WORLD'S VERY VERY WORST DTH IS SUN DIRECT. I BOUGHT RECHARGE CARD ON 16TH FEBRAURY. THEN I RECHARGED THE DTH BY CALLING [protected] ON 16TH EVENING.. BUT CHANNELS ARE NOT SEEN UPTO 18TH FEBRAURY. I BOUGHT CARD FOR ONLY 100 RUPEES. BUT THE CALL COSTS WHICH I MADE FOR SUN DIRECT IS MORE THAN 45 RUPEES.

BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND IN A GOOD MANNER. THE MOST WORST SERVICE.!!!
The Service provider is very worst, their number is always busy, for recharge we have to try their number for more than 2 hours. They dont have much infrastructure to support. Just because of having political back ground threatern the public.

I sending this 2nd mail to your concern and hope that it is taken note of i.e. Your concerns customer care service is all doll and there is no proper reply from you'll. There is no proper service and accounts being kept. Ur service people only cheat the customers of their recharge amount. The worst thing is that in December 2008 I had my amount of recharge till December 31st 2008, but with all that I had bought Rs.400/- to be recharged in advance so that my TV channels will not be cut off at the end of Dec. but when I had recharged the amount of Rs.400/- the girl who took the amount said that I will have to recharge again by the end of Feb.2009 I had taken Venus Plus for Rs.130/- pm since I have a one year free till May 2009. I want to know what has happened to the balance of my money which I have spent. (130 for 2 months come toRs. 260/- and the balance of Rs. 140/- is gone to someoneelses pocket ) Is that the way SUN DIRECT WORKS or are they ment to cheat the public WHOLE SALE RETAIL.
One more thing is that when we call from outstation other than CHENNAI we wioll have to be sure to spend another Rs.50/- for your telephone bill since u will be kept on hold for no reason known only best known to SUN DIRECT. It is high time u'll start looking into the publics problem and change if not u'll will loose ur customers

sundirect is very very worst because it's a forgery work.many people un happy with it's condition.
sundirect the worst, they promise channels and remove it, as they like, they dont have standard, they behave like local traditional cable operator, add worst channels in asia, and remove the local south indian channels, the worst.
I DID NOT SAY THAT SUN DTH WAS WORST BUT MY COMMENT IS ABOUT THE ADDON PACKAGE.I CALL MANY TIMES BUT THEY DIDNOT RESPECT ME.THEY DID NOT ASK MY WORDS.

Anilkumar from Virar (mumbai) am using Sun Direct Dish connection from Saloni Enterprises, Malad (Phone No.[protected]. It has not working properly.
I first complained for the same on 29th March 2009. Spoke to Mr. Suresh. He told me he would attend to the call on Monday i.e. 30th March, 2009 but for one week there was no response.
I then complained again on 4th April, 2009 and spoke to some operator there. She told me someone would come on the next day i.e. Sunday 5th April. 2009 but till date nobody has come to solve the problem.
Kindly look into the matter on top priority and expedite the same.

Yes. This is very very poor service for customer care.. Because only one number he gave for customer care...I am trying last 2 hrs but cannot connect the customer care. Very very worst service...What is the procedure of surrender the connection...your view please...
The sun Direct DTH is the worst dth service in tamil nadu... i have called them at 18.04.09... mbut no one picked up my phone... they are useless fellows... what the are doing?.. simply sitting and themselves... i am going to inform all of them in our surrounding just remove that, put in tata sky...once more you are yourselves...
