Sir,
This is to inform that MCD requires many changes , When DMRC being a goverment organization can maintain their office environment in disciple and in organized manner then why it is tough to maintain in MCD. Some problems related to building department , Infact no person is aware of what is the procedure he/she adopt to get completion certificate,Santion building Plan, regularization etc. no complete information is on internet as well as in books. As per the DMC Act it was established in 1983 and requires many changes itself. Sir, all are making money politicians,engineers under your nose and being a citizen of India daily i face this problem.

About maintaice department, department does work as the politicians says but nobody thinks that they are not technical persons and we have to do work in their pressure. Maintaince team should be very much technically sound and team can take suggestions from politicians then make a propasal enough that cater all the needs and keeping in mind future aspects.

MCD engineers intake procedure should be changed. MCD needs good engineers

I hope you will understand the problem of common person who has to deal with our Indian system.

My request is not to punish anyone but to make the system in such a way that nobody can do things in wrong manner.

This is further to the local sweeper (suresh) is harassing us for money and everyday torturing us with loud argument and he came with 4-5 other friends to have fight with us and he was threatning tht he will not let us live here peacefully. Today he came with a staff of MCD tilak nagar (dharam pal) he also threaten us for give what sweeper is saying or he will issue challan.

Hi,

I am Rohit Singh resident of H.No- 1/11160-C, Gali No.-11, Near Kirti mandir, Subhash Park, Shahdara, Delhi-10032.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which we are facing these days. Few weeks back MCD people dug our streets in order to fit new water pipe line. After completing there work they left with the dump (waste material) i.e. the remains of concrete and sand, which causing troublesome for us. As our street is very narrow so it is very difficult for us to drive our vehicles into our home. Please find attached the image for the same.

Also we have observed there is a rapid growth in the number of insects (Mosquitoes/Cockroaches) during this time period which may cause hazardous Health diseases.

I request you look after our problem ASAP and also take a legal action against the responsible person.

The MCD workers working in SU block are very ill mannered and flouting. Today we asked them to clean the road properly as from so many days we had been seeing the dirty road, then they said we cannot clean as it is full of , they were asking for money to clean the road.
I asked i will file a complaint against you, then he said "Do that let us see what happens".

I want you to please take some actions against them.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — STRAY CATTLES

Dear Sir

We the residents of Sitapuri, Pankha Road Gali No 14, Delhi - 110045 have to the menance of stray cattle every day in our lives. There are more than 50 cows in the locality. They are left by the dairy owners every night to roam freely on the street every day. the cow dung can be seen every where in the locality spreading foul smell in the colony.

We have tried to contact and complain to local officials of MCD, however the officials there are not concerned about it. . It is really diturbing that whenever the surprise raids by MCD are conducted, the dairy owners are aware about the raids a night before and manage to divert their cattle to the nearby localities. Seems the MCD officials are hand in glove with the dairy owners. It is often claimed by the dairy owners that the local MCD officials are paid monthly bribe of Rs. 70-80 per cow in the locality.

We would appreciate if you could kindly take this up on proirity and get the stray cattle removed from the locality.

I would like to inform that on complaining police department the construction was held for sometime but has began again. This is my humble request to MCD that overloaded construction on foundation ground can act as life risk to people situated in and near the building. Therefore, this illegal Construction should be immediately demolished on above mentioned addresses.

Sir, I hereby, inform u, i stay in NEW RAJINDER NAGAR, near shankar road , opposite BASKIN ROBBINS ICE CREAM PARLOUR. sir this is to draw your attension towards in effecient sweepers. All the swept waste is on daily basis collected outside my house E-176 new rajinder nagar. even after requesting them several times for not collecting it over there, they daily collect it over there. Also the waste is kept till evening. this is a complete harrassment. please sir do something. rajinder nagar is a sanitised place, help us to keep it more sanitised.

Sir there is sewer pipe line running just at the back of my house, this pipe line is leaking as result i am getting water in my house, this is very serious problem as this is settlement of my house walls, kindly repair this pipe line immediately.

We r a resident of BAPU PARK/BHOLA NAGAR KOTLA MUABARK PUR NEW DELHI 110003D . On behalf of the residents of BHOLA NAGAR /KOTLA MUBARK PUR, we would like to file a complaint against the traffic problems seen recently in our residential colony. There is a sudden increase in the commercial traffic movement in our colony, mostly by the, trucks, tempo and the Building Material tempos.

These vehicles are barred from using the internal residential roads, but they are now openly using the inside lanes of bhola nagar kotla mubark pur (specifically the road from CH.SHANCANDH MARG till AGERSHEN PARK/D.D.A PARK) and creating a nuisance for the residential area.

Not only this, because of thesecommercial traffic movements, the safely of small children and the old pedestrians in the area is at risk.

It is also creating safety issues for the people residing in the area, as there is no control on the movement of people in this area. There is a huge movement o[censored]nidentified personnel in the area, leading to greater risk.

We request immediate action on the same, with the following:
1. Immediate stoppage / barring of the movement of commercial / non residentail vehicles within the colony
2. Placement / installation of speed breakers in the area to ensure the speed control of the movement of traffic.

We request your immediate action on the same. Please let us know the action planned by you.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Threat of mosquitoes and warms Prone diseases

This is regarding the blocked drain outside our houses for the past one
month. the drain dispose water of nearly 20% of the colony area but no
MCD person is deputed on it to clear the passage. Previously also none
of MCD person had been deputed or came here for cleaning it.
Previous month somehow the drain got blocked and now the water is
overflowing in it the drain is full of filth, became a home for
mosquitoes and worms(worms with tails). Mosquitoes had increased in this
area as well as worms with tails infiltrating our houses.
we people living at the end of this overflowing filthy drain are living
with a constant threat of mosquitoes and warms Prone diseases.
I on behalf of the locality of this are request the concerned
authorities to take timely action to help us to live a healthy life.

Construction on DDA Plot No. A-11, VIKAS PURI, NEW DELHI is in progress. Owner is unauthrorisedly constructing the building just behind the backside wall of A-15 VIKAS PURI, thereby blocking air and light passage to all the floors of A-15 building. If immediate action by MCD is not taken to stop this unauthorised construction, the owners of all the three plot owners behind A-11 shall have no alternative to go the court.
