[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

i have a complaint about a illeagle construction DA-10 vikasmarg shakarpur.the building was smashed by the government but the owner would be constructed it again which has endangered structure..But, as corruption has croosed all its limit NO action has been taken to stop him and he is busy in doing construction.

MCD means maha chor department ,man curroption department every man in mcd is a chor is he a lower staff middle staff vigilance department,Before 15 days i lodge a complaint in 1266 and take the complaint no,No action take then i contact to vigilance
MR rajesh kumar he said pls fax me on 23227603 ifax will be deleviered on same time
NO action take then after i fax DC office on no[protected] again no action take mcd employee come and take the money fro shopkeeper further no action take PLS any one tell me when action will be take all mans are doing basement lanter and know the current sitution mcd employee come every day and putting new lanter and he ais asking you do your work I seen all vigilance,dc office he has so many approch in upperdepartment,pls do action for illigle construction

MCD - Garbage Trucks — Garbage trucks

Garbage trucks should be prohibited in the morning happy hours i.e, 8a.m. to 11a.m. because at this time, there is already a lots of traffic on roads and these trucks moves so slowly, and spread the garbage on others here & there.

Garbage trucks moves from Seema puri to Gazipur dairy farm via surya nagar, anand vihar.
Gazipur dairy farm road is to narrow to cross two trucks at a movement because of standing milk and chara trucks on the roadside.
Everytime there is jam on this road of Gazipur dairy farm.

I have to be in jam daily on gazipur dairy farm road for more than 15 minutes.

This is to make MCD aware that in our area - Rohini Sector 24 specially pocket -8 there are several street dogs and they are biting pedestrians and two time they had bitten my neighbour's son, he is just 4 year old, If peoples can not live safely, then what is the use of these departments, which government has . I request you to please send your peoples to collect them.

Subject: Vagabond Dogs
The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people and many are bitted. You may please collect record from safdarjung Hospital to check no’s of persons are bitted past three months. These dogs also create unhygienic condition on street and these used our outside ladders for toilet. We belong to Tughlakabad Extensions especially street no 23, 22 and 24 are facing above problem. Please to something and instruct concern team to provide solution for the problem once forever.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.

So this is our humble request to you to please pay attention on our letter and send immediately Dog catcher team to the area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Fraud at Parking Lot

There is a racket of looting hapless citizens who park their vehicle at Nehru Place Parking lot.

Parking contractors print the parking slip in such a way that you are not able to check what exactly you need to pay.

Actually the slip is printed this way
Rs.5 for Scooter Rs.10 for Car Rs.30 for Tempo per entry

How they print the slip is
Rs.5 Sct 10 CAR 30 TEMPO per entry
The attendants have been advised by contractors to invariably tear off the Rs.5 which is applicable for Scooter. So the Parking attendanats end up charging Rs.10/- for Scooter; Rs.30/- for car. Somebody who is parking his car ends up paying Rs.30/- everytime, instead of Rs.10/- I have not seen any tempo using this parking lot.

End of the day, they have made a few thousands if not lakhs. If you multiply Rs.20/- with the number of vehicle that gets parked here every day, the racket runs into a few crores.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — SEWER LINE BLOCKED.

Sewer line blocked outside my UNIT.
This is to inform you that the sewer outside my unit is overglowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling... There is blocked all road by this dirty water.

Mr. Shyam Singh Chaudhary is constructing 3rd floor at D-7 JYOTI NAGAR EAST, SHAHDARA, DELHI - 110093. With concent your building staff without sanctioning plan, please take immidiate action against this illegal construction and take nesseary action as you find suitable.

MCD / Delhi Traffic Police — Corruption in Parking Area

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complain regarding corruption taking place at authorised parking areas by parking contractors at Bhikaji cama place and nearby parking areas. The parking contractors are charging Rs 40 to 50 and are issuing coupons of Rs 20.

They are charging monthly Rs 1200 to 1500 for some vehicle owners who had some deal with them. They favour such people by making space reservations even if they are arriving late to office which is at all against law.

During office hours, the vehicles are parked in such a manner which will really create adverse conditions during crises management in case of emergency situations. Ex- Fire

It should be MCD with suppport of Delhi Traffic Police who should stop all this but i guess they are also involved in such racket and are just a daily audience of these parking lots.


Please investigate this matter urgently.

The road between Chitra Vihar and Swasthya Vihar under Preet Vihar near Lakshmi Nagar is realy in a bad shape since years. No athourty yet had taken any action regarding it . please help.

there is a unauthorised construction at flat no:31 pocket no:3 sector no:2 rohini new delhi 110085 occupied by mr.ved singh a police employeee.
The construction should be demolished .

please consider the request and take necessary action towards this complaint .

this is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of h. no. 105 Rohtash S/o Sh. Gopi Ram village Ranhoulla is blocked and over flowing due to sewer line blockage for last 3 month. It is becoming a very embarrasing problem for all the Residnet living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.
I therefore, request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse, local authorities are not helping in this regard.
so, sir it is my humble request to you that please take possible action as early as possible.

In the Baba Banda Bahadur Soiety/ Apartments situated on SEC-14 Near Prashant Vihar Rohini New Delhi-110085 the number of stray dogs has increased. These dogs loiter around, and bark dangerously on passer bys.They also run after the Children and can hurt them.I request the MCD to kindly send a Dog catching squad and help the society residents.

MCD / Delhi West — unrepaired road

Sir, the road just at the corner of B block bhagwan das nagar,east punjabi bagh,has been dug up nth times but people forget to clean up the mess afterwards.since last 8-9 mths big blocks of cement etc r lying there--& now police has put up permanent barricades --thus effectively making that stretch of road one way.i live in B block--have to cross that area 10 times in a day-invariably it is jammed up particularly in afternoons with all the school buses plying--taking a rt turn into the service lane to my house is always tricky as visibility of the on comin vehicles is blocked because of the barricades--infact i myself had an accident a few days back taking a right turn to go to my house.

MCD — crazy street Dogs

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that there are lot many crazy street dogs in our area which is Sector- 1, Pushp Vihar, M.B Road, Saket. Because of which it is really getting difficult day by day to commute and step outside our house .There had been many instances where these dogs bite people in our area . Please do something about it as we are sick and tired of complaining about this again and again.
