[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

My number is [protected] this is my postpaid reliance number. I went to reliance store(store no 378 gali no15 devilal colony gurgaon) there I meet Mr Kishan he explain 299 unlimited calling STD+LOCAL 100SMS 1GB Data. After 2 Days again went there and conform, u have active 299 unlimited plane on that time he check on his system and say yes. After 20 days my bill was generate, on that bill my plane was 299, 0.01 paisa/sec STD+LOCAL plane 0.50 paisa/SMS and no Data. Now he give two option, first one you have pay full generate bill I will give u 299Unlimited plane which he explain. Second one I will give u 200Rs discount on generated bill and u continue 299, 0.01 paisa/sec STD+LOCAL plane 0.50 paisa/SMS plane. Reliance people make a full of customer and generate wrong bill and collect money. So please take action against his. So that other people will not suffer this type of issue.
Hi I am Irfan K using reliance prepaid card from last 3 years.
still everything was fine and satisfy with service but for last week
I facing a problem, in main main balance 5 rupees is deducting in a every 2hrs
automatically, even i trying to connect 198 its not allowing me to talk customer care.

I have a pre-paid reliance mobile No [protected] which has been deactivated by Reliance. I was informed on 24 Mar 2017 by telephonic message that I am required to submit my ID again otherwise my phone will be deactivated. I submitted my ID again (Driving License copy) on the same day at Krishna Communication GS Road Bikaner. My number was deactivated on 28 Mar 2017. I visited Krishna Communication on 29 Mar 2017. Mr Gopal Kiradu, the person at counter expressed his helplessness to reactivate my mobile . I tried to contact at Telephone No [protected]to Mr Shiv K Naidu but nobody picked up the call and there was no response. May I request you to do the needful to reactivate my number [protected] at the earliest. My particulars are as under :-

mujhe apni old sim re issue karani thi. but jaise hi m yamuna vihar reliance mobile stote (C-4/8 yamuna vihar) pe gaya vaha pe sim dene se mana kar diya. or kehne lage 10 din baad aana. m fir 10 din bad reliance mobile store gaya to fir 2 din baad aane ko kehne lage. or mujhe sim nhi mil payi. or vaha ke manager ka behaviour bhi ek dam kharab tha. fir maine dusre reliance mobile store se sim re issue karai.

apse nivedan h ki yaha ke manager ko replace kiya jay...taki ye or kisi ka time kharab na kare.

My reliance number [protected] has stopped working. I have been told by the reliance centre to lodge a complaint online and get a reference number in order to get a new sim for the same number. Plz issue a reference number for my complaint and resolve my issue.
my no. is NOT working and it has been more than a month now. i have talked to the costumer services.. they tell me that the problem will be resolved. i am tired of hearing the same thing over and over again
PROBLEMS- i have done all the recharges, and still there's no outgoing or incoming. i got full signals on my no., i CANNOT even call toll free numbers like 198!!! (i called the customer service from someone else's no., ). i cannot even send messages to ANYONE! whats going on...and how much MORE time does reliance want?

This is one of the worst GSM service, dont buy the reliance postpaid sim ever, if you buy this sim u must have to face so many problems.
Worst service ever I have seen... One Year ago I called in customer care & asked for internet plan they gave me one internet plan I said ok but during that call they told me about jalsa package & I said don't activate that internet plan I want this jalsa package he said ok mam I not activating that internet plan... After one month when my bill came I was shocked because in bill 100 Rs was extra I called in customer care about this & asked about this charge & they said mam your internet plan is going on... I said them that I already told your officers to deactivate that plan he said no mam your plan is not deactivated by us than I said ok it was your fault I am not going to pay this charge... & asked them about the solution... 4 to 5 times I called in customer care but they didn't do anything about that problem... Since one year I am not paying that 100 Rs in bill & why I should pay? Fault was not mine... Now I want to change portability... Because I am tired of this matter... No one is responsible here... If you are not to help me than just inform me I will give you that 100 Rs... I don't have any problem to give you that charge I am able to give you but you are also take every single Rs charge so why I waiver this... Because I was using your services up to April 2016.post paid monthly 5 GB unlimited package of Rs 765.After closing the account I have paid all dues in the month of August 2016.So why company sending me thretning SMS to pay Rs 401.
For such a small amount you are thretning and giving mental burden to a Senior citizen like me . Pl stop sending massage and even your company save by paying my small amount Rs 401.Pl send to your representative at my residence .I will pay cash .

Am trying to convert my GSM to jio but i couldn't able to do it i have tried PORT 787xxxxxx to 1900 but message is not sending
i have tried calling to reliance customer and keep following more than 1.5 month still the issue is not fixed
am very much frustrated .customer care service they least not bother about anything all the supervisor also not capable for fixing the issue and telling that back end team will fix it but the issue is not yet fixed from back end team again tried calling back to customer care they told case as been closed .how come the case closed without fixing ? very very poor response from customer care

I Chandra Prakash yadav user of reliance GSM since 2008 ([protected]) my sim was missed we have submitted FIR copy, ID proof, customer care say to me your sim is activated but my sim shows registration failure approx.10 days passed away but my sim still not activated please resolve my problem.

I used reliance gsm prepaid service approximate to 7 to 8 year continue. Now I feal your service getting totally down now. Your gsm service and network totally worst & poor now. Now you Rob and forcely adher some unnecessary service horoscope service and reduce 30 rs in month. I am totally disappointed to Rcom and refuse your service to used in future, if your service not improve I will port my number with jio or idea.
I want to connect with your customer agent but disconnect 5 to 6 time.
Please take it sincerly otherwise I raised it consumer s court.

my reliance number is [protected], from your ambathur branch vyupti communication had convince given me a tele call and provide me a sim which was send me on 19th june 2017 and activated on 20th but after 2 days the sim was not working as i asked the customer care they told me some technical fault again they cut the connection and they have asked me to pay the bill amounted 450 actually i brought the sim in postpaid connection and the monthly rental was 290 i was really shocked they need me to pay 1 month bill as they have sent the sim one month before still its not working so please i dont need the sim further from your communications
please cancel my sim and dont do it further.
i am reliance user and having prepaid GSM connection vide my mobile No [protected] but often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, mean the time refund the amount and some time told 24 hours expired, unable to refund. Hi Team,

I need to covert my number [protected] from Postpaid to Prepaid. for that i visited reliance store sector 22 noida and pay my all due amount as 500 (Excess payement of 120) and fill postpaid to prepaid migration form.

Apart of that i paid Rs 99 new Prepaid sim.

Reliance Executive provided me a new sim and told that it will work as prepaid sim. when i insert that new sim in my phone, again that new sim is working as Postpaid sim.

Sim did not convert into prepaid.

I am getting the song after dialing to a call and my balance has been cutting off .For every call it is cutting 1rupee/per day.so please call me on this number [protected]
