AS IT WAS SENT FOR VERIFICATION 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE EVENTHOUGH I COULD NOT GET

MY REMITTANCE TILL DATE AS I HAD INQUIRED AT BHARUCH GPO .AS PER GPO OFFICIALS,

THE CONTENT WAS NOT RETURNED BACK AFTER VERIFICATION FROM KARELIBAUG

POST OFFICE, VADODARA.

IT IS A CONTENTIOUS ISSUES AND I FACED THIS PROBLEM AS AND WHEN I SENT FOR

VERIFICATION AT KARELIBAUG, VADODARA.

PREVISIOULY, IT WAS HIGHLIGHTED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MAIN GPO, AHMEDABAD CIRCLE

BY THE UNDERSIGNED.

AFTER DUE DATE OF MY ENCASHMENT, I COULD NOT GET MY REMITTANCE.

Dear Sir,
on 15/04/2009, I had sent a registered A/D postal article addressing the Insurance Inspector, ESI Corpn, Kottayam...As the cover caontained a letter of legal notice nature, I wanted to sent it by Registered A/D, so that i can prove the acknowledgment card later in the court.Unfortunately till date .i.e 10th of May 2009...neither i have received the Acknowledgment card back or received any sort of information in this connection. The booking number is RLAD 2886 ...

When i contacted the Post Mistress of the said office I was asked to submit a detailed comaplaint so that they may look into the matter...It is very sad that Though I have the right to receive the Acknowledge in time, again i have to run after the office for the simple matter...

I think this sort of red tapism and such attitude of the concerned officers create lot of inconveniences to the customers who pay the required charge at the time of the booking...

There fore i request you to instruct the concerned official to do the needful in this regard...

agreed; this is a problem faced by many non-residents; many banks; institutions and government departments would send communication only to Indian address; if there is no means of authorization a local person to receive delivery of the same, it would be great difficulty;

I wanted to bring this to your notice that, i had purchased a lens from HKBNS ([protected]@hkbns.com) from Ebay.com at $426.99 and paid using Paypal, on 15th September 2012, but still not received the Item at my shipping Address. I contacted the Seller, he replied that he had checked with his Postal department and found that it has been shipped on 15th Septmeber 2012, and ask to me wait further, and says it definetly reaches me. Today on 5th October 2012, I have visited R.K.M Branch of Post office, Itanagar I found the parcel and received it but it was devoid of the materials which I had purchased. the parcel item has been changed by the postal department and it was containing with some shredded papers and old torn magazines.

This is my kind request to the Consumer Court to look deep into this subject matter and at least endeavor to find out the person who did this, because if you do not take any action it would give these persons intestinal fortitude to do these kind of wicked acts, which would obviously change the POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT name to BUNCH OF CROOKS one or the other fine day.

Today I got a parcel No., marked on the covering cloth with no 3673 dated 29/10/2009, sent from Shahjahanpur, by one of my suppliers M/s. S. Surgiwear Ltd, Rasoolpur Jahanganj Shahjahanpur – 242001. On external examination there were no indication of any tampering but on opening it, I found that as per my supplier Invoice No. 2780 dated 28.10.2009 for Rs. 3669.69, except Sl. No. 3 Cling Drape (CD 01) – 15 nos worth about Rs, 300/-, nothing is there and some magazines are instead inserted. It was actually containing surgical Implants for Operation Theater which was urgently required for one of the local leading Hospital.
I therefore request you to conduct immediate investigation in to the matter. The packing materials weighing 3673 grms including the box, cloth etc are produced herewith for further action. Nature of action taken may kindly be made known to me . At the time of booking the articles actual weighing is not known since the booking sticker was also removed. The postage paid was Rs.150/- and that sticker of the postage is there in the cloth.
The post office department instead of finding out any solution says that it is my fault way I have not asked for open delivery since they have not issued any notice to me mentioning that your parcel is tempered during transit. This is the third incident happen with me. 04.11.2009

I fully agree with Mr. Prashant Patil. There is absolute delay in receiving the letters at 400709. He has written it 2 months back but it seems no action has been taken by postal department. In the view of these complaints, there is no alternative but to take the complaint to GPO Mumbai & ministry of communication & transport for this neglect of duty by the staff in Koperkhairne.

On 08.02.2012 (Wednesday) one Speed Post letter was sent to me from Kolkata (Kharda Post Office) to my residential address Koperkhatrane in the name of Ranjit Basu Sarbadhikari Flat No. 202 Tanwar Mansion CHS
Plot No 32 Sector-17 Navi Mumbai - 400709 . Now fourdays have passed the letter not yet delivered to me though I am available at home.
I would request you pl do the needful. As the letter was so important I have to suffer.

Indian Post Office — transfer of MIS account

i have submitted a complaint no.[protected] and [protected] for transfer of my MIS account No. 3086542 from Kahalgaon STTP postoffice (813214) to Vindhyanagar Postoffice (486885). But till date it has not been transfered since last three months, please take necessary action.

