[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

When I registered my no into DND service after that I am able to contact anyone saying.the route is busy.
I did almost everything what ever customer support said to do.Then also it was not connected & when I called R-com customer care they said they will connect me to their senior but no one receiving call n automatically It is disconnected.
Can anyone please let me know who you guys do not care about all those things. Please help me with this contact no- [protected]
i am using a reliance connection.daily my balance id deducted and when i call on 155223 as told by customer care.it shows no services activated.

On sunday i.e 8/6/14 i talked in customer care for 3g data .There was some mistake & heard 73 RS recharge instead of 173 Rs for 3g 1gb data for seven days .So i asked to shopkeeper to do 73 Rs recharge on my mobile no [protected].I got the message at the same time that recharge is sucessful & u have got 1 GB 3g data.But after some time i got the message that yr request could not be proceed.After that i waste 2 hrs in talking yr different calls cetre, but reply was not positive.I also checked with shopkeeper but his amout was also deduted & was not refunded.Pl arrsnge to refund my Rs 73 asap.

My Complaint is : I recharged online in my account with 66 rs for get benefit but i can not get any benefit.Also deducted 66 rs from my account.
This recharge is by mistake because 66 rs recharge benefit is only for new customers.so please do needful

I have newly shifted from BSNL Broadband to Reliance and a big mistake on my part. I have taken quarterly plan of thunder plan 699. The connection was done with in couple of hours I inquired about it. Net went well first 5 days. Now from 6th day its not working. I contacted customer care[protected]. Gave me 24 hours and assured problem would be solved. From that day I am complaining every day for my connection not working. Daily only apart from regret for inconvenience caused dialogue and 24 hours assurance nothing happens. And reply of mail that matter has been escalated and would be dealt soon. I am surprised at time of installation the executive appeared with in couple of hours I gave Reliance Care call for inquiry, and now when some problem has arise, they do not care to check from 10 days. I am sorry but my experience with Reliance Broadband has been very unpleasant, which never happened in my BSNL BB for seven years. After my 3 months Reliance BB subscription I would prefer to revert back to BSNL and my sincere advise to all new BB subscribers, stay away from Reliance, or you will be disappointed.

I bought the Reliance number under iPhone contract
Now I am regretting for my decision, I am out of network all the time, longed a complain 5-6 times into Reliance but not of any use and unfortunately I cannot quite and use MPN, I am just waiting for the end of my contract and trust me this is the last time I have trusted Reliance.
Reliance has the worst network in India, do not get caught by lucrative plans because for you to take advantage of your plan at least you need a network.
Stop promoting Reliance and paying hefty fees to Anushka Sharma, instead please spend some money on your network, that will help you more,

Please do something if you can.

I had gone to pay my Advance payment towards Net services9 [protected] ) of Rs.1500/- on 15th June, 14 but I regret to say that he has refused to take the amount with any acknowledgement. I had pressed for Acknowledgement Under these circumstances, I had convinced to give any authentic receipt at least on white paper with your official stamp for the amount received for the other consumers also . Necessary action may please be taken to avoid further frustration from consumers. Action taken should be intimated to the undersigned within 10-days otherwise I have no other alterenative except to close my net works services and do not insist consumers for PORTABILITY. IM using the reliance CDMA number.Actu aly we are living in pedana in krishna district in andhrapradesh.Since one month we are suffering from signal problem.I had given complaints lot of but there is no correct response till now.When ever there power had gone automaticaly the signal is getting offed.We are suffering a lot.We are missing so many important calls.So please kindly rectify our problem fastly in our town.

I BOUGHT NEW RELIANCE SIM FROM JALANDHAR DATED[protected].THERE WAS A SCHEME THAT IF SOMEONE BUY SIM IT WAS FREE OF COST BUT YOU HAVE TO PAID FOR BALANCE &THERTE WAS THREE MONTHS FREE INTERNET FACILITY .BUT WHEN I USE INTERNET ON THIS SIM THERE WAS NO CONNECTION .PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM .

My number gets charged for incomming calls even in home location. I tried calling customer call, there aare many instances that i waited for more than hours in line but no one answers the call. I am very dis satisfied by the quality of service reliance communication provides. even government offices respond better.
