I agree with you that Unitech is working in the most unprofessional manner.
I had booked a flat on 19-June-2009. It's been over 45 but I haven't received the allotment letter yet.
More-soever, when I call up Unitech, they don't pick up the phone and even if they do so they just ask us to contact our property agent for all queries.
This is really frustrating and at times I feel if they are so slow in dispatching the allotment letter, god knows, how they would be able to complete the project in stipulated 2 years time.

DON'T ever book property through INVESTORS CLINIC.

You All are right, Unitech is really working in the most unproffessional way & There are various reasons for my disapponitement, I am sorry to say but really I wonder how come a fraud builder Unitech is india's second larget builder, In fact I am sure it is the First most fraud & unfriendely builder .I really do not know to whom I shall approach for unjustice done to all customers by unitech, I wish some sane people advice us all, to book Unitech under fraud case.Hereby I am giving some points which is relevant to all Unitech Unihomes buyer & I am sure you will all agree with me, also add more points to this list.this way atleast we are aware of the unjustice done to all us by Unitech, & may be some body will rise & guide us.
1.Unitech is not giving the receipt of ANY payment immediately, after collecting the cheque, they give us the receipt only after clearance of cheque.That means we are putting our money in dark well praying to god, that we will get receipt.
2.Initially Unitech promise ALL O[censored]s that Andhra bank is giving loan at the time of booking also in fact Investor clinic has promised that SBI/LIC is also giving lon on this.But now after wasting lot of time in contacting with various banks we come to know that only Deutche bank is providing loan on this property YOU KNOW DEUTCHE BANK IS INCREASING THERE INTEREST TO 9.5% SOON, & no other bank is financing this project.We are now forced to take loan on higer interest, which will cost much more WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.
3.No banks is giving loan on the said property because UNITECH DO NOT HAVE THE APPROVED MAP, NO BODY KNOWS HOW COME THEY WILL START CONSTRUCTION MOREEVER HOW COME THEY HAVE SOLD THE FLATS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PERMISSION TO BUILD IT.
SOMEBODY SUGGESTS.
4.Unitech is asking for the 2nd instal. although there map is not approved, what will happen if MAPS DOES NOT GET APPROVED OR GET DELAYED.That means we all are stupid and just putting our hard earned money in a dark well.
5.MOST ANNOYING CONDITION OF, WHICH has BEEN SIGNED AT THE TIME OF 2ND INST. YOU KNOW I[censored]NITECH CANCEL OUR FLAT FOR ANY REASONS WHATSOEVER OR WE CANCEL IT UNITECH WILL FORFEIT RS 6 LACS. FOR THE REASONS BEST KNOW TO UNITECH ONLY.

Has anyone got the agreement letter for Unihomes phase -1 ? What is the official communication from Unitech side regarding the possession date ? I have still not got the builder buyer agreement and that's why unable to apply for loan.
Unitech is not giving alllotment letter and their map hasn't been passed by government for phase -1 and phase -2

I was about to book new flats in Unihomes project, but after going through of all your comments, I completely changed my mindset and decided not go for any Unitech project at all, this is really very painful and unprofessional fraud behave by Unitech.
I have also purchased a 3BHK flat in Noida Sec-117. Seeing all these comments I am also apprehensive about the project. Since the 2nd Installment is due on Oct12th, I am confused whether I should pay or not. Even the loan arrangement is also becoming very difficult. SBI & AXIS both are clearly saying no to the loan for this project. I am really worried now... Pls suggest if anybody has a solution...
I have also booked 2BHK Flat in Unitech Unihome phase I, noida . I had already paid 20 % of the amount along with other charges but till date map is not approved . I do not know when the map will be got approved becasue of this I am not in a position to take loan from Bank and I have paid all that I have to UNITECH. Can anyone know when the map will be aprpoved. My next installment due on 27 november 2009 . It is not clear whether map will be approved by that time or whether UNITECH will demand installment even though there map is not approved. Kindly guide me what is the right course of action.

any idea why there is a delay in the plan approval. unitech playing with the sentiment, patience and emotion of the customer by tell lie. Whenever you call them up they will simply say within 10 days.
The Unitech people are really a big fraud. There is a clause already exists where is it is quoted that a builder can not sale the project before approval of lay out and maps etc. I had written a no. of registered letters to Mr Rajesh Sinha/ Ms. Alka Srivastava, but the result is a big ZERO.
I think and request to everybody from us who have booked flats in Unihomes NOT to deposit the second and susequent installments before they furnish the approved layout and Map, Builders like Amrapali and gardenia got their projects in Noida approved from Noida authorities in 10 days time, then why not Unitech. Pl form a association through this website and not bend to any pressurisation tactics o[censored]nitech. I am looking the legal angle will come with some legal trap for them through any regulator. Andhra Bank — too many debts
sir,iam ac holder of andhra bank, sainikpuri kapra, hyderabad my ac no sb / 01 / 00029055 ecs no -[protected] whenever i use my debit card for filling petrol they are charging rs 10 i went to branch and given complaint many times but they are not giving any response they are continuosly debiting my account on these following dates 29 th jan-08, 12-feb-08, 14-2-08, 5-mar-08, 18-mar-08, 22-mar-08, 19-apr-08, 29-apr-08, 17-may-08, 10-june-08, 17-jun-08, now iam in big dilema that iam using my own money for that also they are charging its very shame for the andhra bank people .why they are charging when iam using debit card.
