Sir i am customer of Balaji Indane Agency, Baloda Dist- Janjgiar Champa State- Chhattisgarh. He make his subdelier in Akaltara who provide us gas. He provide cylinder minium 40 days in gas and misbehave to us. I complain the toll free number [protected] my complain number 4510. my custmer no is A110, Custmer name Shri S.N. Mishra. sir we have complaint four times but indian oil have not taking any action. our delier giving gas in 335 Rs. with out receipt. we have complain our area incharga Mr. Shristava in raipur he misbehave us and giving accuse that shortage of cylinder. I am Mohd.Shakeel resident is, 85- Faithfull Ganj, Cantt KANPUR-208004 Our indane gas distributor M/s Kanpur Gas Service, Mall Road, Kanpur.The distributor treat us arbitarily and dictorily saying that there is no stock .I have booked my gas cylinder since 13.07.09, my booking no.is 30962 dtd.13.0.09 but till date no cylinder have been delivered to my home.We are facing lot of problem of booking and delivery of gas.They always tell we will take your booking after 25-30 days of last delivery.Phone no. given by them is[protected]Pandit, Khan & Mudir -Staff of Kanpur Gas Agency, Mall Road, Kanpur) is always busy and endless hold. after many tries the says there is no stock in my agency and says if you are in hurry then go refill your cylinder from black otherwise we will cut your connection from my agency, mostly the gas weight less.Pl. take our matter seriously.bcoz Our Holy Month RAMZAN has been started, so there may be held alots of problem in cooking for a house wife/ladies.
So, Sir Just take action and Please take our matter seriously.

I have applied new connection on first week of May 2009 at Maruthi Indane Distributor, 1/1, Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar West Ext., Chennai - 600101.

I got the intimation letter for new connection by 3rd week of June 2009 and I visited to Maruthi Indane Distributor, at that time they told me that it is mandatory requirement to buy a Gas Stove from them for the new connection. Apart from cylinder charge, they charged me Rs.2, 365/- (including stove, rubber tube and lighter)

Now I come to know from my friends and neighbours that the Gas stove is a optional not a mandatory to buy for the new connections.

Please look into that and clarify me whether this a mandatory requirement to buy stove, rubber tube and lighter from the agency for new connection.

I have a domesticLPG gas connection with M/s.Pooja gas agency (INDANE GAS)Kakkanad Ernakulam with consumer no.9383.Whenever I am trying to contact them in their number it remains busy and many times they have an endless hold.Though I tried to book gas continuously for the last three days, I cannot succeed.I bring to your notice that the telephone numbers of the distributer [protected] [protected] were not responding to calls. Many times I have faced this problem.
My humble request is to look in to this matter and give proper direction to the Gas Agency so that we can easily contact them

I had booked the gas under consumer no.DG 14857 on 17.8.09 and till date I have not recd. the cylinder. On constantly following up for last 7-10 days, I am being told that the cylinder is being delivered today.When I asked to contact the owner, I was not connected to the owner and even not provided the mobile no. This is not the first time and I am facing this problem from last 4-5 occasions. I would request you to look into the matter and sort out the problem immediately.

Indian Oil, LPG — Booking of Gas not done on phone

Our family is facing huge problems with our Gas Distributor Yadu Gas Service, D-33, Site IV, Sahibabad (Ghaziabad). Most of the time I personally have to go to get the gas booked. They never bother about the consumer and complaints are not heard but complainants are harrassed by them. They do not pick their Phone No.s [protected], [protected] and their complaint nos [protected], [protected], [protected] never respond. Inspite of repeated personal complaints they are not bothered. I have sent SMSs to their complaint nos. for booking of my gas and even then there is no response. This behaviour of the distributor, is just to avoid booking and supply gas cylinders to genuine consumers so that they can divert the cylinders in the black market for extracting more money from the market customers.

The Distributor should not be allowed to continue with this unethical business and corrective and preventive action is required to arrest this situation.

my cell no [protected], gas booking no. 27097 resident of 146/13 balbir nagar extn shahdara delhi 110032 my indian oil gas agent "SAHEED SUBASH GAS AGENCY " G.T Road Shahdara Near Shyam Lal College there is lots of time i suffer from delay in delivery of gas cylinder when i visited to complaint to concerned agent he told there is shortage of cylinders from indian oil insted that thay openly selling gas on black even that stopage to sell of self service from indain oil since 28 days my gas didint come i booked on 3/10/2009.

take hardcore action on these person who trying to destruct the goodwill of great indian company " INDIAN OIL" which is always served to full fill of empty stomach of INDIANS.

my name is S.K.Sinha with consumer no:- RT3671.I have visited my gas agencyR.N.B UDYOG Indane gas distributor, gate no:-15 purani kankerbagh patna:-800020 with a request to chage my indane gas regulator as the gas is leaking from the regulator aweek ago.The agency personals at first said that they dont have any regulators with them and they have forwarded a request to IOC to send them the regulators.Yesterday on 22/10/2009 they said they have received the regulators but are unable to open the box in which the regulators are kept and advised me to visit the agency on 23/10/2009 in morning.Today when i visited the agency at 10:00a.m the agency main door was closed, when i entered through the back door i was told to come after half an hour.After half an hour when i visited the agency i found the agency closed this clearly shows the negligent, harashing and ligering attitude of the agency to put the customer into inconvenience due to chatth festival i am facing alot of trouble as your agency says to make alternative arrangement from the market please expedite and do the needful so that it is not repeated again.

I purchase the petrol from petrol pumo which name M/S Gopi Nath Brotheers, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur, UP
On suturday 31st Oct 2009 at 11.00 hrs I went that pump for filling petrol then i saw the mesuring meter is not proper working, the main meter reading is not working only disitat meter in working condition then i demanded the complain register the Manager told me who are you there is no any complaint register.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying several days over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answering. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. When repeated request they have given a Number 1260. But This Number also not exists. At last now we used to go over the Agency office and book the Cylinder. But after booking we have to wait for more than 30 days for getting it.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system correct so as to book the cylinder and getting it easily

Indian oil Corp. Ltd. — Wi-fi connection of broadband not working from last one month.

Dear Sir,

I have broadband connection at my home with land line no.[protected]. I have taken wireless connection modem for broadband connection.

This wifi connection is not working from last one and half month. If I connect the modem wirw directly to my laptop, the internet is working. But, laptop is not working with wireless connection.

You are requested to rectify the same problem at your earliest.

Consumer no.6718 and I am a resident of IX/3830 GEETA GALI DHARAMPURA GANDHI NAGAR DELHI -31 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s GANDHI NAGAR GAS SERVICE (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder. Another problem is transfer the name from Shri Dharamvir to Smt. Kanta Rani because Shri Dharamvir expired on October-2000 & I am the son of Shri Dharamvir wants to transfer the name of my mother. My mother is not feeling well for last 3 to 4 months because she is injured for By Pass Surgery (Heart) I have visited many times along with my mother to transfer the same but manager of the agency attitude is not good, every time he says come next day, next day he says paper is not complete, next day he says I am busy some another work. Sir' my mother is not a position to visit every day for the above said work.
You are requested to please look into the matter and solve the problem.
