SBI Bank — Transaction Error

Dear Sir/Madem,
I'm A/c holding in SBI bank, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi.A/c No:[protected]. Today i have try to booking my Air lines ticket by using the SBI Debit card,But due to some error occured in internet i didn't get the Air ticket at the same time my Account has been debitted Rs. 5229.00. Kindly take this complaint in most priority.

SBI Bank — Not giving me third party transcation

Hi,

I hold an account at the SBI bank in Austion Town branch.For the past 9 months i have been requesting for giving me third party transaction rights but they are not even bothering to reply to my mails.I have already submitted th erequired documents also.Currently i am not in India, and hence i wanted the third party transaction rights as their is an emergency situation. I have been sending them mails for the past 1 months.

Please let me know wht to do.

I used State Bank of India account. I m Withdraw only 3200 Hundred from HDFC ATM(Nabha Distt. Patiala(Pb) India but Show in my account withdraw 6400 Rs. Plz Check it and correct this entry.

SBI Bank — Misplacing of 580$ Cheque

Dear sir,
I, bearing saving a/c [protected] in SBI Shakti Nagar branch, had deposited a cheque no.[protected] of Citizen Bank dt. 29/09/2009 Amt 580$ (American), issued by Smt. Seema Mukherjee for my daughter's marriage. This cheque i had deposited in my above a/c in the above branch, on 09th Oct, 2009. After repeated request & ultimate inqury, i came to know that senior branch manger Mr. Neeraj was keeping the instrument in his personal custody & kept on bluffing me regarding the incashment of the above cheque. Moreover, present branch manager Mr. Rai, also, played the same game & when i pressurised them Mr. Rai issued a false letter stating that the above has been misplaced in transit, were as the cheque is still under the possesion of the preious manager Mr. Neeraj.
I request the bank to debit the relevant cash in my above stated a/c within three working days alongwith penal interest & a strong action should be taken against these two manager. I need this money urgently, till today no action has been taken by bank. If Bank fails to comply with my request i shall be bound to take criminal & legal action against the Bank. These above stated managers are bluffing me by not issuing ATM card in my flavour.

SBI Bank — 6th Pay commission - 2nd Installment not received ‏

Sir/Madam,

I am holding family pension account in SBI, ISRO Layout, Bangalore. My account number is [protected].

I have NOT received 6th Pay Commission 2nd Installment arrears. Most of ISRO ISAC pensioners have got this amount in the month of Sep 2009.

I have given written complaint about this to SBI, ISRO Layout Bangalore Branch on Nov 14, 2009.

SBI Bank — inter city checks

My father has a account in bhubaneswar ,IE branch,rasulgarh.Everytime any cash deposit by a third person does the bank debits Rs 25 from his account.Once he deposited some cash in his own account but from a different city and different branch a sum of Rs 100 was debited.I dont understand what kind of administration the bank carries.

I am government employee.during i was online making the cricket match ticket from my debit card the server connection became failure so the amount has been dedected from my a/c two time as a rupees 640.the cost of one ticket was 320 rs.so sir please update or rollback my dedected amount that i have lost.the amount should have dedected from my a/c is only 640.but reduces from my a/c two times as a rupess 640 and 640.so please return my money as soon as possible.

SBI bank is india's no 1 bank in terms of reach but its the worst bank in terms of service to its customer.ATM server is always down.its service is poor all over india.I request to them to improve their service or else things will detoriate for them..
