RELIANCE CONNECTION---NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH,
My Reliance broadband internet connection (Subscriber ID:[protected] stopped working from 31-March-2016 to till today (09-May-2016). I was calling reliance customer care for more than one month. I even mailed to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@relianceada.com;
Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com . They never cared about my problem. I even given termination request through customercare. they are not responding for my termination also. Here is the case details, that i have raised for these many days. Very Very worst customer care.

It's been a long I am using the services of RIM, I have a CDMA phone of reliance / post paid which I had taken way back in 2013, Jan (to be very precious) since then I am a loyal customer of this company and using exclusively this vendor only.
It was surprise to me when I got to know that network is getting migrated to 4 G and the phones which we have will no more in use ... No more in use ? Why ?
I am not in the situation to buy a new handset to avail the facility. Whatsoever the changes there in your strategies & services, trust customer shouldn't be hassled because of it. Migrating from a low bandwidth network to 4G network is always appreciable & deserve praise but why new hand phone ??? Why customer bear the unnecessary extra cost and botheration of buying the one ????
Be informed that I am an old customer of this company / paying my bills on time / using almost all services of RIM / paying approx. 700-800 Rs every month as my usage of services.
For your kind information, I am not going to buy a new handset for migration be it what it may.
If in case the services gets deactivated from your end, unwillingly I would be forced to escalate the matter to TRAI & seniors of RIM.
If you want me to cont.with your company as a customer, suggest me an alternate.
Do share the email id of company's MD, CEO & VP Grievances ... they should also know the feedback on your illogical actions/migration plans.
Literally an unsatisfied customer of RIM.

CDMA service stopped on my phone.I asked reason calling customer care service they answered that u hv to get new 4 G sim from outlets and ur CDMA handset phone will not support that sim which I hv purchased it at 42000 just 8 days ago.will Reliance refund my bill?

Dear sir I am using ur CDMA no [protected] since last 10 years without any problem.and I have spread this no mostly to my customers .but now 4g upgrade process is going on .and I have taken new 4 g sim from your outlet.but registration o[censored]pgrade not going to complete.i have checked from ur web word store.so they to me that they don't have any details of my mobile no [protected]. So is not possible to upgrade.so ur no. Will be disconnected. So I request you i[censored] can solve my problem ASAP.

Wrong Roaming Charges
My name is Ravinder Kumar and My reliance mobile number is [protected], It's a postpaid connection. My home is in Hari Nagar, New Delhi and My office is in Noida, Sec - 166 (NCR). Problem is, when I am in office that time your network taking my all calls on Roaming but it should not because it is in NCR. I have another number which is from IDEA network but there everything is ok, How come ?
I want to request you that please solve this problem or if it's not possible then I have to port my number on IDEA network.
I called on customer care 198 (23/05/2016, Time - 6:50 pm), talked to Suman and then had word with Senior guy name is Ramesh Kumar. I am not satisfy with their answer.
Reply awaited as soon as possible because before my due date I have to make decision on this number.

My name is Shashi Prabha, I m using reliance gsm number [protected], I called on customer care on 2nd jun2016, at around 3pm, Ms. Ritu picked my call, I had very simple query, I want to know my local min balance as I did recharge of 41Rs, without any information she put my call on hold for 10min, she didn't back on line, then I had to disconnect the call, and called again on customer care, one of the gentle men picked my call, he was already rude on the call, I asked him to transfer the call to the senior, he disconnected my call and blocked IVR, so I was not able to connect to the customer care, and I had to write it, please unblock my ivr and provide the information otherwise I don't have any option to quit the services,

sir, I bought a mobie phone from a reliance shop in jogeshwari in Nov 15 a smart phone and it costed 10, 000 rupees and the person in charge was one Mr.bharat and he knew it was 3G but did not tell me anything and i didn't know about it when the phone stopped working that 3G phones go out of circulation shortly I went to the shop in jogeshwari last week he took my phone away and now he doesn't do anything and stops talking or he lies and hI simply lost 10.000 rupees is this the way the company makes money no one knows english mr.bharat also doesn't know english there and no one bothers all illiterate people go there and bharat goes on lying to all all are desperate please I dont want to be cheated and if I dont get a reply i will go the media and expose the way company is making money . plz reply my mobile phone no is [protected] and since he has taken away my phone you have to contact me through land line 26334201 and i give you time for 24 hours if nothing is done i will go to media like mid day. bharat thinks since all the customers who go there are illiterate he thinks he can do this to me also please help .Please can u refer this to reliance company?
I purchased a reliance smart phone in nov 15 for 10000Rs and the person who sold was one Mr bharat from jogeshwari mumbai and when I bought he did not mention about 3G getting being removed and mine was 3G and it suddenly stopped working 2 weeks and when I went to jogeshwari reliance shop he just took away my mobile phone telling he would convert it into into 4G and so far he doesnt do do anything and not only I lost my phone but also ten thousand rupees and every time i go to his office he doesnt talk to me what should does reliance company owners become rich by cheating common man;s money??? I have been trying to recharge my phone number - [protected] since yesterday. I contacted your customer care and used the code *777*123# and ACT G123 as a text to 53739. However, after 7 calls to your 198 complaints number and umpteen attempts to recharge, the recharge has not gone through. I had data balance of 404 MB.
The data balance has however expired.
I have done a Rs.222 recharge just for the internet recharge deduction from talktime balance yesterday. Please help me out as I cannot access the internet since 12 AM today, 03.06.2016.
I had faced a similar issue a few months when I had to do the same things like mailing, comlaining via the application and posting on numerous social websites. I had received the benefits back then. The issue was with the same Rs.123 recharge back then as well. I hope you provide me with a quicker resolution this time.
Really disappointed with customer care attitude where my number is now blocked (198 number). The customer care people instead of providing a resolution or being apologetic for their system failure were infact telling me that it was my fault that I had not got the recharge done from a shop in the evening when the recharge was not going through. They afterwards confirmed that the recharge would go through before midnight but it did not.
Please help since the sole purpose of keeping this reliance number is internet usage but it seems after a repeat show of the most poor service possible from Reliance that other options had best be sought.
