[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Online complaints

This is Dominic Mathew residing at 3/12 Ex-Service men's colony, First street, Adambakkam, Chennai-600088. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 28/06/2008 in my father's name (Henry Manoharan), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

my smartcard no [protected] valid up to 10.01.2014.but my balance with you in my account is 745 rupees.now i wish to continue in my existing package from my due date that is from 10.01.2014 for another 6 monts.for which how mouch i want to pay additional to the above alance 745 rupees and which method i want to pay please help.

I was raised the issue to customer care center issue is that I am getting the other then local regional channels and but not getting the actual channels which is our regional language but customer care center was not taken the issue and simply put down my call. This is the worst response.

SUN DIRECT THE WORST DTH PROVIDER, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE SUN DIRECT CONNECTION.
from 6th month we r having the problem no one came to solve the problem and one tech came and collected the original bill, our warranty till feb,
already we register a complain, in 2 days if no one came to attend my problem i will go to consumer court

I have Sun Direct DTH connection with Smart Card No.[protected] and we bought it at Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. Now that we have shifted our residence to Ambattur and we want to connect the same Sun Direct DTH in our house at Ambattur. We have brought all the equipments viz., Dish, Cable, Set top box, remote etc. to Chennai and the same is with us now. For getting the same connected to our residence at Ambattur, we made a request to the Customer care centre. They have given me a reference No.1-[protected] and I was told that I have to pay a sum of Rs150/- for reconnection. Today the technician came and demanding me that I have to pay Rs250/- instead of Rs150/- (as told by the call centre staff). When I refused to pay Rs100 extra the technician has refused to give connection and they have gone without giving me the connection. I am very much regretted tor this act of the technician.

I purchased Sundirect HD after enquiring with customer service about the audio output pin available to connect external Audio system(5.1 system) to enjoy the HD channels with Dolpy effect. Even in their website & their User manual it was clearly mentioned about audio output options is available.But after purchasing they deny it is not available... they just cheat people with unwanted information.. Sundirect is cheating people with adds... it can be now a use & throw system...

My sundirect DTH no is [protected]. Yesterday ie on 19.01.2014 i recharged my sundirect a/c with rs100.But the amount is not credited to my sundirect account eventhough my bank account is debited. kindly arrange to look into the matter and credit the amount to my sundirect account

Hi this is shiv kumar am the coustomer of Sundirect DTH, My smart card is [protected] from last 8 days am unable to watch even single Chanel also, my setup box showing red blinking indication with sun direct logo, and showing be1. i have spoken with three customer care person he speak rash with me.
Sun direct customer care is very poor.sometimes they r not picking the phone and even if they pick they r telling that they will solve the problem within 2 days. some one say please go near sundirect and puch + - some one say removed pin..but even after 8 days am are not getting any response from them
please take some action against this people and give me the solution for the problem. other wise i m free to installend TATA SKY OR DISH TV..and say to sun direct GO TO HELL.

My Name is Narayanan. my Customer id _[protected], i am currently working in kuwait, My mobile # +[protected], i sun direct DTH purchased on 2007 in Madurai, now this set of box is not working from on last 13/03/2014,
i already called from kuwait and given complaint to customer care[protected] on 15/03/2014, complaint # 1-[protected] and email also sent ([protected]@sundirect.in ) still no responce, the set of box is power supply problem, after 15th march called local dealer from madurai and asked Rs.450.00, i am not accepted this terms, i need only free service because i have paid in Annual plan on 21/04/2013 Rs 1600, 00, so now currently i have last date on next April 26th 2014, and 2nd time i again complaint on 17th complain #1-[protected], but no response from sun direct side, because i need free service, but sun direct need payment for set of box service, and again again called from local dealer for service and payment Rs 450,
today 21/03/2014, i again called to customer care service and said, no need your service and i need my advance payment also and kindly My question,
I am purchased that time all advertisement is set of box and dish.so this is rental or free.
Anyway if you change or repair my the set of box, I continued my subscription and continue recharge in sun direct, no replacement I am not continue. i am mentally worried about, i asked in customer care, anybody have Higer officer then i speak to him, but no have higer officer from customer care side answer.
and I change another service provider Network, after anybody call from sun direct customer care we are no response and I am not give old set of box also. i change to another Network, and 1 or 2 month after anybody call from sun direct for DTH recharge or Surrender your set of box, i not response,
But Sun direct DTH after Sevice is very very worst. sun direct loose the one Good Customer.
