Hi, I had ported my vodafone no. to reliance and from that i have been facing serious issues from vodafone. This is 2 feb when my no. got ported to reliance and i had opted for a 599 plan.since that time i have put no. of request to change the plan it has till not yet changed. They are still billing me with the same plan after giving me commitment over the calls and giving me n no of request no. I spoke to floor supervisor many times but my problem still remains the same. Now they have a reason saying that it will only change from billing cycle and all. I have even emailed them on rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com but still no response. some request no. for your reference for mobile no. [protected]. [protected] 16 feb:- [protected] 25 feb:- [protected] 10 march:- [protected] 11 march:- [protected]. i have also told them to send me call record, which they are not doing because they are fault. The worst connection i have ever experienced...
i did complain so many times on phone and along with visited to reliance gallery in andheri and vashi but not found any solution, i have complained for so many times for unnecessary charges...bt dint got any response...in a week they have charged 910rs ...and if i ask a concern person for so much charges they keep saying our server is down call us after some time ...since 2 week i m getting same answer...no solution ...guys dont use reliance sim ...worst performance, no customer satisfaction...unnecesaary charges they r taking ...switch on to other connection...RELIANCE PERFORMANCE is ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.they should shut down now...

I am asked some networked question he told all answer no option, not available ) till date not resolved problem reliance is worst network also WORST CSE.

niwedan hai k mera mobile no-[protected] hai. mere phone ka balance 10.03.2014 ko lagh bhagh 300rs cut kiya gya. maine uski complante k liye kai war customar care me phone kiya par meri complante nahhi li gai. uske 2-3 din k bad jab maine care center me complaint ki to unhone kha k humaare pas me 3 din se jyada ka data nahi hota hai. uske bad hum kush nahi kar paye. abhi phir10.0402014 ko maine 200 ka recharge karwaya tha. Uske bad jam maine apna balance check kiya to mera balance 00 tha. uske bad maine kai waar care center me call ki par wo har wakat yehi kehte k hmara surver down chal rha hai. Maine unke team leader se v baat ki to unhone meri complaint daraj ki. maine yeh complaint daraj karwane k liye reliance gsm no-[protected] se call kiya tha. unhone kha tha k meri complaint solve ki jaye gi par aisa nahi hua. agar mera balance agle 4 din tak wapis nanahi hua to mai consumer court me kais karuga. yeh mera last intimation hai. mera email id- [protected]@gmail.com hai

I am T.Raju My CDMA mobile no is[protected]. Unfortunately my mobile fell down in my hands my mobile display gone. I purchased new GSM mobile that's why I will change my SIM CDMA to GSM so I went to your kukatpally reliance outlet on23-04-14 they are taken my SIM card from my mobile and my SIM card kept the another mobile and send SMS to reliance for my SIM card transfer CDMA to GSM they people wait sometime but didn't get reply from reliance so they said you will go and submit documents tomorrow they given my SIM card also. On 24-04-14 my son-in-law went to Kukatpally reliance outlet for submitting of proofs in that kukatpally outlet one lady talking very recklessly show me reapply message only I don't want any thing how can show message in my phone that is display not working he said my phone display was didn't work but that lady didn't lessen his words and she went. After that I went there another person came and taken my documents and he said you can pay your bill payment till date I paid 450/- after that he said with in 7 days this SIM Will transfer CDMA to GSM after 5days i called reliance customer care*222 your person said within two days your Number will be change CDMA to GSM. But that is not changed to 02-05-14 I called customer care they says not showing your request and bill payment also you can go and ask reliance outlet. i went Kukatpally relinace outlet they said your documents missing that person resigned we will give another request that's take 3 or 4 days other wise you will cancel SIM that will take 7 days you will pay that 7 days bill now only.
03-05-.14 again I call to customer care they says request got 02-05-14 only so its will take 1 week.
Note : - we are not your servents you are customers only we are using your net work we are paying bill also. we didn't get free service from your net work. If you give free service you will say to your employees you will talk with our customers very recklessly no problem.

i am useing post paid, last month only i buy a new mobile, so i call customer care service for Internet, they activat internet, next mont end in mobile out is blocked by, why i dont know, then i call customer care, they didt pic my call around last 20 days, then i call excutive who sell the reliance simcard, he toled me that, i used more then the limet of net .i paied bill in online rs 700, still now my out going is not working, my no is [protected], stil i am calling the customer care they didt pic my call

I converted my prepaid no to post paid but the no. didn't start after verification even after 5 days. I am highly disappointed by the behaviour and unprofessional attitude of the customer care team. Every time I register my complaint they say the no. will start in 30 mins. No action has been taken yet. I mailed to so many people but couldn't get any single reply from them. Very-2 unprofessional attitude. Its been 5 days now. Can anybody guide me to some responsible person to talk

reliance ka network hi nasib se sahi hota hai or internet ki to bat hi nahi, maine 1 gb ka plan activate karvaya hai lekin kabhi chalta hi nahi hai, rcare me se ek hi jawab milta hai rat 11-12 baje ke bad sahi ho jayega koi solution karo ya mera paisa refund karo

asking to custome care they reply that document verification have not
been completed. Sir my number i.e [protected] of Daman, in previous
month i have switch to this network GSM, , 15 days before i have made an
application for its conversion to CDMA and after document verification
it was started even thiird party verification was also completed then
allso after three times verification yesterday i.e 18 may 2014, my
outgoing services is getting barred by the company.
I would like to ask why my number is getting barred service
again ad again, is this service provided my reliannce telecom to the
customers.. For how many times there is the provision for document
verification in reliance.. I am totally getting dissatisfied with the
service provided by the company.
Hoping so that you will kindly lok over this matter and respond me immediately.

Since 17 May Evening I am unable to Call or Sms from my Reliance Mobile Number [protected], I contacted to Customer Care several Times but every time they say your call is connected to Postpaid Department We cant Help You OR said there is system issue that they cant able to check the details only one number *333 is contactable neither any other nor 198, I want to know What the exact Problem is with this number, I am using the Reliance Number since 2008 and now I changed my Postpaid Plan to Prepaid on Saturday noon time and from the same Time I am unable to do any call or sms, I have already recharged my number with 18 rs sms pack and 222 rs call pack but no confirmation msg came to my number nor it get recharged only my money spend. Refund my money ASAP and activate the services too.

This issues should be take very seriously or I have to take this issue to the consumer cell . your staff deducts my balance up to 5-8rs after every two days .so please do something about this matter

I have recharged my cell no. [protected] for Rs 48 (Rs 48 shows talk time of 400 mins on rcom website) but I have received 200 mins talk time twice. Due to this my main balance was reduced to extreme low. Please resolve the issue at the earliest and reply
