When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 15 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The Telephone no. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of Gas Cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system, and have some acknowledgment system to overcome this situation.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 15 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The Telephone no. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of Gas Cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system, and have some acknowledgment system to overcome this situation.

My consumer no.6754 and I am a resident of D-1, EWS, Yamunapuran, BKDA colony, Bulandshahr U.P.(My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Sikandrabad Indane Gas Services, Ahata Braham Singh Thekedar, Bye Pass Road, Bulandshahr (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone No.[protected] remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them(235718) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has booked on dated 05.02.2011. I Contact the Customer care No. [protected] about this matter that he provide the Compliant No. 303161 on dated 18.02.2012 But it is not response till date. and one complaint write the webapp.indianoil.co.in. it registration no. - 303186. But I have no recieved any complaint status. Please provide the Sales officer No. which about discuss.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

This complaint is tobe said that gas agency is not giving home delivery Agency proprieter is saying that they do not give home delivery

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold.Last time, i got filled cylinder on15.01.2012 .Now, they are saying that waiting list is not yet cleared of decemberr. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that every time we were harassed to get a cylinder. The Telephone no. provided by them ([protected]. Indian Oil Gas Co. — Delay in Cylinder delivery

Hereby, I am D.L. Devi is a consumer of indian oil gas service through its dealer Khawaja Garib Nawaj Indane Gas. They always book cylinder on 26th day of cylinder delivered and then give cylinder delivery after 10 or more days with a lot of harrasment. His employes mesbehave on phone as we ask them to deliver the lpg cylinder on time. My connection no. is 28743 by the name of D.L. Devi, A-280, Gali No. Rahul Vihar, Vijay Nagar Bye Pass Ghaziabad. i asis kumar chatterjee con no.51387 of chatterjeehat gas service is facing same problem and i was threatened by dealer and misbehaved and the matter reported to the chief area manager but on 22*03.12 chief area manager told me that my gas booking has been unlocked but the same has not yet unlocked so i have the doubt in my mind whether the departmental officer is taking action with the connivance with the dealer or not.

My name is S.N Jaiswal my indane LPG domestic gas connection no: 13355 residant of New Colony, Teli Tola Faizabad U.P booked my gas at 10 th April12 but after 21 st day of booking when i visited to my distributor office " G.D Gas Service Civil Line Faizabad ", but i didn't get cylinder till date (09.05.2012). what happened, why much delay. your quick response will be appreciated.

Myself Rahul Saxena (H.NO. 239 Nankari IIT Kanpur) having a great trouble for getting a cylinder.
My connection number 662 and the agency name is Sengar Gas Agency IIT Gate Kanpur. They are hardly giving a cylinder in 50 to 60 days and whenever i complaint regarding this problem they(agency) say that there is supply problem while everybody knows that anyone can avail a cylinder in black just by paying Rs 650 - 750 any time.
Kindly take this issue seriously
my consumer no. T 17868 and i am a resident of 1/8 C master zuhurul hasan road, katra, Allahabad. my cell no. [protected]. My distributor is trivedi gas service. I booked my lpg gas cylinder on 7-6-2012, myself which is undelivered yet.I went to inquire about my booking they said that they will re-book it but the same thing happened. the lpg gas cylinder is not delivered yet. It is a lot of inconvenience to us. It is not for the first time. Every time the same thing happens. our last cylinder was delivered on[protected].After booking the gas is not delivered for 40 -45 day.

therefore, it is my humble request that you look into this matter and take responsive measure so that the distributor could provide better response to his costumers and the cylinders are delivered on time without any inconvenience.

My consumer no. is CH 34927 and I am a resident of barwalan, nai abadi, moradabad-244001 Uttar Pradesh. M/S N.G. Indane gas agency, E-27, Transport nagar, moradabad (uttar pradesh). My complaint is that distributor/dealer do not book our gas before 20-22 days after delivery and delivers the booked cylinder after 10-15 days of booking. Also our cylinder is not delivered on our doorstep. Kindly look into the matter and solve this problem.
i savita sharma want to raise a complaint against the dealer of Indian oil Yadu Indane gas sewa d-33 site iv, sahibabad indl. area sahibabad. my consumer no. is 81736. they have been irregular in delievering the gas for the last one year . the gas has been deliever to me .not before 10 to 15 days . my cash memo has been reliesed on 5th aug at 19:37 . every time i have to buy in black despite of being giving them reminder, every time they tell me it will be delievered after two days . its my humble request to look into the matter. the delievery man bought the cylinder to my adress on 7th and when i brought the money to give him he said by mistake i came here i am giving it in black to some other person.
does any action has been taken against all these complaints by oil companies ??? how can we know that.

I Mrs Sathi Chakraborty residing at dum dum and my gas distributer name is Dum Dum Gas Supply agency my No. 755677, from
the first time I am facing a lot of problem to collect the cylinder I have only one cylinder for my family. Normally I booked the cylinder
like others and they confirm my booking and issue my cash memo no in later through mobile. Today I am sending you this letter
because my cylinder was booked on 16th Sept 2012 and they confirm it and last week they have sent their message on 8th Sept 2012, and inform me your cylinder shall be deliver shortly your cash memo no. 2050.Till to day I have not received my cylinder or any message after that I enquire to the delivery man of that distributor, and they told me they are supplying that cylinder which was booked on 18th September 2012 and they told me I have not received your slip you will get after 2-3 days.

Now you say how this possible, Last year I have faceed this type of problem I have received my cylinder after10 days and they
supplied through blank receipt at the time of delivery I signed on their part and follow my part totally blank and there is no date and
customer code. At the receiving of the cylinder they request me you sign and not to mention that date but I follow all time previous date bearing in their slip this type of service a reputed company like you. Day to day increasing the price of cylinder and decreasing
the allotment and facing harassment from every side like money, time, relatilon and labour. At time of beginning on line system I was happy but now I am telling you previous procedure was better than now. If I dialed any time to their office all time phone engaged and not responding so where I explain my problem and other customer who are now
suffering abot this problem they are telling you will never got a fruitful results from company, many public have tried but failed.

So, I am requesting you please look into the matter seriously otherwise you suggest me how Can I solve this problem.

indian gas are fined .If gas celender number not as it then the charge are rs190. what is it.Rates are no limit and the we take fined also.

Dear Sir,

The agents are p[laying with the customer -
1. first of all they are not at all maintainng ethics - not giving bill on our name - not entering in our name in system against supply - as a result we customers are sufferers -
The gas connection gets suspendende for each subscriber - The agents again finds multiple opportunity to loot in this by charging Rs. 500/- saying document veru=ification and selling the cylinder in block at higher rate to the poor subscriber
2. they do not deliver to door - as a result the customers form que in front of gas agency taking the empty cylinders as happened earlier with ration shops for kerosene. But this is too dangerous to handle gas cylinders by public - In fact the charges for door delivery is included in the amount;
3. Also charging excess amount (Rs. 30 to 50 more) than the normal amount.
4. Even Primeminster of India may be contacted but not the Gas agent even during office hours; if it is so then how he can be called for emergency calls like gas leakage, fire accidents etc.

This is a shame in our country having variety of identy cards - govt may think of hundred types of ID cards - but do not have a strategic plan to curtail these evils.

I request IOC/ ONGC / Other related office bearers to look into this and regulate the illegal things and protect the customer interests.
