recntly visited again. COnstruction at unihome phase 2 noida hasn't moved at all. they haven't even completed ground floor at any of the blocks. have already taken approx 40% of the payment. Something not right somewhere. After all this they have launched a new project by the name of 'The Residence'. God save the new 'The Residence' buyers.

no construction going on as of now in phase 2. No one knows when it will commnece.

Without being biased here is the actual status as per Saturday12-Mar-11 (info based on number of roofs done, framework means pillars and roof):
Phase -1
[protected]
-A block flats framework are 50% done
-B block flats framework ready (meaning all 9 stories roof done, brick work in progress)
-C block flats framework 70% done
-Covered parking for this phase in progress (40% done)
Note – one of the actual flat in B1 tower on first floor is ready (3 BHK) and being used as sample flat. I have latest photographs but unfortunately my home pc has crashed so will try to share photographs as soon as it starts working.
Phase – 2
-D block flats framework (D1 – 4th floor done, D2 – 3rd floor roof in progress, D3 – piling work, D4/D5 – ground floor in progress)
-E block flats framework (piling and ground floor in progress)
-F block flats framework ready (meaning all 9 stories roof done, brick work in progress)
-Covered parking for this phase in progress (20% done)
We are all aware about Unitech share price due to 2G scam and thus same can be felt at the Unihomes site, we have slow progress in-spite of fact that we are approaching delivery date which is June-11 for phase-1 and 6 months later for phase-2. So a humble request to all to talk (in masses) to Unitech about a final delivery date for these flats to us, not to forget that we booked these flats looking into USP “Possession in 24-months”.
As I am residing near that site so I keep on visiting site frequently and keep talking to unitech people and others, as per them they are planning to hand over phase-1 by end of this year but with the current pace it seems doubtful though we have 9 months remaining in this year so could be possible with little more efforts/resources.

I really appreciapte your effort and sincerely thank you for sharing us your experience. Lets fix a date like 1st saturday in the month of April. We all can visit the unitech office and discuss this issue.
yes please. if we have atleast 50 people with some guys from the media, it will really make abig difference. Media will be more than happy to cover the protest as they are allways looking for spicy stories to show. A cold call at any tv channels and paper press will ensure the reporters are there in masses. It can be very easily arranged. What I would like to see if we can arrange 50 peopel to go to the site one of the days with some banners. Lets get it done guys.
Yes fixed any date.We all should go & lodge complain in unitech office in presence of media people.

instead fo unitech office its better to do this on the site so that the media can capture whats really going on the construction site and might be able to show on their TV channels. AT the Unitech's office they will just file a story about Unitech in general and not about Unihomes Noida. We want the Unihomes story to be covered on the TV and paper media. Hence I think doing a demonstration at the site will be better idea.

Hello Friends, come together and let us talk together. We are not going to do any illegal things; we will talk about legal aspect of this project that is "a possession date". We have paid our hard earned money and this is our rights to know when we will get our flats. So no need to resale but to come forward and ask for own rights:-)
Now a days every builder is doing same but about choosing Unitech we thought was one of biggest builder of this country but shattered our hope. We are still waiting for more people to come forward and join this Group.

Yes, friends I am agree with the views of shri Swapnil Singh stated here, we should demonstrate at the construction site instead of office with media person. The impact will be effective & the construction work will be speedy. When we are approaching to the unitech people personally or by phone, the satisfactory reply is not given, particularly inconnection with phase-II D-3, D-4 & D-5 blocks, the last installment for D-4 was deposited in June, 2010, thereafter no demand letter received so far it means these blocks are being delayed at least one year. Some times it is stated that these blocks are late due to the high tension wires which are passing over these blocks, next time they apprised the problem of road which is going to Sorkha village, is being constructed from other side.

Yes I also agree with Mr. Singh, lets fix a date and meet at the sight with media and TV coverage. In Phase I also they are going to give few towers with the six months delay and rest will be 8-12 months delay for sure. Again they have slowed down the work in phase I. Now I personally don't find any plus point of choosing unitech as a good builder. Other small builder are far better in terms of design, price and commitment in noida.
Now a case related to 2G by CBI against MD (refer TOI 3-4-11 edition), may be more difficult time ahead for us. This Sunday I saw very less workers on this site so very slow progress.
Please post some news about the CO.'s involvement in 2G and what progress do you notice on the site.

The correct informations are not also being communicated to the clients who have booked the flats in this project (particularly in phase II) so it is request to each & every one who has invested his/her hard money, file RTI to know the correct picture of possession month, forced measures of delay faced by the Co. so far if any and other related queries.
