I cant understand what the meaning of 'my attitude towards complaint'.But I have a complaint.And am going to 'take up' the matter appropriately.Atleast IOC officers and the gas agencies must start behaving properly.That is my aim.Let me try,

The agency of Indane oil corporation in the name of City Gas Services in chandigarh is very bad

BOOKING PROBLEM

I RAJESH D NAIR, My consumer no.22307 and I am a resident of 'VKRA-50, Vazhottukonam, Vattiyoorkavu-via, Trivandrum, KERALA (My mobile No. is [protected]) M/s Shelly Gas Agency (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have to continously trying and finally i will get the line for booking the gas cylinder. Then their response is VERY BAD telling YOU CALL LATER/AFTERNOON or BY TOMORROW. So I very very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no good response/service from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 3298800) remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail or direct online booking system (Like HP & Bharat Gas agencies introduced), and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

I too am facing the same problem. My consumer no. isAGA-4480. I booked by personally approaching the deler viz.M/s Arunita Gas Agency, Sector-47.as nobody bothers phone connection there. It is always kept in engaged mode.I booked for the refill on[protected] Booking No. is 8657 as recrdedin the book. I was told it will be sent in 5 days.When it was not deliverred in 5 days I personally approached them three times on succesive days.I was told it will be sent today but to no avail. They make wrong commitments to the harassment of consumers. Not only me I found the same fate of all the consumjers.Will IOC look into this?

Indian Oil Petrol Station Karve Road — petrol pump attendants cheating customers

I have seen on numerous occasions that the petrol pump attendants fool customers while refueling.
What they do is show the customers the zero reading then engage in some small talk and quickly reset the reading to a previously set one.
Then they start filling from the set reading.
An example would be let’s say I want to fill petrol worth Rs 200
So they will show me the zero distract me and reset the system to Rs 50
Then start filing from Rs 50 onwards up till 200
So I get only petrol worth 150 Rs.
This is theft and the police should take some actions against these thieves

I am having Indian Gas connection and my Consumer No. RG-110127with M/s. Ratwa Gas Agenices, Subhanpura, Baroda. I have booked for Gas cylinder on 10.01.2011 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively when ever i tried to contact over phone.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 28544262,[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

I have a domestic gas connection no.3838315 in the name of Ram Singh with Sringari Enterprises SCO 21 HUDA Shopping Complex Sector 7 Old Rly Road Gurgaon code[protected] I Am Facing The following Problems.

1: I Have got the cookig gas booked by 20.01.10. But till today I counld't received the cooking gas.
2: I have regular call to dilivery man mr mohan Cell no [protected] to dilivery he said I diliverd the gas as soon as posibble.
3: I Felt toung tied when Mr Mohan said that your gas divilery slip have been returned to office on dt 17.02.11 due to lock out your home.
4: Again The phone call was made by me on gas ofiice phone no[protected], 4076888 on dt 18.02.11 The attandant said to me that we will sand your gas whithin two or three days.
5: I have not received my gas till today.
6: I humbly request to you please arrange the further dilivery of my gas on Sunday. Because we both are working and sunday in our Holiday.
