I am reliance pre paid user and my mobile number is [protected], last few week my mobile balance has been reduced on enquiry from customer care the response is unsatisfactory,

Please look in to this matter.

I Amit Jain My Mob No: [protected] Have Balance 68/- on date 06/12/2012 but company Charged me 68/- rs. and said I Have used Internet but on the day the day I Havent use It Custumer care suppoters also not Providing me Information About The wrongly Charged My Balance
i Spoke Mr. Hari Ram Senoir (Chandigrah) On 06/12/2015 They are unable to get me Information About the Charges
Kindly reserve My Balance

We were using this number ( [protected] ). he is using in Hyderabad. We paid bill also. We contacted customer care people they are telling everything is ok... number is in active but still number is not working. kindly solve this issue immediately.

I have apply to port my no [protected] in reliance one month ago, but still not ported.
kindly escalate my complain & port my no. in reliance as soon as possible...

just want to inform you that on 15.12.2015 at 5.06 pm i got a call from Reliance communication. but the person who called me was very nonprofessional. he did very bad behavior with me as his don't have any manner how to talk with your client.
its to disgusting and pathetic i don't have word to explain it. and i am not expecting from such a good company.
as i am a long time customer with your company, please improve your service, i feel very bad and its mentally harassment as well.

Today i had recharged with 199 unlimited R2R free pack with 26 days validity but i haven't got my pack and i have also asked from customer care why my pack is not working but he didn't reponse me, and suddenly he just cut the call so please resolve my problem as soon as possible...my mob no- [protected].

Your customer care executor can not response my call because call not forward to cutomercare executor. I have recharge 64 recharged successful but not active my plan so i requested to active ny plane immeditely
