Respected Sir,

I am a Indane gas customer and my booking agent is T.R.Gas agency, Mattannur. I have booked gas on 30.12.2009 till now I have not received gas. The agent is supplying gas to other areas and not coming to Velimanam. The agent is having about 8 telephone numbers and they never pick up it when customer calls. So many times I have approached them in their office at Mattannur and complained them. Always they say that, they will send it next day, next day. The same problem is facing by all the Velimanam Indane gas customers.

Humbly request you to take action and inform the agent to supply the gas as early as possible.

Sir, I have book my gas on dated 11.02.10, on dated 15.2.10 my gas delivery man Mr. Bablu contact me by phone- I have received your gas slip and I will deliver the cylender tomorrow, but till date I have not received the cylender, last three days I complaint to jaspreet gas agency daily, but no response.

Kindly do the strictly action against the responseble person.

We are consumers of Harish chandra Gas Service, 174 Silakhana, Teliyerganj, Allahabad-211004. We are told by the agency that booking for fresh cylinder is done after 21 days of the delivery and not after 21 days after the previous booking. If the delivery is delayed by the agency, the consumer is denied the booking after 21 days. My Indian Oil gas connection no. is V - 18047. I will be obliged if you clear the stand of Indian Oil in this matter. Jila Apurti Adhikari, Allahabad has stated in the newspapers that gas is booked after 21 days of the previous booking. i booked gas cyllinder on 17 january '10 but it hasnt been delivered by Raghu Gas Service(code[protected] [protected] @ kamla nehru mrkt, khandsa road, gurgaon 122001
these people are always late in delivering gas cylinders, we have to make several rounds of their office to obtain the cylinder.

Indian Oil Company, Indane — Leakage in Gas cylinder of the consumer no -FC5220

Dear Sir,



I wouldlike to intimate you that I am a consumer of your domestic gas for last 10years.However, the last cylinder was delivered to my residence on 7 March 2010 by your distributor M/s.Sharmila Indane Service, Tetultala, Agarpara,Kolkata-700109 vide bill no- 3126, which has got a leakage,and I am unable to use the same.



However, on contacting the local emergency no provided on the bill[protected]/3161).I have not got any response from them. Therefore, I have tried to contact IOC help line no [protected], but unfortunately i have not got any response from them.

I would request your serious intervention on the foresaid problem for which i am unable to use the Gas Cylinder.

I am a customer( NO. 223815) of Shankardev gas agency six mile guwahati, Assam. On making phone calls for booking they generally do not pick up the phone and immediately after the ringimg is over the phone gets engaged. May be looked into.

My name is Ravi kumar sharma my indane LPG domestic gas connection no: C-710, (card no.2591048) residant of sharma complax Vill.Bated buranwala baddi (H.P) booked my gas at 14 th jan-10 but after 50 day of booking when i visited to my distributor office " Sub.Distibuter in Barotiwala (VIKASH GAS AGENCY - PARWANOO (H.P.) " said there is booking of gas but no avevlable gas than after making daily telephone call they simply said today surely will deliver gas cylinder...while you can see at there distribution point they are openly selling gas on black instant availabilty for commercial use also. & before refilling in black rs.700.Pls. loock matter sursly

it, s daily basis problem so plaese take strong & firm steps to punish otherwise things will keeps on spreading, & finally no will escape from these.

I am a consumer of indaine cooking gas vide consumer No. D-9170 exist in Deep Ganga gas agency, Ashiana Nagar, Patna, Bihar.My address is 201, Y.D.Appartment, Near Devi Asthan, Choudhary Hotel Road, samanpura, Raja bazar, Patna 800014. Delevery of gas more than20 days after booking/registration and registration period is restricted after21days from previous booking, Regitration on phone no [protected] is very dificult as no. has not attended by any one orrecievergoneoff. His vendor Ram kumar openenly black the cyleder. Pl. look into the matter and rectify the problem sothat subscriber feel good about your company.

The recently supplied on dated[protected] that was leakage cylinder given by the taxi supplier before refusal by my Childrens. Next Iave made caomplaints to Gas agency for replacement of leakage cylinder immediatly but till date cylinder was not change by the Ruchita Gas service Pali Marwar Rajasthan. Telephone lines was closed and personally meet only reply given for supply to be change but no improve the work.
