Consumer no.31059 and I am a resident of IX/7604 Gali No. 13 Amar Mohalla, Raghbur Pura No.2 Gandhi Nagar Delhi 31 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s GANDHI NAGAR GAS SERVICE (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 30 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.
You are requested to please look into the matter urgenly.

Dear Concern,

I am a consumer of Indane Gas which is supplied from Sri Raghavendra Gas Agencies - Avadi, Chennai(Distributor ID:1092).

We have noticed several times that the cylander is supplied without nozil gasget. This practice is higly hazardious, illegal and increase the chance of accident. We were fortunate that the problem was found and rectified on time by myself.

Further when we took up this matter with the local agency, they did't take the seriousness of the issue and in response they handed over a spare gasket to me, and this was their ultimate solution for the complaint I raised. Therefore I found they have not reponsibility to highlight the issue to their higher authority.

I hope this complaints will survive for the sake of coustomer.

SHELL GAS SERVICE — NON RECEIPT OF CYLINDER

My gas agency (EAGLE GAS AGENCY FAIZABAD. UP.) is not attending the phones. So Gas can not booked by phone.So many times we contact on phone to Rm Faizabad Mr Mukesh Chodhary and convey our complaints to him. But he is not particular & making any arrangement on this nature of complaints. No SMS booking is started yet.
Please Do the needful.

I Am Holding A Gas Connection No. AGA 7061 With M/s. Anurita Gas Agency-Chandigarh, on dated 04.12.2009 I Booked My No. For Refill Our Cylinder But Till Date I Have Not Got The Filled Cylinder. Every Time I Am Facing This Type of Problem with This Agency. They do not delivered cylinder proper time most of time they told me the cylinder will delivered with 2-3 days but no response till 7-10 days if by chance pick the phone they told that 2-3 days your supply sent, I Am Unnecessary Being Harassed for No Fault of Mine. Sir, I am Handicap person, so I cannot visit the agency time and again, last time I am facing same problem and written complaint sent to you on dated 13.11.2009. I Request To Your Goodself To Look In To The Matter And Take Immediate Strict Action Against Them So That This Type Of Attitude Could Not Be Repeated From Their Side.

I have Gas Cylinder Connection of your respected company from many years. I have Gas connection which falls under:

It has been observed from several months that delivery of Gas Cylinder has been worsened. I have really been frusted from the distributor. I regret to inform you that I am getting delivery of Gas Bottle after almost 45 days.

I have 2 Gas bottle but unfortunately once the bottle finishes our distributor deny to book immediately they say u must book after 21 days. Even after booking delivery of such Bottle (Cylinder) comes after 12-15 days later. I have to do follow up even after booking

Gas delivery seems to be dark.

Gas bottle falls under necessity of a common man like supply of water and electricity.

I will be highly obliged if you could do me favor and see to it that delivery shall be prompt and fast.

I booked bottle 12/12/2009 but I have still not received delivery. Please look in to matter and solve my problem.

Subject- I face very poor response from Madhupur Indane gas services every time.


I am customer of Indane gas. I am currently registered with Madhupur Indane gas services Naka faizabad u.p (224001), My coustomer no= Mi-4382.

62 day’s back the gas cylinder was booked on phone. But till todays date the gas cylinder has not been delivered. Today is 29.12.2009., I have booked the cylinder on 28.10.2009 on phone my booking no. 2710. . First of all their phone line is all the time busy. Nobody is lifting phones and no reply. And if one is lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a 6-7 days. .but let me tell u that
Counter staff have misbehaved with me despite of number of followup's requesting delivery of the cylinder on time

They were reminded on telephone on 26.11.2009, 29.11.2008, 06.12.2009, 23.12.2009., 26.10.2009 Every time they promised to deliver the gas same day...

I face very poor response from Madhupur Indane gas services . every time. this is a big problem . I did not get proper in time delivery of gas cylinder from Indane gas agency at madhupur gas service faizabad . this is big problem for us pls help...and take appropriate action against the agency.other wise I have to launch the complaint against the agency

Please confirm me that a refill request could be made after 21 days of previous booking or 21 days of last delivery. My dealer SURAJKUND GAS SERVICE, Gorakhpur is harassing me at my request to book refill after 21 days of last booking.He says it could be booked after 21 days of last delivery only.

Indian Oil Petrol Pump — Less Petrol / Adulterated Petrol

I am writing into advice you that, the petrol bunk in 53, North Usman Road,T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 ( Landmark:near Panagal Park bus stop,Opposite Sharadha Vidyalaya School,Next to Gold Crest Complex: Reliance Web World ) has been cheating customers by filling less petrol and when asked they say the machine cannot round off the value hence he has to do it manually.they have been saying the same reason for the last 6 months.I have experienced this quite a number of times and recently lost my cool and asked him and he was quite rude and tried to ignore me.This incident happened at around 10.30 pm and the manager was not present at the bunk.when asked for the managers mobile number he said he doesn't have his own managers number.This bunk was once closed down for filling adulterated petrol to the customers and looks like they still haven't learnt their lesson.

This might sound like a small thing but the amount of money being earned by filling less petrol is around 35000 per month ( 0.25p less petrol X 5000 customers minimum = Rs.1250 X 30 days = 35,000 ).I please advice you to take this issue very seriously and I quite know that this has been happening in many petrol bunks in and around your own neighbourhood.Please raise your voice and it makes a difference ! Or just make sure you pass this message to all your friends and educate them the same !! God Bless India

I would like to know about Home Delivery Service. Is the service is provided by the Distributor itself or any other? Pl. tell me the criteria if it is selected through Indane or IOC Ltd.

I, Shammi Malik, F I/148 Madangir, New Delhi – 110062 applied for LPG new connection (Wait List No. [protected] Dated 09 Jan 2010 has matured)through MAHESHWARI GAS SERVICE, 9/209. DDA FLAT, Madangir, New Delhi – 110062. and received a letter from you to receive the connection from the aforesaid agency, now he is refusing to give me the connection and asking 5300 Rs. with 2 Cylinder +Regulator+Gas Stove (without BILL). I have already a stove. He just denied issuing a connection without stove. Should I buy extra Gas Stove or pay him 5300 Rs.

I went for query on 23rd Jan, 2010 to above mentioned gas agency, they have cut the memo in front of me and told me that will get that day itself. But till today i didnot recieve. I just want to tel you that, its not only for this time.Its happen every time.We fed up of this nonsense. Sir, please look to this matter and let me know. I think Its happen with every body.

Gas last moth on 5th January but I can’t receive gas in January 2010.
Today I visited to my indane gas distributor they simply said tomorrow surely will deliver gas cylinder.
I’m daily making call but there is no response.

I regret to inform you that your bank has devalued its reputation which will be conveyed to the general public, but this is not good for the image of corporation.

I’m a well-wisher and have great expectations with regarding the services

When ever I have been trying to contact the vinay agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more &more long times over phone continously for booking theydisconect phone .and they missbhive with consumer and they open agency too late in the morring at (11:00AM) and they close very early in the evening (4:30PM) its creat problem to me . But i want to tell you that there is no response from them. They tells.every day that my truck has not come and in the market there vender were blacking the gas on double rate . p/s contact them or tack action imidiatet there phone no.[protected], [protected]) and agency owner also misbheive with consumer and cant recive phone some time owner recive phone they told this is wrong number and disconact the phone. and some time busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder. I told to the agecy that u cant afford overlod please transfer my conection in other agency and they cant take any new connection also they only supply gas in vip area proppely when truck come they first preffer to supply gas in vip area and thain some gas remain they supply in other area.
i am kindly request you that please change the agency.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