We received a parcel from USA on 12 June 2009 delivered by KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD post office, which was cut opened and two items out of three were stolen. They were worth $45 dollars. I stay in KPHB, Malaysian Township. Last Christmas a packet was sent from USA which never reached us. When we asked the postman who delivered the opened packet, she said most of the foreign parcels are opened. What is the procedure to file a complaint and get to the root of the matter. Someone from the Post office is stealing.

They people always said that you will get your pan card within two or three days. I have booked a e-Money Order at Goburajapuram Sub-Post Office for Rs. 1350 on 4th march, 2009 addressed to S gowri, c/o A periyasamy, Kuthalam Dist.- Nagapattinam- 609703. [vide PNR No.[protected]]. Moneyorder booked at PO Warora pin 442907 Chandrapur dist.

Moneyorder has not been delivered at given address so far. I enquired with local warora subpost office, it is told that my moneyorder has been redirected to cuddalore on 06/03/09 via Thanjavur, pin code 607001. This place is 300 kmtr. away from my native & there is no any male member to collect this MO from said place Cuddalore.
Now it is requested to send back this moneyorder to the given address, as in urgent need of money at my home.

I hope this complaint would reach the attention of the authorities so that I can get back the money at the earliest. I am thinking of going to consumer court, if it does not come within a week.

I told my father to visit this suramangalm post office today to enquire the same.

It is very bad, and not accepted this, I want an explanation for this problem immediately.

It is with much regret I wish to bring to your notice that a letter mailed by me in speed post on 21-2-09 has not reached its destination even after 10 days and the employees of your department claim total helplessness on the matter.
The letter was mailed by me from our Campus post office which has Speed post facility. The recipient of the letter is Mr Nishith Ranjan Ghosh, Flat 2 B, Deepali Apartments, 95 Jogendra Gardens, Kolkata 700078. The letter contained a very important document
I have been unable to track the item from your internet tracking services option because I believe the data is not entered from Lucknow GPO---- a very sorry state of affairs I must say. The employees of the local post office claim that the item had been despatched from Lucknow RMS centre and it should have reached the Kolkata centre. From there it remains untraceable and the local officials are unable to help out in this matter.
It is a shame that in this present day and age and with so much media publicity of our government post and telegraph services, such a thing should happen and no one seems to be responsible for it. All one gets is a very callous and laidback response.
I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by your services and await some response from your side urgently. Please help

More serious issue is that all remaining 9 cheques have been encashed by you immediately on receipt from EPF Organization and transferred to my account till the date of writing this letter. Thus you are earning interest on the amount of pensioners by keeping these funds in your account without paying them interest as per saving bank account rules and putting them under harassment.
I therefore request you to immediately transfer my pension amount to my account with interest from the date it has been en-cashed by you and conform.

sir, I have sent v.important document to my son after putting lot efforts(sr ctzn) on 8th Nov, 2011-from H.O post office, R T Nagar, Bangalore 560032 vide speed post tracking no-EK[protected]IN with assurance from the P O that it(the enevalop containig documents) will reach my son in USA, California- within 5 working days and the postage fees paid was Rs 596/- .Sofar, as of date,
(21 Nov, 2011)there is absolutely no trace of receipt.Would the postal dept.care to trace the article n inform me whether the article is delivered to my son or not at the earliest, please?We r tensedup 'cause of nondelivery, pl note n awaiting ur reply.

Delay in post

It's been more than 2 days since I posted my article whose tracking ID is ED[protected]IN but on tracking, it still shows that it is in delhi the article is very important anyhow it should reach chindwara by 24th.

my pan card was returned undelivered

It was valuable and costly. it was carring One Samsung mobile with all accesories and One nokia battery, Two my parents medical cards. when i was dispatched the packet was seal packed, and at delivery time same packet was opened all one my sumsang mobile Nokia battery and one my father medical card was missed.when asked about open packet postman/delivery man says we checked for what kind of suspected things. I posted a speed post letter (Article Number ET 58685497IN) for my job Application to The Registrar, National Institute of Technology, G. E. Road, Raipur – 492010.on 27/05/2011 at Coimbatore Head Post Office. I recived the same latter on 08/06/2011 back my Address. I checked the movement of the speed post tracking movement System of the my Application observed that the delay in coused by Indian Post office services only. The letter is not delivered to The Registrar, National Institute of Technology, G. E. Road, Raipur – 492010. the letter was kept in Ravi Sanker university up to 6/6/2011 because of the above reason I lost the Opportunity to apply for job the last dated to apply for the post is on JUNE 4,2011. I want to bring this issue to your kind notice to take Necessary Action. I am lose my job which is Direct Recurement and lose my Career .

On 05/05/2009 i sent a acknowledgement registered post to Regional Pass Port office, Shastri Bhavan Chennai. Till date i have not got the acknowledgement from Pass Port office.When contacted post office they put the blame on pass port office for not stamping the acknowledgement immediately and giving back to postman. I have not got the pass port nor the acknowledgement.

I would like to draw your attention against the poor service of POSTMAN. I have not been recieving my bank statements/magazines/admit card etc for last two years. The Postman handed over my confedencial mails to my neighbour, I dont know why they do that.My Neighbour read and tear my confedencial mails.
I personally chat with the Postman about my problems, i.e. why do u hand over my mails to my neighbour? his answer is it will never happend again but unfortunately It is happening.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
