Indane Consumer Lpg Cylinder — Delay in supply and poor response

Respected sir, i'm an Indane lpg cylinder consumer registered with aarthi gas agencies,Trichy. My consumer id. Is 08724. I filed my gas cylinder requirement on 23rd of december.i was also told that the same will reach before jan.15th. But i haven't received it till date.i'm now left with no choice but to cook with kerosene today. The concerned agency personnel is harsh as well.plz advise me.

I would like to bring your kind notice that I am facing some problem with Maa Eshani Gas Agency, Bhadohi 221401, U.P. India .

I have recd the gas receipt from gas agency vide no. 190 dated 02/01/2010 and my consumer id is 00004876, but till now I have not recd the cylinder from the agency .

I humbly request you take up this matter with the Agency and arrange the cylinder at the earliest since I am getting this problem every time from this agency.

I have connection no. MT-5578 with Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon. I have booked for cylinder since quite someback but I have not received till today i.e. 21.01.2010. On making telephone, it is informed always that your cylinder will reach by tomorrow, tomorrow. I donot know when this word `tomorrow' comes. When I asked about the telephone number of Area Sales manager, Mr. Samir of Sheetlal Gas Agency declined to give me and put off the telephone.

You are requested to intervene in the matter and provide the necessary help. I am in urgent need of this because no cook is being prepared by me at my home.

Please also provide me the telephone number of Area Sales Manager or Area Manager of Gurgaon Circle.

I had booked a cylinder with Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 4 Jan and today is 22 Jan, I have still not received the cylinder. The man answering the phone is very rude and doesnot give proper information. My booking # is 2008. I booked on email.

It is now 18 days, and I have no cylinder. The man on the phone is rude and unhelpful. He says there has been no delivery of cylinders. No truck has come. Is Indane incompetent and unable to meet demand?

i m consumer no.15659 (indane gas) have recieved the last delivery on 08/12/2009...but still have not recieved any new delivery inspite of booking it and calling up many a times..the people from the chirantani gas agency(kolkata) with distributor code number 99031735, 3 bangur avenue, block-C are keep on giving false promises of delivering it...
my booking number is 186, so u can check it out...we need ur co-operation so that if any mis-use of our right can be traced and punished than it would serve the purpose of all those who are not getting thier cylinder on time...we must stop such delays n black of cylinders...kindly check evrything and take appropiate action...

Dear Sir,
i'm an Indane LPG cylinder consumer registered with Sabha gas agency, Velachery.My consumer id. Is 20359. I filed my gas cylinder requirement on 2nd of January-2010 also informed them that i have only single cylinder facility so deliver the cylinder as much earlier as possible.They replied that they deliver the same as much earlier as possible.I contacted them more than 6 times till today but i don't get my gas cylinder.I also approached the dealer yesterday(taking leave from my office) for booking my second cylinder on behalf of their late activities.They replied that they won't get any calls from me.And my cylinder is on the way.
And its very hard to catch them by phone.They won't pick the phone even you got the line.I have never seen a worst service like this.

IS 3193, 1293, 1696, 1307.GAS AGENGY PERSONS INFORMED ME THAT AFTER ONE WEEK CYLINDER WILL DELIVERED.BUT AFTER 20 DAYS NO ANY CYLINDER IS DELIVERED TO ME.AFTER 15 DAYS I INFORMED FROM GAS AGENCY PERSONS THEY GIVE CHALLAN SLIPS TO CYLINDER DELIVERY PERSONS, BUT NO ANY CYLINDER I RECEIVED. Indane Gas — Not accepts booking of refil

MJV Indane Gas Agency, Ambattur, Chennai either not picking up phone even after ringing repeatedly for long duration or phone continuously engaged when call for booking of refill. Very difficult to book refill even after the mandatory period of 22 days as the Gas agency is more than 25 KM away from residence.

Indane Gas/ LPG cylinder — Telephone is always busy

I want to book my cooking gas cylinder from last 5 days and continuously contacting to Shri Laxmi Gas Service Ph:[protected],[protected] from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the continuous redialing mode but 5 days left, the user is continuously busy or not attending the phone. You can try. Please look into the matter.

Indane Gas — Non-delivery of gas cylinder after 15 days of booking

Sir,

Its been 15 days I have booked my gas cylinder, but till now they have not delivered the cylinder. Every day I call them & the reply is tomorrow the gas will be delivered. Since Monday i.e. 18/01/2010 i m calling them & today is Saturday i.e. 23/01/2010. This is not the first time it has happened.
Sometimes they say the gas is not delivered as nobody was available at home. But my mother is always available at home.
They always harrass the consumer like this with one or the other reason.

Kindly look into the matter & book a complaint against Punia Gas Agency.
Please take a action against them at the earliest.

sir, i am a customer of Samarjit Memorial gas agency, s1, sec-4, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. My consumer no. is 20631. I had booked for gas since 15 days by phone but till date no delivery of cylinder at home. so i am facing a lots of problem.

Indane Gas — Delivery not in time

Respected Sir,

I am having a Consumer No.28931 with Sunder Shyam Gas Agency, Janak Puri and the Phone No. is[protected]/3988.

First I have booked my cylinder on 11.01.2010 through computerized booking and the Booking No. is 28.

Secondly, I had again booked my cylinder on 13.01.10 directly to agency with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered with in 3/4 days. But the same has not been delivered till date.

I had again visited the above agency on Saturday i.e. on 23.01.10 and informed that I had called several times, but your phone has always engaged. In reply, he said how we can proof the same and also informed that your booking is on date of 13.01.10 only.

Finally he had assured that the cylinder will be delivered on Sunday i.e. on 24.01.10 on top most priority.

But I regret to inform you that till today I have not received the same and the same thing has happened several times.

I also request you to please inform us how I can sure that my cylinder has booked through computerized booking, because I have never received the cylinder though computerized booking only.

I hope, you will co-operate with us in this matter.

Indane Gas — Cylinder not received & hopeless behaviour of staff

SIR,
Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Radhika Agency , opp Navapura Police Station , R V Desai road , Vadodara - 390004 Gujarat. My consumer number is 17028. Till the date, the same is not delivered to me. I have visited the the said firm often each time they replied that the same will be delievered today / tomorrow , etc.Today When I went to the agency to enquire about it, a person named Mr Raju having hopeless speech to send the that old woman to get the cylinder who is wife of the late Mr Raghuvirsingh. ( the user , card holder ) , is this the way to handle a customer ???
Being her nephew I ( Mukesh Rajput ) had visited several time the firm with the sai booking book as well as called them .

I request you to do the needful as this may happened to no. of your users. At least the staff should be given necessary enough manner to reply , behave to the consumer according to me..


Each time I marked that the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the matter
