[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

I did the last recharge on 12th February of full talk time for 110/- Rupees. But my Rupees is deducted By VAS and One Caller tune Services. Which are not subscribed by me. I just listen the song by your system call and they deduct my amount. so Kindly refund my whole amount. For your reference check my message counter. I have purchase new gsm reliance sim, 10 days ago. From day1 i have facing call drop issue for my every outgoing call till now.
I have sent complaint mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but no response from them.

For every outgoing call after 2 minutes call disconnects automatically.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

I took new reliance data card on 14/03/2016, When i took the connection executive said i "10 GB unlimited data can use any time", but when am checking with your customer care people they are saying "5 GB Day & 5 GB night", Why this wrong communication happening with Executive and customer care people.Executive promised me i will get 10 gb data can use any time, that is the reason i took reliance data card.If am not getting "10 gb unlimited data which i can use at any time" i wont make any bill payment for you.

Am attaching proofs with this mail, Executive has updated about this offer in online of his website and he is saying this offer is only applicable people who took connection in March 2016 only.

About your customer service Team : Pathetic service, i never such type of pathetic service from any other.If you can here my calls which i already spoken with your executive you will get to know.What kind of service you are providing, No executive is providing Proper information, They are not ready to take any complaint from me also. About Speed and Access : Speed is worst, am getting 30 kbs, u people promised up to 14 mbps, Why am getting this much less speed, i wanted to know the reason why am getting less speed.and am unable to access "https://kat.cr"-Torrent Website.

Moradabad, U.P. west) i m using my sim from last one year and till 29th of February i had no problem related to internet, but from 1st March i had recharged 248/- rs pack o[censored]nlimited internet and from that time i m not able to connect to internet, i also complaint two times and complaint no.s given to me are[protected] on 7th of march &[protected] on 14th of march, but no response shown by reliance communication and still i am not able to connect to internet, customer care representatives told me that there are no internet network available on my number that's why i am facing this problem and they people will do something within three days but nothing is done by them till now. so if you are not able to do anything then refund my money of Rs 248/- in to my account because i have been already waste my 17 days of recharge period.
Out going call to [protected]/UP E is not being expedited by rel prepaid no [protected] since last 2 months, however it is being connected through AT n BSNL nos. I always found display on screen " Network busi"

Whenever I recharged .my balance cut always I have done many complents but no changes .this reliance service is very bad. What the customer service no. .please resolve my problem..this is one last chance .then I changed my sim card.my no. Is [protected].
