The most pathetic service ever. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction (read customers ) . Government services would be faster than sun-direct services I feel .
Like all the customers above ; even I had to place calls repeatedly for about 20-30 times .; that too for a petty issue of re-installtion . But unfortunately no technicans called. Tata Sky is the best; call them they come and do their job within a couple of hours without any fuss at all . I had no choice but to opt for Tata sky .
Sun-direct doesnt even deserve a 1 Star .

Hi this is Trinadh am the customer of Sundirect DTH, My smart card no [protected] from last 14days i.e 11/10/2014 cyclone effect. iam unable to watch even single Chanel alsodue HUD HUD cyclone they r provid the service person number [protected] person there is one more num [protected] he is the distributor of SUNDIRECT DTH services at Gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. i am complaint booked through [protected] 1-[protected] on 18-10-14 i have spoken with one customer care person he speak with in 48 hour my technician will restore.
Sun direct customer care is very poor.some times they r not picking the phone and even if they pick they r telling that they will solve the problem within 2 days. but even after 14 days am are getting services and they are demanding services charges Rs.150/- and i paid.but all DTH services giving free services due to HUD HUD cyclone. please take some action against this people and give me the solution for the problem and let me know the states. if possible to extend my period for 14 days because i have loss the services.

I adari sathi babu residing at Autonagar a customer of sun direct for the past 6 years and i have been complaint raised against my dish tv which was affected by the Hud hud tuffan from 11th October 2014 onwards and till date the technician will not attend and recttify the complaint as on date we are facing a lot of problems due to non receipt of the television programmes for the past 15 days i have been raised 4 times complaint through customer care but no action will be taken and informed that charges have been collected for attending the complaint for an amount of Rs.150/- was charged for attending the complaint but due to the tuffan all other net works technicians are attending their customers and rectify the complaint without charges without any charges and freely rectify the problems and provided service to their customers But sun direct will not taken immediate action in this regard. I am very unhappy with the sun direct net work dish tv signals.

regarding customer care service use less - Sun DirectThis is shivaraj pattepur villege tq dt raichur I've taken a Sun Direct Connection last 5 years back in the name of shivaraj. The smart card no. is [protected]. For the past 1 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 21/10/[protected]. No one responded customer care supervizer is teling whithin 48 ours resolve the prablem but not completed. care service is use less kindly resolve the prablem

my name is s. nalraj for 6 years subscription the smart cart no [protected] for 3 weeks i could not recive are signal and getting error massege E-16
my card no:- [protected]From last one year sun direct service is very bad, every month we want to register for service and they are collecting of 150.00rs for visit it is more than subsription charge, how many we will pay like this, so friends dont go to SUN DIRECT GO TO OTHER OPTIONS, PLS DPNT THINK AOUT IT. IF you you will suffer, .if entering into sundirect, first you ready to face problems & to pay monthly service charges additional to subscription charges.
Guys don't use Sundirect anymore... The service is very poor.. I purchased it on Dec-2014. Facing lot many issue with sun direct from the day one they installed. Within one month I got E42-32 signal not found.. I called sundirect customer service they ask me to pay Rs.150 to service engineer. and within one month I am facing same issue again, this is second time, called customer service and now also they asked me to pay Rs.150 . This is not fair at all. And the service engineer is also not coming at scheduled time. The service is very very poor.

Customer service plz dont purchase this conection in future, i have recharge with 2050 rs for 1 year connection bledy customer service people they are not activating my connection bull shet reasons they are telling me plz don't buy in future very bad very bad...
My sun dth stb has problem that signal is nit getting stable...its shownig alwas 77 and 0 rapidly...bur in satellite signal meter its showing 77 only...olz anyone tell me what is the problem

On enquiry to your customer care at Ernakulam have given improper explanations that the payment is exhausted and have a balance of only 53 Rs.I had remitted the amount for one year on 13/11/2013 and for a period of one year to be expired on 14/11/2014.
