SO, BEFORE A FEW DAYS I WANTED TO GET MY PORTING NUMBER FROM RELIANCE CUSTOMAR CARE . MY PREVIOUS PORTING NO. WAS EK874185 . BUT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG PORTING NUMBER, THAT'S WHY I COULD NOT PORT MY NUMBER . I HAD COMPLAINT HERE BEFORE FOR THIS PURPOSE BUT I HAVEN'T GET ANY REPLY . SO, I'M REQUESTING YOU SIR PLEASE GIVE MY THE RIGHT PORTING NUMBER SO THAT I CAN ABLE TO PORT MY NO. TO ANOTHER CONNECTION. PLEASE CO-OPERATE WITH ME .
Purchased sim card for data usage on 24th Oct 2013 and just after 10 days the sim stopped working...when contacted the reliance outlet executive told me that more than 9 connections are registered in my name thats why the sim has been suspended...I was shocked as I have no idea of this...N I m unaware as of who took so many connections in my name...not getting n e help...plz help me ...plz...

The worst service I had ever experienced.. I have purchased prepaid connection few days back. Now my outgoing called are barred and Rs. 50/- have been deducted without any reason when I m trying to reach customer care. It is nothing, but only wastage of your time. Because no one is attending the call even after waiting for 20 to 30 minutes.

Its been the third time since my balance has been deducted without any reason. its really dissapointing. This has been the worst company among all mobile companies. kindly look into the matter and i want my balance back. it has become a habbit of reliance communications to deduct balance of their customers... they seem to be beggars ... deducting 10...20 rupees frm my account every time ii recharge my account... have some standard...
my mob no [protected] out going call debarred for various hours since 5 Feb 2014 restored a day back again to be debarred from 10th feb 2014 at 12. 15 pm despite all amount duly paid.through SBI netbanking dt 29 Jan 2014 for Rs. 1000/- and 7th Feb 2014 for 319 for billing period 9 Dec 2013 to 8 Jan 2014 apart from that Rs. 1000/ on 30 Dec 2013 for a bill of Rs 1100/- . I have already recevied SMS conformation dated 291th Jan 2014 for Rs. 1000/- Today I am receving a SMS again to pay Rs. 999.81 GOOD wel done job paise pad par lagthe hai

There is a serious compliant against Reliance Communications
My Wife Ms. Deepti and I Mr.Manish were using Reliance connection nos . 999920XXXX / 9999XXXX96
but due to poor services and no network connection at our resident, we PORT our nos . to VODAFONE after clearing all the dues.
Also the PORT cam only be done once the last bill is cleared.
Now we are getting threatening calls Reliance Agents for legal notice and filing FIR against us and sending ladies constable to our place to arrest or wife which is all crap, baseless and hurting .
We have recorded the voice of Reliance Agents who claims that they are SHO from police station.
I need to file a complaint for fraudulent against the recover team for making false claims that they are from legal and given threatening to us

Kindly look into this matter as we wish to file complaint against them for claiming compensation for not providing better service and playing unfair trade practices

I am very disappointed for reliance services from your side from last 1month. This pack automatically activated and deduct the balance of this pack from my balance even I don’t know the service of this pack so why I want to activate this pack. Last 2days i complain again you deduct my balance; even I have never tried to activate this pack but reliance customer are did not respond in 198 service. no one can given satisfaction answer . every one says that your complain has beer process . one time 101 amount of deduction and 25 15 and 4.3.14 the amount deduct 51 but no amount of then refund . so plz kindly request plz refund my amount
