Recently anybody has visited the unihomes Sector 117 phase I noida. I have booked a flat in 'c' block phase I. what progress u can notice. i have not recd 4th inst. letter also.

any body can say the progress of F 2 block unihome phase II.they are taken installement for complition of second floor roof, is it comleted or not ? any body visited plese write.When roof of second floor may be completed/stared or not.
any progress of the project??? Unitech has taken off the progress of teh construction update from their website. which can only mean not a great progress is going on.

Hi, all prospective customers of Jaypee group also beware, their entire project along Greater Noida expressway and Yamuna (Taj) expresswayhas still not ben approved. Jaypee Kosmos especially seems to be a fraud, Jaypee doesn't have property titles, plans have not been approved, what about environmental clearance . Entire "Lake District" in Jaypee Sports City is a plan of collecting money from the labour of hard working people like us.
Similarly, Unitech/ Unihomes amenities include Water Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), If these projects had been approved then Greater Noida development authority would have been providing such facilities rather then Unitech taking it upon themselves.
The property bubble burst of 2008 and its effect on share market has fried the bank balance of these companies, now they are taking our money just to survive.

atleast some construction work has begun upto 4th floor in some of the blocks and most at the ground and 2nd floor stage. As the financial position of the unitech is getting much better as compared to last year, one should hope these projects to proceed ahead at much faster rate.
Hi I think it is better to bring this up to the notice of concerned authority rather than posting here, it would be quick and efficient.
Hi Nikhil it is really bad yaar, but I would like to tell you one incidence, one of my friends had a similar issues when he detailed thing out he came to know that there was system failure which lead to some crucial data being lost, Thus creating issues, what I suggest you should catch the guy who sold you the plan and then negotiate the issues accordingly. This will take time, but surely solve your issues.

I visited the site five days back. Construction is going on on both phase 1 and 2. (Though at slow pace) In one of the block they are making sample flats. Underground parking lot construction is half completed. May take another 1.5 years minimum for possession.
The construction of block 'D' is very very slow, the fourth installment is paid on 25th. June 10 but thereafter demand letter for 5th. installment (when the construction reach ground floor roof) is not sent yet it means the D block construction is delayed a lot. I think the possession of D block will not be carried out in June, 201.

unitech better complete the flats before the next recession kicks in. They have enough money to speed up their current projects. If they can't speed up the construction now (in booming time), when will they do it?
Guys I think we need to be patient and not to press the panic button. They will fulfill the promise which they have made and not take their consumers for a ride. They are the second biggest player in the market and they haven’t achieved the name just like that.
They have asked for 5th installment for A2 tower. Lets hope that construction will be on a higher pace from now onwards.
HI!! I have visited the site today and seen the progress of construction...the progress is very slow but steady ...one thing I realized that it is hard to identify that which tower is under construction and construction iteself is not matching with their master plan...
I am quite sure that they can not give the possession on time as work is very very slow...
