The plan includes unlimited calling, incoming and data in home network as well as in roaming. They came and collect my documents as well as Rs. 100/- on 21/03/2016. As of now they haven't contacted me yet. If I called them then they don't response. Don't pic up the call if someone picks up the call then say "calling back to you within 10 mins". Then they do never call back. I'm facing this problem from last 15 days. Today, 04/04/16 Nisha called me and again tried to offer new plan when i said her that ihve already given all docs and give first that plan then she said "sir aapke is case k bare me muje nhi pta..muje to new fresh number diye hai for calling and convert into mnp.
I never expected from reliance that they can cheat their customers. I'm very disappointed. I hope you will help me

I would like to aware you that these reliance service providers are fraud people. They are just grabbing the public's hard earned money. About 4 months ago I got a sms that ADPAYGames Mly Subs service has been successfully activated. Sms came Rs. 90 has been deducted from your account. Since then I am trying a lot to unsubscribe the service but in vain. I tried on No.198 but response came no VAS service activated on this No. Then I tried on No. 155223 voice Sms came no SAS service activated on this no. But as I recharge my phone number the balance got deducted. Yesterday on dated 5/04/2016 I contacted to Mr Lakhwinder on 198. He said your balance will be refunded within 24 hr but 27 hrs have elapsed no money has been refunded. My contact no. is [protected].

I have reliance post paid jalsa plan from last 4 months
2 months no any problem everything was ok but after 2months network is not working on home or out station roming I have so many complaints but not given proper solution and executive give only direction select network ..but
When I am selecting other networks like airtel, tata, idea ...etc these are not connect.
I have suffer these problem after 2months purchase.
No any solutions are provided by customer care.
Suggestion for other dont purchase reliance.

Today had also made a follow-up with Appellate office but getting surprised when officer said as they have not received any status after several escalation by team Network. Thereafter when I ask for the detail about the services or complaint they had disconnected my calls.
Each and every time every concerns of reliance (Customer Care OR Appellate office) are providing only a std. timeline as “ Please wait 2-3 Days” (72 Hrs SLA) but my query is still unresolved and no one single one concerns who will provide the satisfactory reply.
Sir, My issue in under process with you so, I am still waiting from last 12 days but during these period I am not able to received my customers call and also my business are getting impacted lot.
This time is a pic season of my business and day to day getting loss of business so, you are requested please to consider the issue as urgent and provide me response on priority.

I had used Reliance BB way back in 2014 and found that connectivity is not good and disconnected the Line sometime around Aug 2014 and had sent a email to customer care to disconnect the connection, post which representative came to resident and took the Modem, after few months got a call from customer care for o/s bill and during that time i said didnt not use the BB since aug 2014 and i again told that i had already infomred the customer service that im disconnecting my line and do not want to continue, for which Customer card rep told that i have to settle my due even though you did not used. also for this i had paid the due during that time. post this around 15-20 months i didnt get any call.
All of a sudden today (20th Apr 2016) i got a call from a lady addressing herself as from Delhi consumer panel as they had got some case againt myself from chennai HC and gave other mobile to call and discuss, i contacted the same and they told that they got compliant from Reliance Comm that i did not pay my due and try to explain the same to the person, but he is not willing to hear and threatening that they will file a case against me, for which i replied ok, let me approach the Hon. court and seek justice.
Let me why these kind of activities is being done cheaply by Reliance Communication.

This is one more complaint on reliance communidation, hyderabad. This is umasankar. I was looking for Reliance Broadband in XXX area, Bangalore and contacted Reliance representative . His name is Ajay and his contact number is [protected]. He has collected money for 3 months in advance for 1199 plan as 3300 rupees and registration charge as 599 rupees on 22/04/2016. Totally the amount collected from me is 4200/- rupees. After three days of collecting money he called me and informed me that there is no feasibility for giving broadband connection in Basapura and will return the money on 29th April 2016. I agreed for that and waited till today afternoon. I have called his number and it's saying it's switched off . I would like to raise this as serious complaint and I want my money back today. I have attached the payment receipt with this email. Take necessary action and return my money back.

"This is with reference to your e-mail dated April 29, 2016, regarding pending installation and refund.
We request to write to us with the following details in order to address your concern about pending installation.
1. Customer Application Form number (CAF)
2. Complete address along with PIN code
Be assured that after we receive the required details, we would do our best to assist you with your concern"
I have not received any CAF number from Reliance representative who was irresponsible. I am registering this as a Complaint and others should beware of this kind of people and service providers.
