylinder plz send immidetally

Indane Gas — Cylinder delivered after one week of issue date, unproductive customer care

This is the most recurring problem we are facing, my cylinder was issued on 22nd of Jan10 but as it was delivered to us on 28th after repeated reminders and calls.

Something that has been due problem is the customer care, which never attends calls.

Please look into this issue as it has been a recurring problem. Need a strict action to be taken.

I WANT TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF THE FORUM THAT M/S ANNAI ARAVIND GAS AGENCIES ,3/9,GANDHI NAGAR,MARUDHAMALAI MAIN ROAD,BHARATHIAR UNIVERSITY POST, COIMBATORE - 641046, PH NO[protected], TAKES A BOOKING FOR DOMESTIC CYLINDERS ONLY AFTER 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PREVIOUS SUPPLY AND THE REFILL IS DELIVERED AFTER 15 DAYS. SO THE TOTAL CYCLE OF DELIVERY IS MADE IN 40 DAYS ONLY WHERE AS THE CYLINDER IS EMPTY BY THE 30TH DAY. I HEARD THAT THERE IS NO RULES THAT BOOKING OF CYLINDER IS ONLY AFTER 25 DAYS. WILL THE AUTHORITIES STREAM LINE THESE PROBLEMS.

Agency person assures delivery of cylider on each visit.Today the agency
person concern, told me that most of consumers have picked LPG cylinders
today morning from Ravan Park, Ranjhi area, distributed by agency boys.
It is learnt that the filled LPG cylinders distributed to persons, those who
are not consumers, and some of consumers who had not booked, with EXTRA
AMOUNT.Attaining 62yrs, it is very difficult for me to get cylinder as per NORMS.

I'M a consumer of Indane Gas from last 13 year's but now the water level is to high to ignore. The Gas distribution agency don't try to hear anything about there home delivery service delay.

Indane Gas — Delay in New LPG Connection

I have applied for an Indane connection 20 days back and received stove, gas pipe, and regulator by paying the whole amount for the conenction, now the agency is not giving me the cylinder for my new connection applied for. when i call them they said that i should wait for the Registered letter to come to my postal address about the connection, then on the basis of that document they are going to give me that connection. now i am managing with my friend's cylinder but how long can i manage this. the agency's name is KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, Alluri Comple, Kukat Pally, Housing board, Bhagya Nagar Colony,

Indane Gas — Late Delivery of Cylinder, no Deliver in 5 days

I am Consumer of Jaunpur Gas Agency, Line Bazar, Jaunpur(My Consumer No.22172).
I booked for Cylinder on 8th Jan 2010 today is 30th Jan 2010, I am yet to receive the Cylinder. We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons. Such delay causes irritation to us and we are using kerosene stove. Whenever we phoned them they are telling some reason that their godown is in Redhills, from there they have deliver,

Complaint against Sheela Agency Distributors for Indane

On 22/01/2010 I had telephoned Sheela Agency to report a complaint (suspected gas leakage)
and wanted someone to come to the house and check what the problem was.
Without listening to the complaint the employee assumed that I was booking a gas cylinder and hung up.

On 27/01/2010 a delivery boy came to the house while I was not present.
He then took back an unopened, full cylinder and replaced it with a new cylinder that he brought and charged for the same.

Indane Gas — Demanding bribe for Delivery

my cunsumer no. is 17413,at pushkar gas Agency, Raikhad,in ahmedabad.my delivery man asked me extra money for giving delivery on due time.he threat me that if i will not give him extra 100 /- Rs. ,then he will delay for 20-25 days my silendar delivery.so please take action as early as possible and give comments.

I have booked for a new LPG connection at Megha Indane Agencies, Kottakkal, Malappuram District, Kerala two yrs back. My booking No. is 7819 dated 11/02/2008. Please let me know the status of new connections and also how long I have to wait in queue.
