Reg : Registered post ( RLA 8311 ) sent on 22.04.09 is not delivered even till today .

Registered post sent to VV.Hanuman Po: Assam riffles Shillong Pin # 793011, with the number RLA 8311 on 22.04.09 is still not delivered .

I booked a speedpost to singapore EW[protected]IN which should reach in a maximum of 7 days and should be raceable on the web. But niether is it traceable on the website and niether has it reached the recipients after 16 days. Above all the Post office officials have been rude and liars in accepting our written complaint. I mailed the customer service team but no reply in 7 days. On calling them up they are asking us to run to every other post office and get information. What is this? even after paying we are getting such a treatment.

I sent a DD of Worth Rupees 3000/- through speed post to Pune from Balco post office, chhattisgarh on 30/03/2009. but still its not recieved in pune.

Hi Sir/Ma'm,

I am a living in VPO Banah, Tehsil Balachur, Distt. Nawansher (PB) Pin Code : 144522. I am facing a issue with postal services, as I am receiving mails with a great delay of time due to which I have faced some great loss for my future prospect as well as. I am having this as a regular issue. I tried to have words with the Postal dept. but all went to veins.
He is not at all interested to understant the urgency of letter sent from Govt. dept. I applied for a govt. Job & was looking for the acknowledgement & Datesheet/Interview Call. I didn't received either on time I receieved the interview one before interview date.because of that i was not able to proceed able accouding to my plans and was not able to give 100% in the interview.
I had words with the post man and as per the confirmation he is working some where else. and always send his kids for delevering the letter for this purticulars.
Kindly check and do the needful as you are the last hope remaining for me.

Dear Sir,
I am residing in New MIG DDA Flats, NO-62- BLOCK C&D SHALIMAR BAGH Delhi-110088. Our area Postman is not delivering our articles/letters & telephone Bill in time .A letter of my School of Open lLearning University of Delhi-110007., has been despetched on 1-march2009 by ORDINARY EVERY MONTH, BUT POST NOT DELIVERD AND DESTROY THE DAKE but I have not received till date i.e 16/04/2009 . A weekly magzine "Business world" not received properly . MTNL Telephone bill not received in time. In this regard, Our Socity RWA has already been lodged a complaint to G.P.O & Head P.O Krishna Nagar, but no action has been taken in view of above. I have already installed a letter Box at Ground floor last year.

Kindly instruct our area POSTMAN to deliver articles in time .

my self neeraj pal i leaved in vill: pahalu ka pura post: phulwaria varanasi cantt . I have a complaint againts the post master of phulwaria which name Ghanshyam .
so many times when my any call letter are not recieved like recruitment of sbi, iob, allbd bank and other call letter which related to financial sector and other then i ask to postmen for reason o[censored]n -delivered then post master are told that all the letter of pahalu ka pura are not my responsibility to delivered so i back all the letter to main office in the sense o[censored]ndelivered.
so i kindly requested to you that its an matter of our future, carrier of my &my brother, sister and all the our villagers we requested to that please provide appropriate service soonly and please reply me for my satisfaction.

on 9th april i got information from THYGARAJA NAGARA POST OFFICE BANGALORE I got parcel from california. usa, so i went today mean 10th april but they make me wait for 2 hour to give my parcel and finally the head post master inform me that they lost my parcel and they talking like irresponsable and they not helping anything in that. so i lodging complaint i hope that i never use govt service in future

Sub: MIS Pass Book Regarding

Sir,
With respect to the above subject it is to inform you that I have applied for transfer of my account No. 119727 of MIS from Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata to NH-IV Post office Faridabad upon my transfer to Faridabad, with relevant passbook n 13.03.07.( Acknowledgement slip –Annexure-1) There after I always tried to find out the status of the account transfer and enquired with The Post Master, NH-IV, Post Office, Faridabad. On my enquiry it was informed that the account was not transferred at NH-IV, Faridabad.

There after my effort for tracing the book is explained as under:

1. On December 2007, I personally went to Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata and enquired. It was conveyed that they have forwarded the Pass Book for transfer to Post Master Beliaghata Kolkata on 02.07.07. Then it was enquired at Beliaghata Post office. But they could not trace the Book.
2. However after 1 year of continuous effort I was compelled to convey my enquiry in writing to the Post Master NH-IV, Faridabad on 31-03-08. ( Xerox copy attached as Annexure-2)
3. Thereafter The Post Master NH-IV Faridabad took it seriously and wrote a letter regarding the same to the Post master Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata via letter No. 263-NH-IV P.O Dt. 19.04.08.
4. On reply to The Post Master NH-IV Faridabad, the Post Master Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata conveyed that any coorespondence in this regard may be made with the Post Master Beliaghata Kolkata directly with a copy to Post master Beliaghata Post Office dated 26/06/08. ( Annexure-3). However nothing has been responded from Post master Beliaghata Kolkata.
5. On 9th March 2009 I again visited Post Master NH-IV Faridabad, for further enquiry ( Though at present I am not in Faridabad and at present transferred in Gurgaon, the working place). He asked me to visit Head Post office Faridabad, if it is lying there.
6. In the middle of March’2009, one of my friend at Kolkata visited Beliaghata, but no body could reply in affirmative.
7. Today 9th April 2009 I enquired at almost every relevant Table of Faridabad Head Post Office but could not trace the where abouts of the Pass book.
8. It seems that The concerned persons at Beliaghata is not taking it seriously and simply I have to move like a shuttle cork for last 2 years.

The Scheme has already matured and apart from that I and my mother who is a widow whose money is kept in this MIS have not received any Monthly amount for which it is meant for last three years, because of this type of negligent attitude of Post office officials.
Now that all my past efforts went in vain, it is high time that I have to take the issue seriously and write at different levels.

I think the matter should be taken seriously with high importance and it is requested to treat this as an urgent.

I thought Post Office delivery would be safe to send things at home. when i reached in PO ( gachibawli ) the lady sitting at counter told me that we dont accept paper packing you have to pack it in cloth. i went back and given 50 rs for packing to Courier person to pack properly with cloth.

Then i give it that package to the lady. ( she was telling me that your parcel would be torn and your stuff would be out etc etc if you dont pack it in cloth, i could not understand her thought that indirectly she was saying post office person will took things from this package :) )

I sent 4 tube for cosmetics ( and they were really costly ) costs me 1500 rs. But when they reached at home, we found that it has only one small tube thats because it was not visible directly after removing cloth & paper packing. They took three tubes ( 1400 Rs) and sealed the parcel exactly same way.

Please do let me know how can we find the status of the Registered post sent from INDIA POST OFFICE. Tracking of Speed post is not required.
