The conduct, behaviour and attitude of the staff dealing accidental vehicle is not only very rude, discouteous, arrogant but they pose themselves as if they are obliging customers by allowing the claim (partly as per their whims and fancies) though it is their duty and they are being paid for it that too at the cost of customers. They have no consideration for customer's inconveniances and value for their time. Their functioning is very slow, negligent and improper. It appears that their is total anarchy prevailing at the workshop, in fight amongst staff and indiscipline is apprent. Unfair, foul and mischiev practices are allowed to flourish, which reflects total lack of superivisory control and effect. Rather it reflects that such anti customer attitude is being pampered by Supervisiors and Administrator. No cognigence is being given to Customer's grievances.Rather they are openly abused and threatened that no one can do any harm as no action can be taken against any staff even if there re serious compalints.
My aforesaid obeservations are based on my recent experience when I was to wait there at the workshop in connection fo getting delivery of my car without proper repair and paying amout despite having insurance from NATMAR for which it is claimed that it is hasslefree policy though I found the same full of hassles but without any sign of relief.
Some fair, proper and independent inquiry in the functioning of this workshop may unearth several malpractices and unethecal procedures being adopted by the staff and supervisors, if the company is really inclined to save its image and reputation.

Hi, I bought the car on Feb'2012 from your dealer "Auto Hi Tech Pvt ltd", kolkata, and as communicated I can avail 3 free service from them. I already got the first service from them and i don’t have any problem till now. But problem started during the 2nd service. As I bought the car in Feb'2012 end my 2nd service was due in august end or in sep first week. I was not in kolkata that time due to business purpose. I was also very busy so didn't able to call them for service. During the first service they called me and fixed the appointment, so, here also I was expecting a call from their work shop at that time. But they did not call me till today (18/09/2012). When I called them and spoke with their work shop manager - Mr. Sushanta for a clarification on this matter, he doesn’t even apologize on this matter but he behaved very rudely !! told me that “they are not responsible to call the customers as they have lots of other work to do, it’s only customers responsibility to call them for service”. I am really curious to know as a manager of a Maruti Suzuki workshop, what exactly Mr. Sushanta ‘s or his teams duty to a customer ? Also, as a head of the workshop, is this the correct way to talk/behave with a customer, who is seeking for their help ? And, also I am wondering is this the correct way to treat a customer who is associated with India’s leading car company with lots of expectation !! Expecting a response and action from your end.

apra service station — Misleading towards engine oil

I have purchased my Car from Amar Car Vadodara in 31 February 2012. The RTO inspection is done on 11/03/2012. But till now (end of Nov 2012) I have not received RC Book. i was traveling with my family from rbl to lko and all of a sudden the steering wheel failed of my vehicle maruti eco (up33x7472)at village"kalli paschim"one kilometer before lko.the steering wheel were free and was rotating freely but there was no turning moment(right or left).by the grace of god we were meraculasloy saved.kindly go through this complaint and let us know what was the cause of such a miss happiningthanking you

i am vinay deshpande from indor M.P. i want to purchase maruti ertiga zdi granite grey but it is not available from last 15days. please send me exact situation about that on today. i think it is not impossible for a big concern like you. please gave ans. immidiatly. This is in regards to my car MH31 DV 5010, i bought car from SEWA showroom, four months after purchase my and my family were going out of town when the sterring wheel got jammed all of sudden luckily we were not in speed and the driver was able to stop the car in the side, we called the helpline for road assistance, we were informed that the "T" in the steerling wheel of the car has got spoilt ( manufacturing defect ) and they will have it replaced, the car has only been ridden 17000 kms and now we are facing major suspension problems, we called the representative from sewa who took the vehicle and told me the bushes and boot of the car have got spoilt and need to be replaced, I was angry as to how a brand new car is having these problems they are refusing to listen and said it will only be repaired under payment. Not only that when i have asked them to close the vehicle and sent it back it is in much worse condition then before, now there is all the more noise in the suspension and the car feels like a second hand old car. Dont know what to do ... FED up with SEWA and their useless after sale service

I have purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI on 9.9.2013 at Seva Automotive Pvt Ltd. Nanded-431604 (Maharashtra) after one month my vehicle run was 577 KM and while handing over for I st Servicing on 12.10.2013, I have told them about pickup problem but no action taken by them and partially washed and handed over the vehicle. Again I have been facing the same problem. when i Have contacted your service people they told that, it might be the problem of diesel quality. Later I have changed the diesel and filled at several different locations but the pickup problem still persist. And now my vehicle run is 2425 KM as on 3.12.2013. At 9.00hrs on 3.12.13 i approached Maruti Seva with following complaints:
1. vehicle is not picking up speed more than 70-80 K MPH
2. Pick Up is very Poor.
3. In down gradient maximum running with 100 K MPH
4. If vehicle is running with more than 60-70 K MPH Malfunction Indicator is glowing continuously.
5. For small cracker sound also alarming.
6. Acceleration and Deceleration function also not satisfactory.
They returned it on same day at 14.00hrs stating that now it is OK. But problem remained same till date.ो

In this regard with same complaint again I have given my vehicle to SEVA on 6.12.2013 at 9.00. I have purchased vehicle for me and my family comfort and daily attending office comfortably. Prior to this I had purchased Maruti Swift VDI, as explained by the representative of Maruti Showroom that Ertiga car is excellent and believing that i have purchased Ertiga but i found to the contrary consequently lost hope about Maruti's performance.
Dont know what to do ... FED up with SEVA and their poor after sale service. EVEN in the free services these people are not attending to specific complaints given by the customer, they just call your car and wash it only from outside and send it back and claim money from the company for full service.
