[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Respected sir and mem, i m one of them who people are still doing hard work for your industry. I just want to tell you something about 'SLP' team, SLP team are making new new rules everyday and its very difficult to stay here, they are doing act like that we people are not human even we don't have any emotions,
sir i m stying in Bangalore and LPA in "Reliance".
ALPM Anish Gupta told that evry LPA should take lunch break only 15 minutes, sir how is it possible, sir one LPO his name Abdul, this person can't speak English fluently, he can't read english in white board, but he is LPO, and we people are doing hard work but there's no value for it.
Sir we are labour and hard worker also but Human. Sir please do clarify about it otherwise someday will come that every LPA will leave your company,

Till date the number are not woring from the new SIM

I am really disappoint your services. as i already pay all the bill but my out going and incoming call stop without inform me. i am trying to so many times for contact customer care but my call disconnected with talking. i am going to consumer forum for complain about your services and harassment.

please resolve my problem as soon as possible becoz my business effected by you

i am reliance user but often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, many time i register my complaints in nearby corporate office roorkee but no response from there.
there is a continuous messaging & call from company i have already activate DND Still, I have been quite worried about the phone coming from the company everyday, if there is no solution quickly, then I will have to complain in the consumer court.

I have been a member of the Reliance International Calling Plan since 2009, and used the plans to make calls to India from the US on my landline. At the time, I was allowed to use the plan on my mobile phone also, as it was linked to my landline on my account. However, the plan was changed at some point in time, without informing the customers.

The following are the details of my telephone numbers, which are covered by my Reliance Global Call Plan:

I enrolled in ther International Calling Plan in 2009, and regularly used the plan to make calls to India on my landline. I linked my mobile to the landline at that time, as Reliance was then allowing me to use the facility from my mobile also, and this enabled me to make calls to India on my mobile as well as on my landline under your plan. However, my local telephone company now has a calling plan which provides for unlimited, free calls to India, so when I am at my residence, I currently use the landline to make calls to India without using the Reliance account.

On April, 2016, I deposited the sum of $50 into my Reliance account for phone number[protected], for use on my mobile as I was out of town at the time. I discovered at that time that I was no longer able to use the mobile as I used to do in the past, and this amount was simply credited to my landline and was not available for use on the mobile. I therefore immediately had to open a new account for my mobile and deposit another $50 into that account for making calls. Since I had not been notified at any time by Reliance Global about the delinking of my mobile number from my landline number for purposes of making calls to India, I was unaware of these changes and this resulted in the deposit of $50 in my landline account, which does not get used at all. Therefore, I requested them to please transfer the balance in my landline account for the number[protected] to my mobile account for the number[protected] and to confirm by email when this transfer is effected.

This message was sent to Reliance Global Communications in April 2016, and again in August 2016. I received computer generated replies that they were looking into the matter and would advise me. Nothing happened. When I sent a reminder in February 2017, I received a reply from the Customer Relations Team that the matter was over 180 days old and hence the time limit had expired. Since then, I have surrendered the landline and I have sent them another letter to transfer the balance to my mobile number.
Good nun sir, am working in government sector, your response was very bad, we applied for changing the reliance network to other network, the reliance cell was cheated us they collected the money and close the shop the process of changing the number has been stopped r not we did not know anything we called your customer care but no response has been given we called u more than 10 times but they did not connect to higher officials it is really very bad so please check it quickly and give me a feed back immediately my reliance number is:[protected]

I have a one Reliance GSM No.[protected]. You have sent Port No.EK755668 valid up to 31/12/2017. Sine last 15 days I have not received tower in Salt lake area, Kolkata. Accordingly I registered my port to Vodafone to keep my number as unchanged on 29/11/2017. Now I am facing great problems neither I have received tower of vodafone nor tower of reliance.
Vodafone has replied properly and stated that reliance service has not initiated case to give approval for keeping said No.
I don't know the procedure should adopted by me to keep my number as unchanged. Yesterday I sent a mail to customercare but no reply received from them.

I have been using reliance broadband thunder plan. From november 2017 there is no connection. I have sent so many mails for disconnection but there is no response. I am just paying amount without any use. From now onwards Im not going to pay bill until you respond. I have called so many times no response. atleast response to this complaint .
