[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Generally I always found bad networking in our area and tomorrow suddenly cut our balance and I tried many times but I can not get solutions. I was surprisingly how to cut these balance. Customer care persons going to gol mol talk with us I am really sorry to use services of RELIANCE COMPANY my contact Number is [protected].
I had done Rechare of Rs.150/- on 21.09.15, immigiet 2nd day on 22.09.15 my balance has been nil,

i was done 3 time complain through Customer Care of Reliance GSM, they give me complaine no. all time

but till date not resolve my problem

My balance are be cutt in last days
ND reached any amount then immediately money are be cutt automatically
No any serious are be activated on my number
I call to reliance customer 6th time not any action taken on my problem
Then now before two day not be connect my call to reliance customer care
Please take fast action on my problem
ND why are the reason to cutt my balance please tell clearly

I got a SMS to recharge with rs.447 and get 10gb 3g data with full speed.
I recharged with rs.447 but got only 1550mb data with very low speed.
Net is fast in 2g than 3g

Please look into the matter what is problem.

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I check the Special offer from *129# there is showing 3GB for 2G 149/-.I made recharge 149/- then I got 2048 MB.

I called customer Care no.198 but they(Ms, Debika and Mr. Ujjal) told me there is only 2GB.
Specially I given thanks to Mr. Ujjal Kundu for worst behavior.I spoke to him 8.10pm approximately date of 30.09.2015
I am asking you then why it was showing 3GB?
as well as if there is 2GB offer then why I get 2.48GB?

Pls let me know why you people cheat with me?

I have recharged my phone no.[protected] with Rs.188.00 to get call changes @25p/min for 365 days under your scheme. But unfortunately the charges are still being deducted at the same standard rates. How can I get this amount back or has it gone down the drain or in the pocket of the company's illegal profits.

I am a subscriber vof Smart GSM Services and I have got my prepaid connection about 7 years ago. Since last few months, some VAS NAZARA services are activited and charge amt 30.00 deducted. this type problems are come 4-5 time in a month. date[protected] also balace is deducted but not refund.

Sir, kindly look in this matter and refund my balance. as this is very important number for my business usages and it is next to impossible to talk to its customer care because you will always find these lines busy busy and busy.

unwanted illegal VAS charges
my name is richa my contact no is [protected] my complaint is In the name of some vas service money is getting deducted in frequent interval of times.I called service centre and he returned the money a few times and told me that it will stop but its happening again.second to last time for three days I called but the server of the executive was down so they couldn't do anything and now again same thing happened and when I call cc the phone gets cut off immediately reaching the cc executive speaking point.
Please deactivate VAS service & add my balance back to my account..

Hello Sir/Madam

My Reliance number is [protected]. On 6 Oct 2015 incoming, outgoing and internet services stopped working suddenly. When I was trying to make a call it was giving insufficient balance error. Though I had Main balance of Rs 46/-. I recharged my number via PayTM with Rs 160/- and I got a recharge successful message also with operator reference number [protected]. But still I am not able to make a call or receive any call. Now for a surprise main balance is Rs 0/-. I have lost my old balance Rs 46/- and new recharged amount Rs 160/-.

I am not able to call even customer care. I contacted customer care via some other reliance number. I am calling them from last 48 hours and each time they are giving me excuse that they are not able to get my details due to some technical issue. They are asking me to wait for some time. I am not able to understand for how long I have to wait. They are not even lodging my complaint. I have called them 5-6 times with in last 48 hours. But still my problem is not solved. I wonder how such a big company is still sustaining with this way of working.

I hope my problems are catered to with utmost urgency and care.

Reliance connection is very bad service.

The reliance connection is worst connect in pune metro city because the connection get disconnected every alternative day If we call to the customer service they take a complaint and funny thing is that the complaint get close with customer confirmation

I Would like to infirm that, I have recharged 100 Rs from 08/10/2015 i got 84 Rs Amount,

I used 10 Rs after i got balance 74 Rs while checking 8/10/2015 I have massage logs ...

Now i have checked balance showing only 1 Rs ...

Plz returne the balance amount ...73 Rs ...ASAP...

my mobile no [protected] himachal circule i am using reliance prepaid service from last almost 9 years and on dated 15 october 2015 i have a complaint againests relince sevice i have done rechrge of 282 and get 6 gb data which is available on reliance website for data plan for 90 days i do recharge on 01-sept-2015 now today is 15-october-2015 not showing me that there is no data balance available in your your and if i on the data balance on my andriod phone it is cut my calling balance. i am talk regarding this with customer care exicutive on [protected] and talk about regarding this but they don't take it seriousaly i have done many calls on this number and talking with jitender, saloni, suman, Anuradha and many more they don't give any responce of my problem. so i want to please take care of my this problem with in two or three days and add 45 days and data balance and which is detected from my number.

This is Sourav Das, having mobile no- [protected](Smart) in West Bengal circle.It is very shameful to inform that irrespective of continuous request you guys are deducting money with the name of VAS. Who told to activate VAS. on 16th Oct, 2015 Rs.10 was deducted from my balance.I want my money back at any cost.

Not only VAS you guys are lying with roaming charges also. I have checked in internet Rs. 21 was for outgoing 1p/sec and incoming free for 21 days while roaming.
i recharged Rs. 21. But that was fake. I asked why you provide service if you are incapable.I need both money. Otherwise i'm going to complain to TRAI.
