[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Very bad call process and very bad customer support please no purchase any sim reliance .
On dated 28 Dec 2015 I had a recharge of Rs201 I formerly asked to the customer care they suggest me make a recharge of 201 which I can call unlimited reliance to reliance and a vilidety of 30 days.but after 29 th Dec I am not able to make a call.so I went to store they suggest me it will be done as soon as.so kindly suggest me what about my money...
I am Facing a lot of problem in using relince gsm ... call drop is biggest one .
Now condition is that when i call on any no call cut after 1 sec..

I had a discussion with your customer care executive and here is my complaint id[protected]. The person assured me that i will be getting my refund in 24 hours but the same is not refunded till now.

So, requesting yo to please consider this complaint and refund my balance asap

This is my mob.No [protected] .My balance was deduct on 22 dec 2015 {some rs 23 net pack } & 8 january 2016 rs 22 main balance {they both are recharge from online recharge} .Without any reason. & i com plant to reliance customer care office civic center jabalpur. 482001 .But the c.S.O of the customer care can say that u can change your any other network .& also they are taught to a wrong way.
I hardly requested to solve my problem. Otherwise i go to the consumer court. If any quary you can call my mob no. Plz reply me iam waiting your response

My Self Anup Kumar Rohila, using Reliance GSM No.[protected], Facing lots of problem regarding customer service and other issue too...

1) on 3rd Jan, 16, I did Online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net. Total I have balance in net is 2 GB. on 6th Jan, 16 I checked my Net balance through SMS Is. 1258.03 MB having Validity is 30.01.2015. And On 7th Jan, 2016 I tried many times to check my net balance but not get balance. after too much effort, then i get balance is 3.93 MB. It's really socking Net balance.

2) After that on 7th Jan, 2016 in morning from 11 AM I try to contact in Reliance Customer Care after 30 min, I talked with Customer executive, told my above issue, interesting they told Our 198 Plan is not active and your amount is not having worth, i told them This plan is available on your website, although he debate with me that this plan is not active and they transfer my call to Senior Customer executive, i again told my total issue, they replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM).

I again contact them at 5 PM, Senior Customer executive again replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM). Finally I goes disappointed with Reliance feedback. Due to unavailable of internet, my work goes to stop. Finally on same day i.e. on 7th Jan, 2016, I again online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net.

On 8th Jan, 2016 at 1:35 Am, I checked My data balance through SMS is 1605.09 MB. On 8th Jan, 2016 at 10:37 PM I again checked My data Balance through SMS is 150.31 MB. It's really again socking balance. 2 times happen in this week.

and again your customer executive replying me same thing, wait for 2 hour, till date this issue is not resolved.

conclusion:
1) I didn't get any responsible reply from any customer executive
2) They don't have any backup plan for us.
3) Some time they talk mis-behavely with me .
4) Its a question of Reliance Goodwill & their Service ?

Please look into the matter in a very serious manner, resolve it as soon as possible. other i have to move further steps, if i didn't get solution in next week.

If you check my records in your system, every month i did net recharge on this no.

When i complain on 198, ur reprrsentative were not at all helping me also disconnecting the call after prolong wait nd hold.
Pla help me nd give me xtra 20days validity

Im Mr sushant panda from bhubaneswar using reliance prepaid service since long . they use to deduct from you main balance periodically. i have a new number using since more than 6months. after 2 week i have checked the balance found ZERO which was earlier nearly 70-80. i m using this number for internet purpose. after repeated request their customer service representative, they clearly said no we cant help and we cant raise complain for u, , such a poor service from big telecom co, i never expect..for this kind of service all of my friends and family switch to airtel or bsnl.

my number [protected], i spoke to chandra and krushna nayak...They have such employees who cant help customers.
I had ported our BSNL([protected]) number into reliance GSM for getting the facility of 2500 minutes all local call and unlimited local calls on Reliance to Reliance. After recharging of FRC Rs 201.00. But I did not get such facility.
I had got Balance Rs 175 (approx). and I tried to make complained through Customer care number but i didn't get any response from there.
