[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I am p. V. Sadasivararao resident of Eluru. Due to my job I have shifted to guntur. By seeing your reliance offers for Rs 499 I was much excited and I shifted my network from Airtel to reliance at lakshmipuram branch by submitting following proofs like aadhar, current bill. My number is [protected] my sim activated successfully but with in few days they send me a message about the rejection of my proofs and they stopped my outgoing calls.. Actually no person came to my home for the checking your showing the false evidence.. Again I take I my proofs to Eluru reliance. They said we have to submit our proofs at only the place where we have changed.. Again the outgoing calls started but it doesn't lasts even a single day again they stopped my outgoing. It's too wrong on your part. It causes me very problem. Either check my details and proceed a network to me or else you must say me. Without any problem your suffering me alot please check the details and provide me. Or else I proceed legally. The warn is no person came to my home for checking. Don't play with the customers.

I am an old customer of reliance...but i am very much dispointed because of reliance service...i have rechargd my reliance no with a net pack...but till now there is no solution of my problem...and till now i have no net balance...customer care service is also very bad...so finally i have decided to surrender my reliance no

Remember we are the consumers, we pay our hard earned money to get a service, and we make them by using their services and we have the right to get a proper solution when we face any issues.
And we should be liable for a compensation if they are not able to provided solution in time.

Never trustable

I want a internet setting on my realiance sim card and i was tried for 2 days ago on customer care no 198 but i cant satisfied and they cant slove my problem.So, i tell u one thing that if you can solve my problem oterwise this internet amount wil transfered to my main balance.

Today I recharged my reliance gsm sim(mob no.[protected]) by 33 rs, and was offered 33 rs promotional balance, while I m in roaming I am unable to make any call by this promotional balance, don't know why this is happening?? Even tried to contact reliance customer care but couldn't contact them..kindly look into this.

My mobile no is [protected]/[protected] .in 1st mobile I can not access internet today having data balance
So I call to customer care he says you call after some time due to technical problem so I try second time this time I can not talk with customer care i't block then I cal to 2nd no talk with codtomer and call after some time again same problem in this no
Last I try 3rd no and same process block customer care.so pls solve my problem I am in Kolkata also sim is from Kolkata topsia 700039 major problem is that I can not access internet with data balance every 4 or 5 days interval Internet problem happened. So pls solve my problem .thanking you.
