the booking of the gas on the name Sr.darshan singh s/o Sh. daulat ram Costomer no.12236 hargobind gas service amritsar road moga has been done on 2-2-2010 but they have not delivered my cylinder at home . I remembered him on telephone and personaly to the gas agency .They have not delivered the cylinder to me because black marketting of the cylinders by this agency even half of the total supply. The company did not watched this agency causes home delivery delayed due to huge black marketting Thank you from Sr.darshan singh

Its true. Most of the gas agencies harrass the consumers no end. My gas agency, Shikha Gas, Shantipur, Guwahati never supply gas before 35/40 days, that too after reminding at least 10/15 times. They keep their phones also engaged for long hours to avoid consumers queries. My last booking was on 25/12/2010 for which I am yet to get the refill. Newspapers are regularly highlighting the plight of the consumers but it seems nobody is bothered. No improvement is visible at all.

Indane Gas — rude behaviour and no response

Dear Sir,

My Self cityzen of SANAWAD. The representatives of Narmada Indane Gas Agency Sanawad are not able to interact with customer in proper behaviour. Most of the time i not get refilled cylinder at home delivery so i have to bound to collect from the agency.

Also they do not attend the telephone for booking of Cylinder .

Your good self are required investigate this matter urgently please.

avery gas service — No delivery of gas cylinder even after 12 days of booking

Sir, i registered my Indane gas cylinder on line through tomogas .com on 17.01.2010 but till date cylinder was not deliverd, secondly, telephone calls is also not attended .Please do the needful to avoid carelessness in future.

The Agency has many qualities like this

NO SERVICE ON TIME
RUDE BEHAVIOR, WORKERS ALSO
NO PICKUP PHONE AND NO RESPONSE OF ONLINE BOOKING
BLACK MARKETING
LEAKAGE SLENDER SUPPLY ETC ETC.

Is Indane Gas Company watch agency activity or not ?
If watch, why these problems with customers ?

I request you sir please inquiry of that agency and solve our problem.

the off line system of booking is awkward one can book the gas only after 21 days of previous booking the delivery is worsening day by day after repeated reminders i have not received the gas till date i.e 11.2.10. it was booked on 30.1.10. my consumer no. is d-19316 and i am a resident of Lucknow. i receive my gas from the domestic gas aliganj

Dear sir,
i am the consumer of Avon gas agency, Najafgarh. My consumer no is 15053
whenever i book for refiling for LPG gas, they say that you can book after 21days from the last delivered. Normally they deliver the booked cylinder after one week and they count the days from the delivered date for next booking.
Thus one month passes for book a cooking gas.
Is it by rule?
Otherwise what is the process of booking a cooking gas.

I, R.N. saxena, my indane gas conection Consumer No. 8678 (gurunanak Gas agency, Bairagarh, Bhopal) wish to bring to your kind notice that I have not been supplied GAS cylinder since my booking, dated 01/02/2010 & my waiting no. is 02 . I m book this number through computrazid booking 1260 scheme.When after 14 days i , again call 1260 no. a computrazid mgs is " aapka no 1 feb 2010 ko 10:10 am per book kiya gaya hai . app agli booking 15 din baad 1260 no par kar sakte
hai " . but i don't receive (01 feb 2010 booking cylinder). & the person at the agency is not receive phone 2642571 & 2642731 . i m depend on 1260 no. which is not working properly . In this regard I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us to get the cylinder in time. I am writing this after I failed to talk to the agency several times last 10 days.

I AM DHAWAL BHASIN LIVING IN RANJHI,JABALPUR(M.P.) AND FACING THIS PROBLEM FROM A LONG TIME.THIS IS A PROBLEM WHICH ARISES EVERY MONTH.THERE IS A RULE THAT EVERY CUSTOMER HAVING DOMESTIC GAS CARD WILL BE ISSUED ONE CYLINDER EVERY MONTH BUT IN LAST 3 YEARS I HAVE RECEIVED THE CYLINDER FROM THE AGENCY ONLY 29 TIMES BUT ACCORDING TO THE RULE I MUST HAVE GOT 36 CYLINDERS.THE GAS AGENCY IS BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDERS ON A RAPID SCALE WHICH I THINK MUST BE THE ROOT OF THIS CAUSE.SO I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE THIS IS THE VERY COMMON PROBLEM EVERY MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY IS FACING.MY MOBILE NO. Whenever I book Gas Cylinder, M/s. Vikram Indane Gas Agency, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi- 23, keeps to tell that 10 days back your cylinder already sent but they don't and Owner and supporting staff never behave good and always creates problem to others also.
