Sun Direct — Removal of channels
As per the package purchased, the eligible channels are not displaying. For the past few months so many channels like NDTV Profit/CNBC/Indiavission/ Jeevan/ Kairali People & Kairali We etc....are not available, which was available at the time of purchase My smart card No. and details as follows. Sun Direct — POOR SERVICE
My smart card no is[protected], the service providing by Sun Direct is worst, really a worst DTH service from last few months it is not telecasting its all channels, in neight after 8 pm its telecast becomes very very poorer, customer care each person explains his own made stories from viras attack to satelite changing my validity period is expiring on 14 Oct 10, there is no plan to continue with this poor service provider I want to know my balance in this card the card no is : [protected]

sir iam using sun diret dth service for past 1month...iam going with my 6months package...iam not receveing the signals properly...i gave complaints many times..but there is no reply...so plz help me...
Sun Direct — NON WORKING OF DTH SERVICE
Dear Sir,We have lodged complaint with Sundirect DTH Customer Service on 16th September 2010 for non receipt of signal for DTH service.
But till today it has not been restored and when I call them they always told me that it will be sorted out today..
