We recharged on Nov 1st only 4 or 5 channels are available to watch. the same i conveyed to your customer care people upto now the problem was not rectifired.

I am from Chennai. Same situation here. I got my box retuned as adviced by them.
But now the reception is even more horrible. Not a miniute of continuous clear reception. If there is reception it is all ghosts!
But surprisingly Jaya, Kalaighnar and a few more non Tamil Channels alone continue to come for a little more time, say 5 -10 minutes before they also meeting with the same death. I fail to understand.
When contacted they simply state that during rains etc it will be like that only! Should the reception as well as answering be that bad?

I got SUN Direct DTH conncetion . i have satilite channels problem, i noticed this problem more than two months. their service people in bangalore no one still solved my problem .when ever i called customer care. they collect my address habit of saying they will solve the problem within 48 Hrs.then after 48 Hrs again another guy will answer and collect same details agian and say the same 48 Hrs story.i was frustrated with these people who are working in Sun Direct DTH service in bangalore.even they dont have compalint register record its like i repeat the same story all the time and any way they waste my time and money every day .please take necessary action towards these type of savage behaviour.a very rude behaviour of total setup. they prove that they are locals and want to be like a local guys. they just assure blindly and no proper responce or follow up action from there side. i think many would hve the same attitude and THIS WORST SERVICE i mean SUN DIRECT SERVICE may loose its identity because of these set up.

Sun Direct — Sun direct, Worst DTH service provider in India
Sun direct is the worst service provider in India. Last two months I am trying to re-align my Dish. No response from Sun. I have a request to readers, Don't take this connection. pl impro your channels plset in all channels in one pack give me monthly rate

Sun Direct — Not Getting Channels for last one month
Hi ,For the last one month i am not getting channels on SUN DIRECT .
I dont know how many times i have called Customer Support , even mailed to nodel officer for the region for more than 5 times . And no body bothers to help . Worst Service and customer Support
Sun Direct — Satellite realignment is not done
I have taken sundirect connection 1 yr back. Last month as suggested by them, I have raised a request to re-align the antenna. already more than 25 days passed, but till now I didn't even get any response from them. Whenever I calls customer care they just say "you are a valuable customer so we will do it ASAP". there is no definition for ASAP in sundirect language. From past 1 month I am able to watch only 3 channels for which I am paying 100+ rupees per month.Please suggest.
Sun Direct Connection — No service while i am paying

Sun Direct — NO Transition happenings from last 1 month. executives not responding for the calls
Hi ,i got SUN DTH connection. it was good in the begininig, gradually Quality is decreased.From NOV month onwards.there is no transition. there is a message displaying "we have changed the satellite. our technical rep will install it.
when i ever i call the customer service , No proper response. he asking me to contact distributor. Distributor is charging for service. i came to know there is no free service from sundirect distributors. they simply cheating public.
Online recharge website is never working. recharge outlets are less compare to other dth providers.Please refund my money back take back your waste useless product.

I am a subscriber of new sun direct DTH and after subscription over i made a renewal for 1 year 1310 rs
But badly i am affected with Sun direct
I have nearly 4 complaint nos and each time Customer service center tells sorry we take your call immediately and forward to high officials.. But nothing done for past 2 weeks and i have only one channel sun tv, even sun network is not coming
And regarding nodal officer i posted my queries for aligning dish nearly 4 mails sent from my gmail account and also from sundirect.in no response and no mail..
I really lost my patience ...
After paying 1 year subscription with only one channel and also i inquired some of dealers/ distributor and they told Sun network will call some person for training to upgrade of dish but not yet called till now..
I kindly request you to take appropriate action

Sun Direct — Unable to see all telugu channels
Hi,We are customers of Sun DTH. For past 1.5 years we are using Sun DTH. Due Service alignment problem, we are unable to see all telugu channels. Whenever we call Customer care, they say , they will send their engineer within 24 hours, but no one turn up for rectify. Its beeen 3 months we are facing problem. Sun Direct is pretty bad service. Send technical engineer ASAP and rectify the problem

Absolutely Right, Sun Direct have become one of the most unreliable service provider. I feel they do not have the basic mannerism to customer service.
I am also having the same problem for long, after repeated complaints no action.
