Inspite of repeated corresspondence & personal visit to my bank since Nov 2009, New Alipore branch, Kolkata & Pension cell at Vivekanand Road, my revised pension as per 6th Pay Commissions recommendation has not been fixed.My details are appended below: -

SBI Bank — Delaying internet password allotment-reg

I FEEL VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT , DUE TO THE POOR SERVICE OF R.S.PURAM BRANCH I HAVE DECIDE TO CLOSE MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT AND SWITCH OVER TO ANYOTHER NATIONALISED BANK IF THE REPLY IS NOT GIVEN IMMEDIATELY . FOR THE PAST TWENTY YEARS I AM HAVING SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT WITH YOUR R.S.PURAM BRANCH AND MY A/C NO IS[protected] IN THE NAME OF S.RSRINIVASAN AND MAINTAINING WITH GOOD TRANSACTIONS AND I HAVE AVAILED THE INTERNET VIEWING FACILITY FROM YOUR BANK ONE YEAR BACK. FOR THE PAST THREE I AM NOT IN STATION . SO I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW MY

SBI Bank — online banking account not activated

I started an internet online banking account on 04.2.2010. But still the account hasn't been activated. So I am not able to do online bank dealings. Could you please make necessary steps to activate my online banking account opened at Aruppukottai Branch, Virudhunagar district, Tamilnadu.

i use my mestro card to book railway ticket due to some problem in internet amount get debit with out ticket reserved.

SBI Bank — cash struck in the ATM

I, NN Annapurna having SBI SB Account No.[protected] in SBI, Naval Base Branch, Visakhapatnam. On 17 mar 2010 at about 845 hrs I went to SBI ATM at Naiduthota, Vizag to withdraw Rs.4000/-. I fed the data as required by the ATM. But at the moment of receiving the cash, the ATM machine was shut down and I did not receive anything even the balance slip. Immediately I complained the Security Guard and he inturn gave one a cell number and asked me to contact a person, whose name is Mr. Govind, (who feeds the cash into the ATM). I met Mr. Govind who advised me to put up an application with full details to SBI, Naval Base branch, Visakhapatnam.

I submitted the application to SBI, Naval Base branch, Visakhapatnam on 19 Mar 2010.

I request that the said money of Rs.4000/- which I missed in ATM may be credited into my SB Account at the earliest after necessary investigation

SBI Bank — Non-receipt of User ID

Internet Banking,

I had applied for internet banking, I have receieved login password and transaction password but I haven't received User ID so for. Please kindlyn help me and do the needful in this matter.

Dear Sir,
I Madhubala, A/c No. ([protected]) SBI Ghazipur, resident of 111/c, Tulsi sagar Ghazipur.-233001. I want to say that on 1/04/2010 at evening 7.27 pm when I check my balance I found Rs 461612.26 and after that I cash withdrawal Rs1500, Two times No balance came response came " Transection Declined" and after that third time I again cash withdrawal Rs1500 and I received that. But when I check my balance I found that my total balance is Rs 445112.26. I found that My balance is cut down by Rs 16500 In which I received only Rs. 1500. That means Rs 15000 is wrongly charged.
I given a written complain to that head Branch Office, Near Kotwali Ghazipur, But they not shown a single good responsed to me and said that Its happened and they see the matter but not promised that I can get my money.
Is this is the Facility that is to be provided by yours bank to customer that they get a negative sign while they need help. I want only that please see the matter and please forward it to concern department so that process will work faster

1. I have a SBI a/c vide No [protected] with SBI, Chandipur Branch (Code-11387) alongwith ebanking facility. Now, I have forgotten my user name/apssword. Please issue new user name / password through by home address as mentioned in my SBI, Chandipur Branch under intimation to my email address.

2. It is for your info that, one week before; I have also given a complaint regrding this but no intimation has been received till date. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest, please.

SBI Bank — non preparation of bank draft

Sir,

We send a compliant regarding non prepration of Bank draft by SBI Bawal (Distt Rewari) on 30.03.2010 through SBI compliant office Delhi as well as Kolkata and response the above compliant, Manager of SBI Bawal approached with me through Tel/Mob and asked the details of the case. I explain the matter that I approached with SBI Bawal to prepare the Bank draft as a security money of Huda flats being alloted at Sec 18 at Rewari, but said bank authority not prepare the said bank draft and due to above I will not be participated in the draw of Huda under the scheme that this flats is being alloted to the defence personnel only, but after lapse of 28 days, no reply in this regard received till date. Request intimate the action being taken on my compliant as I miss a opporunity for allotment of Flats besides my Salary Bank account is being run in SBI Bank and SBI Bawal not prepare the Bank draft after given the full details of the amount as well Bank account and bank manager also not admit my compliant at that time.
An early reply is requested in this regard please.

SBI Bank — atm card not yet received

on 15/04/10 i submit a request/application in branch of sbi at shekhpura, raza bazar, patna for issue a new atm card due to loss of my atm card. on 16/04/10 an amount of 200 rupees was deducted from my account bearing no. [protected] as a penalty/processing fees for it. but after a lapse of 22 days i have not receiced the card i.e. as on 06/05/10. due to this, i suffer from a many of financial problems. i am requested that kindly take an immediat action in this regard please.
