i have use new cylinder, cylinder was burn 6 hours Continue and off, cylinder have sufficient weat . but that not working . the cylinder inside only water .

sir, i have book cylender on 23.09.2008 in Jeevan Gas Agency, but i did't get cylender till date (11.10.2008). what happned, why much delay. your quick respanse will be appriciated.

they dont book cylnder on phone . they dont pick up phone .
they creat artifical sortage to sell a cylnder in black at a rs up to 650 p c. they dont supply the cylnder

My name is anuradha sahu my indane LPG domestic gas connection no: 36366 residant of 19-A ANANDPURI KANPUR booked my gas at 8 th sep-08 but after 21 st day of booking when i visited to my distributor office " KANPUR GAS AGENCY - THE MALL KANPUR " said there is no booking of gas & again i booked my gas on 29 th sep-08...since than after making daily telephone call they simply said today surely will deliver gas cylinder...while you can see at there distribution point they are openly selling gas on black instant availabilty for commercial use also.

it, s daily basis problem so plaese take strong & firm steps to punish otherwise things will keeps on spreading, & finally no will escape from these.

I have applied for DBC on dated 25.04.08 and deposited all the payment to M/s. Bachan Gas Service, Shimla Puri, Ludhiana(Distributor Code:[protected]. I have visited their office many times, but every time their official are replied that DBC will take more time. Upto date nearabout six months time has already been elapsed, please let me know the minimum time of DBC and if Gas Agency is making me fool, then take action against them. Indane - IOC — Not allotting second cylinder ever after two years

I have an Indane connection (in mother's name) with Panakkal Agencies, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur Dist. There is only one cylinder and we have booked for second cylinder almost two years back. We enquired many times about the second cylinder but the agency is not giving any clear reply as to when the second cyclinder would be given and or what is the status of our request for second cylinder. Will Indane let me know as to what is the status of alloting second cylinder to customers in Thrissur Dist. Kerala? (Our Connection No. 16898 -(Padmavathy Vasu).

Indane Gas — Too much delay in delivering refill cylinders to the public - who is registering, but cylinders moves very fast -to block market

My consumer no is 8169 (papanasam- Thanjavur district), last got cylinder six months back, now given request for refill cylinder on 04-11-08, but till today[protected], we didn't get cylinder. I request IOCL official to look into this and take necessary action to stop block marketing.

As i have applied my Additional Cylinder vide Bill No 69, W.L.No 5424 Customer No 25140 dt 07/01/2006.

Till from date i have not received my Additional Cylinder, when i contact regarding this to my Agency they confirmed me till Dec 2005 only we have released after that not yet.

Due to usage of Single Cylinder i'm facing a lot, Now a days after completion of 1st cylinder booking has been done and it will taking 10-15 days, in between the time we are not able to run my family without a cylinder because other fuel's like kerosen and all very expenditure as a middle class family as we are 4 Members in my family (My self, wife and my 2 children's).

In the view of the above i kindly request you to kindly consider my letter and arrange to release the Additional Cylinder without any further delay and oblige.

Indian oil corporation limited/cooking gas — Non pickup of phone

I have a domestic gas connection no. GK-13285 with Guru Kripa Indane Gas, UGF - 25, Sushant Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok, Phase - I, Gurgaon. (code[protected]. Most of the time I have to go personally to the Company to book my gas refill as nobody picks up the phone. The telephone nos. are[protected] and 2570671. In the last 3 years this is perhaps the 13th or 14th time that their phones are busy & I had to go personally. During all my visits I found that the volume of telephones were intentionally reduced so that the ringing sound of the telephones do not disturb the people sitting there, and the gas users necessarily had to line up outside thieir office to book their gas. When I asked him why he was not picking up the phone which was ringing continously in front of me as well, the guy says that how many calls can we pickup we are also human beings.

Is there anybody who will look into this kind of callous attitude by the staff of the gas agency. And who has given them the right to harrass the consumers who have to travel several kilometers just to give them the consumer no. for booking gas?

i have not booked any gas on 17 of dec still my gas has been given to someone else...!!!peoplle at the office are not responding and not takin this matter seriously...!!!today i have gone to booked my gas and the people at the office refused to do so!

Indian Oil — Cheating in Petrol delivery

Myself sathish i am employee of Oracle financial services ltd [formerly iflex solutions ltd] my office is at Diamond District old Airport Road kodiahalli .today [6th januay 2009] i have entered an indian oil petrol bunk which is there at the airport road just before Daimond District and asked for filling petrol for 500 Rs and Gave my Credit Card, the guy who recvd teh credit card has told the other guy clearly that to fill 500 Rs of petrol and he said ok .then he started filling the petrol and showed me 0 as well but adter the meter turned 100 he said done, i said i was asked for 500 hundred then he turned back to the other guy and said it is for 500 and not 100 the other guy said ok but meanwhile this guy turned to me and said please check the 0 he suddenly pressed the liver resets to 0 and left it suddenly but it was not reset but however the meter shows 0.00 when the liver is pressed and then he filled it for another 400, and said done sir first 100 and now 400 .then i cheked now fuel indicator it was showing less i asked him then he said no sir this is an extra premium petrol you wont get full and i tried to argue but could not, ihave caught this sort of fraud twice before but this time i could not this happens in all the petol bunks.

how do we stop this in future?

do we have an emergency Customer care number to report these kind of frauds online? if not can we have it in future?

what action will be taken against these guys ?

LPG Cylinder Of Indian Oil — refused to book lpg cylinder

i booked my gas cylinder on 27th dec-08 but still i dont get any gas cylider, i contact daily to indian oil gas agency at Sarai Julaina New Delhi but the people at the office are not responding and not taking this matter seriously. Today the office refused to deliver the Gas.

this is the case of Indian Oil Gas agency at Sarai Julaina New Delhi.
Please take it serious.
