[Resolved]  Unitech/ Unihomes Noida — Fraud by Property agent "Vikram" C/O Realty Canvas, A - 401, Defence Enclave, New Delhi and bad services by Unitech group.

I booked a unitech unihome at Noida on 27th June 2009 this year through an agent "Vikram Arora", C/O Reality Canvas, New Delhi. He submitted the paper before 30th June. We opted for downpayment plan as unitech was offering 10 % discount on downpayment plan as compared to construction linked plan.

From last one week, I am following Noida office (Ms. Alka, Mr. Rajesh Sinha etc) regarding my allotment letter. Two days earlier, I was told that it had been couriered to your mailing address at Greater Noida. But today, I called there to know the status and came to know that it is still lying at Noida office. Ms. Alka told me to collect it by hand.

I went there and collected the letter. Allotment date was written 3rd July'2009 and the payment plan was written "Construction Linked" payment plan. Then, I wrote a letter for changing it to "Downpayment plan." Now, they are saying that we have to make the full payment within 45 days from 3rd July 2009. But I got the letter today i.e. 29th July'2009.

Also, now they are saying that on downpayment plan, unitech will give only 8 % discount but we were told and also we can check the website, it is written 10 % discount on downpayment plan.

This is really very unprofessional and bad attitude. Nobody cares.

Dear All Friends! it was indeed good meeting with Mr.Kapoor(CRM-Unitech) at Uniworld office in Noida.Mr.Kapoor said that due to shortage of labor and issues with their contractors the work is halted for over two months.But it is not appropriate for a builder like Unitech is saying like this..They says that it will be resumed after 15th August.
The real story could be something else like financial issue/share market/ putting our money to other projects...

The thing is, we have to put pressure on them and it is possible only when good no of people will join the next meeting with Mr.Kapoor(Unitech-CRM), which is scheduled on 27th August at 11am at site(UNIHOME ACTUAL SITE LOCATION).

Yes it was good meeting together and then Unitech officials. Yesterday I went to the site and tried to talk to visitors, some of them were new buyers looking at the sample flat. Some of them were flat owners and I gave them my number and told them to join this blog. Let us hope we meet more and more people before 27-Aug-11.

Hello Vishal, we appreciate your views, we have already started joining our hands and going forward with our concerns. As it was our first meeting and they have assured that every thing will be normal by mid of August-11 so we fixed our next meeting on 27-Aug-11. Let us be there on time to further strengthen our unity and decide about next course of action.

Anybody have idea about Unihome(Sector -117) land acquire by Noida authority with emergency clause or not ?
Read above link, I think things are clearly mentioned, it was acquired long back, no emergency clause, now the dispute in Noida is about 5% developed land that, as per farmers, were promised have not been allotted to them. There was even an agitation by farmers on 20-Jul-11 in that area but it was related to this issue rather than land acquisition related.
Agreed, we have to be unite to put more pressure on Unitech to get it solve as soon as possible otherwise we won't get our flats in next two years although possesion dates are about to cross now.
Please convey the meeting schedule so that everybody would be there.

The fire of farmers has reached in the Noida too, they have protested in sec.-76 and at the same time Noida CEO took name of Saurkha Village in his statement in few T.V. news today (23/07/11) in which Unihomes project is existing. I would like to know all the projects existing in this area ( Sec.-117, 119, 120 etc.) are safe or not.Secondaly what is the current status of block D-3, 4, 5 & E and the out come of meeting held on last saturday with unitech authirities.
Real story is they are going on with bigger, less controversial and more profitable unihomes project in gurgaon and Delhi, so they have brought the focus less on Noida one coz they are not sure if noida project is going to be disturbed owing to the farmer agitations sooner or later. so they are playing safe. As an investors, we should act alert and form a group and make these people acquaint us with the real facts. in case of noida thing not happening we should ask in written for shifting of our flats to the one in gurgaon at the same rate coz buyers have lost out on sum interest of their payment due to delay and by paying rent for the excess period.
Hi all. My father have booked a flat in Noida Unihomes in 2008-09 as per construction based plan. Though, initially it was told that possession would be passed by Dec.2010, but the way things look from the view of site it feels that it is going to be delayed for longer and longer. I think Unitech is really not showing sincerity and promptness enough to complete its projects in time and at the end of the day we are going to be sufferers - (Buyers) who are still shelling out big chunk of money on rents somewhere else. Time to group and unite so as to make Unitech bring much-needed transparency and accountability into their whole process. My no. is [protected]. Lets assemble and discuss. What say...Lets form a Facebook Group too.
Guys, the situation is like wait and watch!!! Lets see what is going to happen in next couple of month as all the projects in Noida are in trouble now.
